Kansa napisee Massassa. Voitto amalekilaisista.

1. Sitten kaikki israelilaisten seurakunta lähti liikkeelle Siinin erämaasta ja matkusti levähdyspaikasta toiseen Herran käskyn mukaan. Ja he leiriytyivät Refidimiin; siellä ei ollut vettä kansan juoda.

1. Ja koko Israelin lasten joukko matkusti Sinnin korvesta, vaelluksissansa Herran käskyn jälkeen, ja sioittivat itsensä Raphidimiin, ja ei ollut vettä kansalle juoda.

1 And all the congregation of the sons of Israel journeyed from the wilderness of Sin, by their journeys, according to the commandment of Jehovah and encamped in Rephidim. And there was no water for the people to drink.

1. And all the congregation of the children of Israel journeyed from the wilderness of Sin, after their journeys, according to the commandment of the LORD, and pitched in Rephidim: and there was no water for the people to drink.

1. Und die ganze Gemeinde der Kinder Israel zog aus der Wüste Sin ihre Tagereisen, wie ihnen der HERR befahl, und sie lagerten sich in Raphidim. Da hatte das Volk kein Wasser zu trinken.

1. Y TODA la compañía de los hijos de Israel partió del desierto de Sin por sus jornadas, al mandamiento de Jehová, y asentaron el campo en Rafidim, y no había agua para que el pueblo bebiese.

1 И двинулось все общество сынов Израилевых из пустыни Син в путьсвой, по повелению Господню, и расположилось станом в Рефидиме, и не быловоды пить народу.

2. Niin kansa riiteli Moosesta vastaan ja sanoi: Antakaa meille vettä juoda! Mooses vastasi heille: Miksi riitelette minua vastaan? Miksi kiusaatte Herraa?

2. Ja kansa riiteli Moseksen kanssa, ja sanoi: antakaat meille vettä juodaksemme. Moses sanoi heille: mitä te riitelette minun kanssani? Miksi kiusaatte Herraa?

2. Siellä ei ollut wettä Canssalla juoda. Ja Canssa napisit Mosesta wastan ja sanoit: andacat meille wettä juodaxem. Moses sanoi heille: mitä te torutte minun cansani? Mixi te kiusatte HERra?

2 Therefore the people contended with Moses and said, Give us water that we may drink. And Moses said to them, Why do you* contend with me? Why do you* challenge Jehovah?

2. Wherefore the people did chide with Moses, and said, Give us water that we may drink. And Moses said unto them, Why chide ye with me? wherefore do ye tempt the LORD?

2. Und sie zankten mit Mose und sprachen: Gebt uns Wasser, daß wir trinken. Mose sprach zu ihnen: Was zankt ihr mit mir? Warum versucht ihr den HERRN?

2. Y riñó el pueblo con Moisés, y dijeron: Dádnos agua, que bebamos. Y Moisés les dijo: ¿Por qué reñis conmigo? ¿Por qué tentáis a Jehová?

2 И укорял народ Моисея, и говорили: дайте нам воды пить. И сказал им Моисей: что вы укоряете меня? что искушаете Господа?

3. Mutta kansalla oli siellä jano, ja he napisivat yhä Moosesta vastaan ja sanoivat: Minkätähden olet tuonut meidät Egyptistä, antaaksesi meidän ja meidän lastemme ja karjamme kuolla janoon?

3. Ja kansa janosi juoda siellä vettä, ja he napisivat Mosesta vastaan, ja sanoivat: mitä vasten sinä olet meidät johdattanut Egyptistä tänne kuolettaakses minua ja minun lapsiani, ja minun eläimiäni janolla?

3 And the people thirsted there for water. And the people murmured against Moses and said, Why have you brought us up out of Egypt, to kill us and our sons and our cattle with thirst?

3. And the people thirsted there for water; and the people murmured against Moses, and said, Wherefore is this that thou hast brought us up out of Egypt, to kill us and our children and our cattle with thirst?

3. Da aber das Volk daselbst dürstete nach Wasser, murrten sie wider Mose und sprachen: Warum hast du uns lassen aus Ägypten ziehen, daß du uns, unsre Kinder und unser Vieh Durstes sterben ließest?

3. Así que el pueblo tuvo allí sed de agua, y murmuró contra Moisés, y dijo: ¿Por qué nos hiciste subir de Egipto, para matarnos de sed a nosotros y a nuestros hijos, y a nuestros ganados?

3 И жаждал там народ воды, и роптал народ на Моисея, говоря: зачем ты вывел нас из Египта, уморить жаждою нас и детей наших и стада наши?

4. Niin Mooses huusi Herraa ja sanoi: Mitä minä teen tälle kansalle? Ei paljon puutu, että he kivittävät minut.

4. Niin Moses huusi Herran tykö, sanoen: mitä minä teen tälle kansalle? Vähä puuttuu, ettei he kivitä minua.

4. MOses huusi HERran tygö sanoden: mitä minä teen tälle Canssalle? wähä puuttu ettei he kiwitä minua.

4 And Moses cried to Jehovah, saying, What shall I do to this people? They are almost ready to stone me.

4. And Moses cried unto the LORD, saying, What shall I do unto this people? they be almost ready to stone me.

4. Mose schrie zum HERRN und sprach: Wie soll ich mit dem Volk tun? Es fehlt nicht viel, sie werden mich noch steinigen.

4. Entónces Moisés clamó a Jehová, diciendo: ¿Qué haré con este pueblo? De aquí a un poco me apedrearán.

4 Моисей возопил к Господу и сказал: что мне делать с народом сим? еще немного, и побьют меня камнями.

5. Herra vastasi Moosekselle: Mene kansan edellä ja ota mukaasi muutamia Israelin vanhimpia. Ja ota käteesi sauva, jolla löit Niilivirtaa, ja mene.

5. Ja Herra sanoi Mosekselle: mene kansan edellä, ja ota kanssas muutamia Israelin vanhimmista, ja sinun sauvas, jolla sinä löit virtaa, ota sinun kätees ja mene.

5. Sanoi HERra Mosexelle: mene Canssan edellä ja ota cansas muutamat Israelin wanhimmista ja sinun sauwas jolla sinä löit wettä ota sinun kätees ja mene.

5 And Jehovah said to Moses, Pass on before the people and take with you from the elders of Israel and your rod, with which you killed* the river, take in your hand and go.

5. And the LORD said unto Moses, Go on before the people, and take with thee of the elders of Israel; and thy rod, wherewith thou smotest the river, take in thine hand, and go.

5. Der HERR sprach zu ihm: Gehe hin vor dem Volk und nimm etliche Älteste von Israel mit dir und nimm deinen Stab in deine Hand, mit dem du den Strom schlugst, und gehe hin.

5. Y Jehová dijo a Moisés: Pasa delante del pueblo; y toma contigo de los ancianos de Israel, y toma también en tu mano tu vara, con que heriste el río, y vé:

5 И сказал Господь Моисею: пройди перед народом, и возьми с собою некоторых из старейшин Израильских, и жезл твой, которым ты ударил по воде,возьми в руку твою, и пойди;

6. Katso, minä seison siellä sinun edessäsi kalliolla Hoorebin luona; lyö kallioon, ja siitä on vuotava vettä, niin että kansa saa juoda. Ja Mooses teki niin Israelin vanhimpain nähden.

6. Katso, minä seison siellä sinun edessäs kalliolla Horebissa: ja sinun pitää lyömän kalliota, ja siinä pitää vedet juokseman, niin että kansa siitä juoda saa. Ja Moses teki niin Israelin vanhimpain edessä.

6. Cadzo minä seison siellä sinun edesäs calliolla Horebis siellä sinun pitä calliota lyömän ja sijtä pitä wedet juoxeman nijn että Canssa sijtä juoda saa. Ja Moses teki nijn Israelin wanhimmitten edes.

6 Behold, I will stand before you there upon the rock in Horeb and you will kill* the rock and there will come water out of it, that the people may drink. And Moses did so in the sight of the elders of Israel.

6. Behold, I will stand before thee there upon the rock in Horeb; and thou shalt smite the rock, and there shall come water out of it, that the people may drink. And Moses did so in the sight of the elders of Israel.

6. Siehe, ich will daselbst stehen vor dir auf einem Fels am Horeb; da sollst du den Fels schlagen, so wird Wasser herauslaufen, daß das Volk trinke. Mose tat also vor den Ältesten von Israel.

6. He aquí que yo estoy delante de tí allí sobre la peña en Horeb: y herirás la peña, y saldrán de ella aguas, y beberá el pueblo. Y Moisés lo hizo así en presencia de los ancianos de Israel.

6 вот, Я стану пред тобою там на скале в Хориве, и ты ударишь в скалу, и пойдет из нее вода, и будет пить народ. И сделал так Моисей в глазах старейшин Израильских.

7. Ja hän antoi sille paikalle nimen Massa ja Meriba sentähden, että israelilaiset siellä riitelivät ja kiusasivat Herraa, sanoen: Onko Herra meidän keskellämme vai ei?

7. Ja kutsui sen paikan nimen Massa ja Meriba, Israelin lasten riidan tähden, ja että he kiusasivat Herraa, sanoen: olleeko Herra meidän seassamme elikkä ei?

7. Sentähden cudzui hän sen paican Massa Meriba Israelin lasten toran tähden ja sentähden että he kiusaisit HERra sanoden: olleco HERra meidän seasam elickä ei?

7 And he called the name of the place Massah and Meribah, because of the contending of the sons of Israel and because they challenged Jehovah, saying, Is Jehovah among us, or not?

7. And he called the name of the place Massah, and Meribah, because of the chiding of the children of Israel, and because they tempted the LORD, saying, Is the LORD among us, or not?

7. Da hieß man den Ort Massa und Meriba um des Zanks willen der Kinder Israel, und daß sie den HERRN versucht und gesagt hatten: Ist der HERR unter uns oder nicht?

7. Y llamó el nombre de aquel lugar, Massa y Meriba, por la rencilla de los hijos de Israel; y porque tentaron a Jehová, diciendo: ¿Si está Jehová entre nosotros, o no?

7 И нарек месту тому имя: Масса и Мерива, по причине укорения сынов Израилевых и потому, что они искушали Господа, говоря: есть ли Господь среди нас, или нет?

8. Sitten tulivat amalekilaiset ja taistelivat Israelia vastaan Refidimissä.

8. Niin Amalek tuli: ja soti Israelia vastaan Raphidimissa.

8. NIin Amalech tuli: ja sodei Israeli wastan Raphidimis.

8 Then Amalek came and fought with Israel in Rephidim.

8. Then came Amalek, and fought with Israel in Rephidim.

8. Da kam Amalek und stritt wider Israel in Raphidim.

8. Y vino Amalec, y peleó con Israel en Rafidim.

8 И пришли Амаликитяне и воевали с Израильтянами в Рефидиме.

9. Niin Mooses sanoi Joosualle: Valitse meille miehiä, mene ja taistele huomenna amalekilaisia vastaan. Minä asetun vuoren huipulle, Jumalan sauva kädessäni.

9. Ja Moses sanoi Josualle: valitse meille miehiä, mene ja sodi Amalekia vastaan: huomenna minä seison mäen kukkulalla, ja pidän Jumalan sauvan kädessäni.

9. Ja Moses sanoi Josualle: walidze meille miehiä mene ja sodi Amalechiä wastan: huomena minä seison mäen cuckulalla ja pidän Jumalan sauwan kädesäni.

9 And Moses said to Joshua, Choose us out men and go out, fight with Amalek. Tomorrow I will stand on the top of the hill with the rod of God in my hand.

9. And Moses said unto Joshua, Choose us out men, and go out, fight with Amalek: to morrow I will stand on the top of the hill with the rod of God in mine hand.

9. Und Mose sprach zu Josua: Erwähle uns Männer, zieh aus und streite wider Amalek; morgen will ich auf des Hügels Spitze stehen und den Stab Gottes in meiner Hand haben.

9. Y dijo Moisés a Josué: Escógenos varones, y sal, pelea con Amalec: mañana yo estaré sobre la cumbre del collado, y la vara de Dios en mi mano.

9 Моисей сказал Иисусу: выбери нам мужей, и пойди,сразись с Амаликитянами; завтра я стану на вершине холма, и жезл Божий будет в руке моей.

10. Ja Joosua teki, niinkuin Mooses oli hänelle sanonut, ja taisteli amalekilaisia vastaan. Mutta Mooses, Aaron ja Huur nousivat vuoren huipulle.

10. Ja Josua teki niinkuin Moses sanoi hänelle, ja soti Amalekia vastaan. Mutta Moses, Aaron ja Hur astuivat mäen kukkulalle.

10. Ja Josua teki nijncuin Moses sanoi hänelle ja sodei Amalechia wastan. Mutta Moses Aaron ja Hur astuit mäen cuckulalle.

10 So Joshua did as Moses had said to him and fought with Amalek. And Moses, Aaron and Hur went up to the top of the hill.

10. So Joshua did as Moses had said to him, and fought with Amalek: and Moses, Aaron, and Hur went up to the top of the hill.

10. Und Josua tat, wie Mose ihm sagte, daß er wider Amalek stritte. Mose aber und Aaron und Hur gingen auf die Spitze des Hügels.

10. E hizo Josué como le dijo Moisés, peleando con Amalec: y Moisés, y Aarón, y Jur subieron a la cumbre del collado.

10 И сделал Иисус, как сказал ему Моисей, и пошел сразиться сАмаликитянами; а Моисей и Аарон и Ор взошли на вершину холма.

11. Ja niin kauan kuin Mooses piti kätensä ylhäällä, oli Israel voitolla; mutta kun hän antoi kätensä vaipua, olivat amalekilaiset voitolla.

11. Ja tapahtui, että koska Moses piti kätensä ylhäällä, voitti Israel; mutta koska hän kätensä laski alas, voitti Amalek.

11. Ja nijncauwan cuin Moses piti kätens ylhällä/ woitti Israel/ mutta cosca hän kätens laski alas/ woitti Amalech.

11 And it happened, when Moses held up his hand, that Israel prevailed and when he let down his hand, Amalek prevailed.

11. And it came to pass, when Moses held up his hand, that Israel prevailed: and when he let down his hand, Amalek prevailed.

11. Und wenn Mose seine Hand emporhielt, siegte Israel; wenn er aber seine Hand niederließ, siegte Amalek.

11. Y era que como alzaba Moisés su mano, Israel prevalecía; mas como el abajaba su mano, prevalecía Amalec.

11 И когда Моисей поднимал руки свои, одолевал Израиль, а когда опускал руки свои, одолевал Амалик;

12. Mutta kun Mooseksen kädet väsyivät, ottivat he kiven ja asettivat sen hänen allensa, ja hän istui sille, ja Aaron ja Huur kannattivat hänen käsiänsä kumpikin puoleltansa. Näin hänen kätensä kestivät vahvoina auringon laskuun asti.

12. Mutta Moseksen kädet olivat raskaat, sentähden ottivat he kiven ja asettivat hänen alansa ja hän istui sen päällä; vaan Aaron ja Hur pitivät ylhäällä hänen käsiinsä kumpikin puoleltansa, niin pysyi hänen kätensä juuri vahvana auringon laskemaan asti.

12. Ja Mutta Mosexen kädet olit rascat sentähden otit he kiwen ja asetit hänen alans että hän istuis sen päällä. Waan Aaron ja Hur pidit ylhällä hänen käsiäns cumbikin puoleldans nijn wahwistuit hänen kätens auringon laskeman asti.nijncauwan cuin Moses piti kätens ylhällä woitti Israel mutta cosca hän kätens laski alas woitti Amalech.

12 But Moses' hands were heavy. And they took a stone and put it under him and he sat on it. and Aaron and Hur held up his hands, the one on the one side and the other on the other side. And his hands were steady until the going down of the sun.

12. But Moses' hands were heavy; and they took a stone, and put it under him, and he sat thereon; and Aaron and Hur stayed up his hands, the one on the one side, and the other on the other side; and his hands were steady until the going down of the sun.

12. Aber die Hände Mose's wurden schwer; darum nahmen sie einen Stein und legten ihn unter ihn, daß er sich daraufsetzte. Aaron aber und Hur stützten ihm seine Hände, auf jeglicher Seite einer. Also blieben seine Hände fest, bis die Sonne unterging.

12. Y las manos de Moisés eran pesadas, y tomaron una piedra, y pusiéronla debajo de él, y él se sentó sobre ella; y Aarón y Jur sustentaban sus manos, el uno de una parte y el otro de otra, y hubo en sus manos firmeza hasta que se puso el sol.

12 но руки Моисеевы отяжелели, и тогда взяли камень и подложили поднего, и он сел на нем, Аарон же и Ор поддерживали руки его, один с одной, а другой с другой стороны . И были руки его подняты до захождения солнца.

13. Ja Joosua voitti amalekilaiset ja heidän sotaväkensä miekan terällä.

13. Ja Josua heikonsi Amalekin ja hänen kansansa miekan terällä.

13. Ja Josua hucutti Amalechin ja hänen Canssans miecan terällä.

13 And Joshua weakened Amalek and his people with the edge of the sword.

13. And Joshua discomfited Amalek and his people with the edge of the sword.

13. Und Josua dämpfte den Amalek und sein Volk durch des Schwertes Schärfe.

13. Y Josué deshizo a Amalec y a su pueblo a filo de espada.

13 И низложил Иисус Амалика и народ его острием меча.

14. Ja Herra sanoi Moosekselle: Kirjoita tämä kirjaan muistoksi ja teroita se Joosuan mieleen: Minä pyyhin pois amalekilaisten muiston taivaan alta.

14. Ja Herra sanoi Mosekselle: kirjoita tämä muistoksi kirjaan, ja muistuta Josuan korvissa; sillä minä pyyhin kokonansa pois Amalekin muiston taivaan alta.

14. Ja HERra sanoi Mosexelle: kirjoita nämät muistoxi kirjaan ja muistuta Josuan corwisa sillä minä pyhin Amalechin muiston taiwan alda.

14 And Jehovah said to Moses, Write this for a memorial in a book and rehearse it in the ears of Joshua: that I will utterly blot out the remembrance of Amalek from under heaven.

14. And the LORD said unto Moses, Write this for a memorial in a book, and rehearse it in the ears of Joshua: for I will utterly put out the remembrance of Amalek from under heaven.

14. Und der HERR sprach zu Mose: Schreibe das zum Gedächtnis in ein Buch und befiehls's in die Ohren Josuas; denn ich will den Amalek unter dem Himmel austilgen, daß man sein nicht mehr gedenke.

14. Y Jehová dijo a Moisés: Escribe esto por memoria en el libro, y pon en oidos de Josué; que rayendo raeré del todo la memoria de Amalec de debajo del cielo.

14 И сказал Господь Моисею: напиши сие для памяти в книгу и внуши Иисусу, что Я совершенно изглажу память Амаликитяниз поднебесной.

15. Ja Mooses rakensi alttarin ja pani sille nimeksi: Herra on minun lippuni.

15. Ja Moses rakensi alttarin, ja kutsui sen nimen: Herra on minun lippuni.

15. Ja Moses rakensi Altarin ja cudzui hänen nimens: HERra Nissi.

15 And Moses built an altar and called the name of it Jehovah-nissi.

15. And Moses built an altar, and called the name of it Jehovahnissi:

15. Und Mose baute einen Altar und hieß ihn: Der HERR ist mein Panier.

15. Y Moisés edificó altar, y llamó su nombre Jehová-nissi:

15 И устроил Моисей жертвенник и нарек ему имя: Иегова Нисси.

16. Ja hän sanoi: Minä nostan käteni Herran istuinta kohden: Herra sotii amalekilaisia vastaan sukupolvesta sukupolveen.

16. Ja hän sanoi: koska käsi oli Herran istuinta päin, oli Herralla sota Amalekia vastaan: (niin se on tästäkin lähin) suvusta sukuun.

16. Sillä hän sanoi: se on muisto HERran istuimen tykönä/ että HERran sota pitä oleman Amalechiä wastan sugusta nijn sucuun.

16 And he said, Jehovah has sworn, Jehovah will have war with Amalek from generation to generation.

16. For he said, Because the LORD hath sworn that the LORD will have war with Amalek from generation to generation.

16. Denn er sprach: Es ist ein Malzeichen bei dem Stuhl des HERRN, daß der HERR streiten wird wider Amalek von Kind zu Kindeskind.

16. Y dijo: Porque la mano sobre el trono de Jehová, que Jehová tendrá guerra con Amalec, de generación en generación.

16 Ибо, сказал он, рука на престоле Господа: брань у Господа против Амалика из рода в род.
