Sapattivuosi ja riemuvuosi.

2 Speak to the sons of Israel and say to them, When you* come into the land which I give you*, then will the land keep a Sabbath to Jehovah.

3. Kuutena vuotena kylvä peltosi ja kuutena vuotena leikkaa viinitarhasi ja korjaa niiden sato,

3 Six years you will sow your field and six years you will prune your vineyard and gather in the fruits of it,

3. Six years thou shalt sow thy field, and six years thou shalt prune thy vineyard, and gather in the fruit thereof;

4. mutta seitsemäntenä vuotena olkoon maalla levon aika, sapatti Herran kunniaksi; silloin älä kylvä peltoasi äläkä leikkaa viinitarhaasi.

4 but in the seventh year will be a Sabbath of solemn rest for the land, a Sabbath to Jehovah. You will neither sow your field, nor prune your vineyard.

4. But in the seventh year shall be a sabbath of rest unto the land, a sabbath for the LORD: thou shalt neither sow thy field, nor prune thy vineyard.

4. aber im siebenten Jahr soll das Land seinen großen Sabbat dem HERRN feiern, darin du dein Feld nicht besäen noch deinen Weinberg beschneiden sollst.

4. Y el séptimo año la tierra tendrá sábado de holganza, sábado a Jehová: no sembrarás tu tierra, ni podarás tu viña.

4 а в седьмой год да будет суббота покоя земли, суббота Господня: поля твоего не засевай и виноградника твоего не обрезывай;

5. Leikatun viljasi jälkikasvua älä leikkaa, äläkä poimi viinirypäleitä, jotka ovat kasvaneet leikkaamattomissa viinipuissasi. Silloin olkoon maalla levon vuosi.

5. Ja mitä itsestänsä kasvaa laihostas, ei sinun pidä leikkaaman, ja viinamarjoja, jotka ilman sinun työtäs ovat kasvaneet, ei sinun pidä noukkiman; sillä se on maan lepovuosi.

5 What grows of itself of your harvest you will not reap and the grapes of your undressed vine you will not gather. It will be a year of solemn rest for the land.

5. That which groweth of its own accord of thy harvest thou shalt not reap, neither gather the grapes of thy vine undressed: for it is a year of rest unto the land.

5. Was aber von selber nach deiner Ernte wächst, sollst du nicht ernten, und die Trauben, so ohne deine Arbeit wachsen, sollst du nicht lesen, dieweil es ein Sabbatjahr des Landes ist.

5. Lo que de suyo se naciere en tu segada, no lo segarás: y las uvas de tu apartadura no vendimiarás: año de holganza será a la tierra.

5 что само вырастет на жатве твоей, не сжинай, и гроздов с необрезанных лоз твоих не снимай; да будет это год покоя земли;

6. Mutta mitä itsestänsä kasvaa maan levätessä, olkoon teille ruuaksi, sinulle itsellesi, sinun palvelijallesi ja palvelijattarellesi, päiväpalkkalaisellesi ja loisellesi, jotka luonasi asuvat.

6 And the Sabbath of the land will be for food for you*: for you and for your servant and for your maid and for your hired servant and for your stranger, who travels with you.

6. And the sabbath of the land shall be meat for you; for thee, and for thy servant, and for thy maid, and for thy hired servant, and for thy stranger that sojourneth with thee,

6 и будет это в продолжение субботы земли всем вам в пищу, тебе и рабу твоему, и рабе твоей, и наемнику твоему, и поселенцу твоему, поселившемуся у тебя;

7 And for your cattle and for the beasts that are in your land, all the increase of it will be for food.

7. And for thy cattle, and for the beast that are in thy land, shall all the increase thereof be meat.

7. Y a tu animal, y a la bestia que hubiere en tu tierra, será todo su fruto para comer.

7 и скоту твоему и зверям, которые на земле твоей, да будут все произведения ее в пищу.

8. Ja laske seitsemän vuosiviikkoa: seitsemän kertaa seitsemän vuotta, niin että seitsemän vuosiviikon aika on neljäkymmentä yhdeksän vuotta.

8 And you will number seven Sabbaths of years to you, seven times seven years and there will be to you the days of seven Sabbaths of years, even forty-nine years.

8. And thou shalt number seven sabbaths of years unto thee, seven times seven years; and the space of the seven sabbaths of years shall be unto thee forty and nine years.

8. Und du sollst zählen solcher Sabbatjahre sieben, daß sieben Jahre siebenmal gezählt werden, und die Zeit der sieben Sabbatjahre mache neunundvierzig Jahre.

8. Y contarte has siete semanas de años, siete veces siete años, y serte han los dias de las siete semanas de años cuarenta y nueve años.

8 И насчитай себе семь субботних лет, семь раз по семи лет, чтоб было у тебя в семи субботних годах сорок девять лет;

9. Ja seitsemännessä kuussa, kuukauden kymmenentenä päivänä anna pasunan raikuen soida; sovituspäivänä antakaa pasunan soida koko maassanne.

9. Niin sinun pitää antaman soittaa basunalla ylitse koko teidän maakuntanne, kymmenentenä päivänä seitsemäntenä kuukautena: juuri sovintopäivänä pitää teidän antaman basunan käydä yli koko teidän maakuntanne.

9 Then you will send abroad the loud trumpet on the tenth day of the seventh month. In the day of atonement you* will send abroad the trumpet throughout all your* land.

9. Then shalt thou cause the trumpet of the jubile to sound on the tenth day of the seventh month, in the day of atonement shall ye make the trumpet sound throughout all your land.

9. Da sollst du die Posaune lassen blasen durch all euer Land am zehnten Tage des siebenten Monats, eben am Tage der Versöhnung.

9. Y harás pasar la trompeta de jubilación en el mes séptimo; a los diez del mes, el día de las expiaciones, haréis pasar trompeta por toda vuestra tierra.

9 и воструби трубою в седьмой месяц, в десятый день месяца, в день очищения вострубите трубою по всей земле вашей;

10. Ja pyhittäkää viideskymmenes vuosi ja julistakaa vapautus maassa kaikille sen asukkaille. Se olkoon teille riemuvuosi; jokainen teistä saa silloin palata perintömaallensa ja sukunsa luo.

10. Ja teidän pitää sen viidennenkymmenennen vuoden pyhittämän, ja pitää kuuluttaman vapauden maassa kaikille niille, jotka siinä asuvat; sillä se on teidän riemuvuotenne: silloin pitää itsekunkin pääsemän jälleen omaan saamaansa, itsekukin omaan sukuunsa.

10 And you* will sanctify the fiftieth year and proclaim liberty throughout the land to all the inhabitants of it. It will be a jubilee to you* and you* will return every man to his possession and you* will return every man to his family.

10. And ye shall hallow the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof: it shall be a jubile unto you; and ye shall return every man unto his possession, and ye shall return every man unto his family.

10. Und ihr sollt das fünfzigste Jahr heiligen und sollt ein Freijahr ausrufen im Lande allen, die darin wohnen; denn es ist euer Halljahr. Da soll ein jeglicher bei euch wieder zu seiner Habe und zu seinem Geschlecht kommen;

10. Y santificaréis el año cincuenta, y pregonaréis libertad en la tierra a todos sus moradores: este os será jubileo: y volveréis cada uno a su posesión; y cada uno volverá a su familia.

10 и освятите пятидесятый год и объявите свободу на земле всем жителям ее: да будет это у вас юбилей; и возвратитесь каждый во владение свое, и каждый возвратитесь в свое племя.

11. Riemuvuosi olkoon teille viideskymmenes vuosi; älkää silloin kylväkö älkääkä jälkikasvua leikatko, älkääkä poimiko, mitä leikkaamattomissa viinipuissa on kasvanut.

11. Sillä viideskymmenes vuosi on teidän riemuvuotenne: ei teidän pidä kylvämän, eikä leikkaaman itsestänsä kasvanutta, eikä myös hakeman niitä, mitkä ilman työtä kasvaneet ovat.

11. Sillä se wijdeskymmenes wuosi on teidän riemuwuoten ei teidän pidä kylwämän eikä leickaman idzestäns caswanut eikä myös wijnamäest hakeman nijtä cuin ilman työtä caswanet owat.

11 That fiftieth year will be a jubilee to you*. You* will not sow, neither reap what grows of itself in it, nor gather in it of the undressed vines.

11. A jubile shall that fiftieth year be unto you: ye shall not sow, neither reap that which groweth of itself in it, nor gather the grapes in it of thy vine undressed.

11. denn das fünfzigste Jahr ist euer Halljahr. Ihr sollt nicht säen, auch was von selber wächst, nicht ernten, auch was ohne Arbeit wächst im Weinberge, nicht lesen;

11. El año de los cincuenta años os será jubileo: no sembraréis, ni segaréis lo que naciere de suyo en la tierra, ni vendimiaréis sus apartaduras.

11 Пятидесятый год да будет у вас юбилей: не сейте и не жните, чтосамо вырастет на земле, и не снимайте ягод с необрезанных лоз ее,

12. Sillä se on riemuvuosi, se olkoon teille pyhä; pellolta syökää sen sato.

12. Sillä se on riemuvuosi, se pitää pyhitettämän teiltä. Mutta teidän pitää syömän niitä kaikkia, mitä maa kantaa.

12 For it is a jubilee; it will be holy to you*. You* will eat the increase of it out of the field.

12. For it is the jubile; it shall be holy unto you: ye shall eat the increase thereof out of the field.

12. denn das Halljahr soll unter euch heilig sein. Ihr sollt aber essen, was das Feld trägt.

12. Porque es jubileo: santo será a vosotros: el fruto de la tierra comeréis.

12 ибо это юбилей: священным да будет он для вас; с поля ешьте произведения ее.

13. Riemuvuotena saa jokainen teistä palata perintömaallensa.

13. Tämä on riemuvuosi, jona itsekunkin teistä pitää omaan saamaansa pääsemän jällensä.

13. Tämä on riemuwuosi jona idzecungin pitä oman saamaans pääsemän jällens.

13 In this year of jubilee you* will return every man to his possession.

13. In the year of this jubile ye shall return every man unto his possession.

13. Das ist das Halljahr, da jedermann wieder zu dem Seinen kommen soll.

13 В юбилейный год возвратитесь каждый во владение свое.

14. Jos myyt jotakin lähimmäisellesi tai ostat jotakin lähimmäiseltäsi, niin älkää tehkö vääryyttä toinen toisellenne.

14. Jos sinä jotakin myyt lähimmäiselles, taikka ostat jotakin häneltä, niin ei yhdenkään pidä pettämän veljeänsä.

14 And if you sell anything to your neighbor, or buy of your neighbor's hand, you* will not wrong each other.

14. And if thou sell ought unto thy neighbour, or buyest ought of thy neighbour's hand, ye shall not oppress one another:

14. Y cuando vendiereis algo a vuestro prójimo, o compraréis de mano de vuestro prójimo, no engañe ninguno a su hermano.

14 Если будешь продавать что ближнему твоему, или будешь покупать что у ближнего твоего, не обижайте друг друга;

15. Vaan maksa lähimmäisellesi riemuvuoden jälkeisten vuosien luvun mukaan, satovuosien luvun mukaan hän saakoon maksun sinulta.

15. Vaan riemuvuoden luvun jälkeen pitää sinun ostaman lähimmäiseltäs, ja vuoden tulon jälkeen pitää hänen sinulle myymän.

15 According to the number of years after the jubilee you will buy of your neighbor and according to the number of years of the crops he will sell to you.

15. According to the number of years after the jubile thou shalt buy of thy neighbour, and according unto the number of years of the fruits he shall sell unto thee:

15. sondern nach der Zahl der Jahre vom Halljahr an sollst du es von ihm kaufen; und was die Jahre hernach tragen mögen, so hoch soll er dir's verkaufen.

15. Conforme al número de los años después del jubileo comprarás de tu prójimo: conforme al número de los años de los frutos te venderá él a tí.

15 по расчислению лет после юбилея ты должен покупать у ближнего твоего, и по расчислению лет дохода он должен продавать тебе;

16. Kuta useampia vuosia on, maksa sitä suurempi hinta, ja kuta vähemmän vuosia on, maksa sitä pienempi hinta; sillä satomäärän hän myy sinulle.

16. Sitä usiammat kuin vuodet ovat, pitää sinun korottaman hinnan, ja sen harvemmat kuin vuodet ovat, pitää sinun alentaman hinnan; sillä vuoden tulon luvun jälkeen pitää hänen myymän sinulle.

16 According to the multitude of the years you will increase the price of it and according to the fewness of the years you will diminish the price of it, for the number of the crops he sells to you.

16. According to the multitude of years thou shalt increase the price thereof, and according to the fewness of years thou shalt diminish the price of it: for according to the number of the years of the fruits doth he sell unto thee.

16. Nach der Menge der Jahre sollst du den Kauf steigern, und nach der wenigen der Jahre sollst du den Kauf verringern; denn er soll dir's, nach dem es tragen mag, verkaufen.

16. Conforme a la multitud de los años aumentarás el precio, y conforme a la diminución de los años disminuirás el precio: porque el número de los frutos te ha de vender él.

16 если много остается лет, умножь цену; а если мало лет остается , уменьши цену, ибо известное число лет жатв он продает тебе.

17. Älköön teistä kukaan tehkö vääryyttä lähimmäisellensä, vaan pelkää Jumalaasi; sillä minä olen Herra, teidän Jumalanne.

17. Älkään kenkään pettäkö lähimmäistänsä, mutta pelkää sinun Jumalaas; sillä minä olen Herra teidän Jumalanne.

17. Älkän kengän pettäkö hänen lähimmäistäns mutta pelkä HERra sinun Jumalatas: minä olen HERra teidän Jumalan.

17 And you* will not wrong each other, but you will fear your God, for I am Jehovah your* God.

17. Ye shall not therefore oppress one another; but thou shalt fear thy God: for I am the LORD your God.

17. So übervorteile nun keiner seinen Nächsten, sondern fürchte dich vor deinem Gott; denn ich bin der HERR, euer Gott.

17. Y no engañe ninguno a su prójimo: mas tendrás temor de tu Dios, porque yo soy Jehová vuestro Dios.

17 Не обижайте один другого; бойся Бога твоего, ибо Я Господь, Бог ваш.

18. Sentähden pitäkää minun käskyni ja noudattakaa minun säädöksiäni ja pitäkää ne, niin te saatte turvallisesti asua maassa.

18. Sentähden tehkäät minun säätyni ja pitäkäät minun oikeuteni, että te ne teette, ja turvallisesti asutte maassa.

18. Sentähden tehkät minun säätyni jälken ja pitäkät minun oikeuteni että te teette ja pelkämät asutte maasan.

18 Therefore you* will do my statutes and keep my ordinances and do them and you* will dwell in the land in safety.

18. Wherefore ye shall do my statutes, and keep my judgments, and do them; and ye shall dwell in the land in safety.

18. Darum tut nach meinen Satzungen und haltet meine Rechte, daß ihr darnach tut, auf daß ihr im Lande sicher wohnen möget.

18. Y hacéd mis estatutos, y guardád mis derechos, y hacédlos, y habitaréis sobre la tierra seguros:

18 Исполняйте постановления Мои, и храните законы Мои и исполняйтеих, и будете жить спокойно на земле;

19. Ja maa on antava hedelmänsä, ja teillä on kyllin syötävää, ja te saatte turvallisesti asua siinä.

19. Ja maan pitää antaman teille hedelmänsä, ja teillä pitää oleman kyllä syötävää, ja asuman pelkäämätä siinä.

19. Sillä maan pitä andaman teille hedelmäns ja teillä pitä oleman kyllä syötäwätä ja asuman pelkämätä sijnä.

19 And the land will yield its fruit and you* will eat your* fill and dwell in safety in it.

19. And the land shall yield her fruit, and ye shall eat your fill, and dwell therein in safety.

19. Denn das Land soll euch seine Früchte geben, daß ihr zu essen genug habet und sicher darin wohnt.

19. Y la tierra dará su fruto, y comeréis hasta hartura, y habitaréis sobre ella seguros:

19 и будет земля давать плод свой, и будете есть досыта, и будете житьспокойно на ней.

20. Ja jos te sanotte: 'Mitä me syömme seitsemäntenä vuotena, kun meidän ei ole lupa kylvää eikä korjata satoamme?'

20. Ja jos te sanotte: mitä meidän pitää syömän seitsemäntenä vuonna? katso, ei meidän pidä kylvämän, eikä vuoden tuloa kokooman.

20. Ja jos te sanotte: mitä meidän pitä syömän seidzemendenä wuonna? sillä en me mitän kylwänet ja coonnet wuoden tulo.

20 And if you* will say, What will we eat the seventh year? Behold, we will not sow, nor gather in our increase,

20. And if ye shall say, What shall we eat the seventh year? behold, we shall not sow, nor gather in our increase:

20. Und ob du würdest sagen: Was sollen wir essen im siebenten Jahr? denn wir säen nicht, so sammeln wir auch kein Getreide ein:

20. Y si dijereis: ¿Qué comeremos el séptimo año? He aquí, no hemos de sembrar, ni hemos de coger nuestros frutos.

20 Если скажете: что же нам есть в седьмой год, когда мы не будем ни сеять, ни собирать произведений наших?

21. niin minä käsken siunaukseni kuudentena vuotena tulemaan teille, niin että se tuottaa teille kolmen vuoden sadon.

21. Niin minä käsken minun siunaukseni tulla kuudentena vuotena teidän ylitsenne, niin että sen pitää tekemän teille kolmen vuoden tulon.

21 then I will command my blessing upon you* in the sixth year and it will bring forth fruit for the three years.

21. Then I will command my blessing upon you in the sixth year, and it shall bring forth fruit for three years.

21. da will ich meinem Segen über euch im sechsten Jahr gebieten, das er soll dreier Jahr Getreide machen,

21. Entónces yo os enviaré mi bendición el año sexto, y hará fruto por tres años.

21 Я пошлю благословение Мое на вас в шестой год, и он принесет произведений на три года;

22. Ja kun te kylvätte kahdeksantena vuotena, on teillä vielä vanhaa satoa syödä; siihen asti, kunnes yhdeksäntenä vuotena sen sato on saatu, on teillä vanhaa syödä.

22. Ja teidän pitää kylvämän kahdeksantena vuonna, ja vanhasta vuoden kasvusta syömän yhdeksänteen vuoteen asti, niin että te syötte vanhasta uutiseen asti.

22 And you* will sow the eighth year and eat of the fruits, the old storage, until the ninth year. Until its fruits come in, you* will eat the old storage.

22. And ye shall sow the eighth year, and eat yet of old fruit until the ninth year; until her fruits come in ye shall eat of the old store.

22 и будете сеять в восьмой год, но есть будете произведения старые до девятого года; доколе не поспеют произведения его, будете есть старое.

23. Älköön maata ainaiseksi myytäkö, sillä maa on minun ja te olette muukalaisia ja vieraita minun luonani.

23. Sentähden ei teidän pidä maata peräti myymän; sillä maan on minun, ja te olette muukalaiset ja vieraat minun edessäni.

23 And the land will not be sold in perpetuity, for the land is mine. For you* are strangers and travelers with me.

24 And in all the land of your* possession you* will grant a redemption for the land.

24. Por tanto en toda la tierra de vuestra posesión daréis remisión a la tierra.

25. Jos veljesi köyhtyy ja myy perintömaatansa, niin hänen lähin sukulunastajansa tulkoon ja lunastakoon sen, mitä hänen veljensä on myynyt.

25. If thy brother be waxen poor, and hath sold away some of his possession, and if any of his kin come to redeem it, then shall he redeem that which his brother sold.

25. Wenn dein Bruder verarmt, und verkauft dir seine Habe, und sein nächster Verwandter kommt zu ihm, daß er's löse, so soll er's lösen, was sein Bruder verkauft hat.

25. Cuando tu hermano empobreciere, y vendiere algo de su posesión, vendrá su rescatador, su pariente más cercano, y rescatará lo que su hermano vendiere.

25 Если брат твой обеднеет и продаст от владения своего, то придет близкий его родственник и выкупит проданное братом его;

26. Mutta jos jollakin ei ole sukulunastajaa, mutta hän itse voi hankkia niin paljon, kuin lunastukseen tarvitaan,

26. Ja jos joku on, jolla ei yhtään lunastajaa ole, ja taitaa niin paljo matkaan saada, kuin sen lunastukseksi tarvitaan.

26 And if a man has no one to redeem it and he becomes rich and finds sufficient to redeem it,

26. Y el varón, cuando no tuviere rescatador, si alcanzare después su mano, y hallare lo que basta para su rescate;

26 если же некому за него выкупить, но сам он будет иметь достаток и найдет, сколько нужно на выкуп,

27. niin laskekoon, kuinka monta vuotta on kulunut myymisestä, ja maksakoon jäljellä olevasta ajasta miehelle, jolle hän myi, ja palatkoon perintömaallensa.

27. Niin pitää luettaman vuosiluku sittenkuin hän myi, ja annettaman hänelle, joka myi, mitä liiaksi on, että hän tulis omaisuuteensa jälleen.

27 then let him reckon the years of the sale of it and restore the excess to the man to whom he sold it and he will return to his possession.

27 то пусть он расчислит годы продажи своей и возвратит остальноетому, кому он продал, и вступит опять во владение свое;

28. Mutta jos hän ei voi hankkia niin paljoa, kuin maksamiseen tarvitaan, niin jääköön se, mitä hän on myynyt, ostajan haltuun riemuvuoteen asti. Mutta riemuvuotena se on vapaa, ja hän palatkoon perintömaallensa.

28. Mutta jos ei hän takaansa löydä niin paljo että hän sais sen jälleen, niin pitää sen, minkä hän myynyt on, oleman ostajan kädessä riemuvuoteen asti; niin hänen pitää oleman vapaan ja saaman omansa jälleen.

28 But if he is not able to get it back for himself, then what he has sold will remain in the hand of him who has bought it until the year of jubilee. And in the jubilee it will go out and he will return to his possession.

28. Kann aber seine Hand nicht so viel finden, daß er's ihm wiedergebe, so soll, was er verkauft hat, in der Hand des Käufers bleiben bis zum Halljahr; in demselben soll es frei werden und er wieder zu seiner Habe kommen.

28. Mas si no alcanzare su mano lo que basta para que vuelva a él, lo que vendió estará en poder del que lo compró hasta el año del jubileo, y al jubileo saldrá, y él volverá a su posesión.

28 если же не найдет рука его, сколько нужно возвратить ему, то проданное им останется в руках покупщика до юбилейного года, а в юбилейный год отойдет оно, и он опять вступит во владение свое.

29. Jos joku myy asuinrakennuksen muureilla varustetussa kaupungissa, olkoon hänellä oikeus lunastaa se vuoden kuluessa siitä, kun hän sen myi; sen ajan kestää hänen sukulunastusoikeutensa.

29. Wer ein Wohnhaus verkauft in einer Stadt mit Mauern, der hat ein ganzes Jahr Frist, dasselbe wieder zu lösen; das soll die Zeit sein, darin er es lösen kann.

29. Ítem, el varón que vendiere casa de morada en ciudad cercada, su remisión será hasta acabarse el año de su venta: un año será su remisión.

29 Если кто продаст жилой дом в городе, огражденном стеною, то выкупить его можно до истечения года от продажи его: в течение года выкупить его можно;

30. Mutta jollei sitä lunasteta, ennenkuin vuosi on kulunut umpeen, niin jääköön talo muureilla varustetussa kaupungissa ainaiseksi ostajalle ja hänen suvullensa, riemuvuotena vapaaksi tulematta.

30 And if it is not redeemed within the space of a full year, then the house that is in the walled city will be made sure in perpetuity to him who bought it, throughout his genealogy. It will not go out in the jubilee.

30. Y sino fuere rescatada dentro de un año entero, la casa que estuviere en ciudad que tuviere muro, quedará rematadamente al que la compró para sus descendientes: no saldrá en el jubileo:

30 если же не будет он выкуплен до истечения целого года, то дом, который в городе, имеющем стену, останется навсегда у купившего его в роды его, и в юбилей не отойдет от него .

31. Mutta talot kylissä, joiden ympärillä ei ole muuria, luettakoon peltomaahan; ne olkoot lunastettavissa, ja riemuvuotena ne tulevat vapaiksi.

31. Ist's aber ein Haus auf dem Dorfe, um das keine Mauer ist, das soll man dem Feld des Landes gleich rechnen, und es soll können los werden und im Halljahr frei werden.

31. Mas las casas de las aldeas, que no tienen muro al derredor, serán estimadas como una haza de tierra: tendrán remisión, y saldrán en el jubileo.

31 А домы в селениях, вокруг которых нет стены, должно считать наравне с полем земли: выкупать их можно, и в юбилей они отходят.

32. Kuitenkin olkoon leeviläisillä niissä kaupungeissa, jotka ovat heidän perintöomaisuuttaan, ikuinen oikeus talojen lunastamiseen.

32. Leviläisten kaupungit ja huoneet kaupungeissa, joissa heidän tavaransa ovat, saavat he aina lunastaa.

32. Die Städte der Leviten aber, nämlich die Häuser in den Städten, darin ihre Habe ist, können immerdar gelöst werden.

32. Mas de las ciudades de los Levitas, y de las casas de las ciudades, que poseyeren, los Levitas habrán remisión siempre.

32 А города левитов, домы в городах владения их, левитам всегда можно выкупать;

33. Jos joku leeviläinen käyttää lunastusoikeutta, niin myyty talo kaupungissa, joka on leeviläistä perintöomaisuutta, palautuu riemuvuotena vapaaksi; sillä talot leeviläiskaupungeissa ovat heidän perintöomaisuuttaan israelilaisten seassa.

33. Se joka jotakin lunastaa Leviläisiltä, hänen pitää siitä luopuman ilovuonna, olkoon se ostettu huone eli omaisuus kaupungissa, jossa hän asunut on; sillä huoneet Leviläisten kaupungeissa ovat heidän omaisuutensa Israelin lasten seassa.

33 And if a man purchases from the Levites, then the house that was sold and the city of his possession, will go out in the jubilee. For the houses of the cities of the Levites are their possession among the sons of Israel.

33. Wer etwas von den Leviten löst, der soll's verlassen im Halljahr, es sei Haus oder Stadt, das er besessen hat; denn die Häuser in den Städten der Leviten sind ihre Habe unter den Kindern Israel.

33. Y el que comprare de los Levitas, la venta de la casa, y de la ciudad de su posesión saldrá en el jubileo, por cuanto la casa de las ciudades de los Levitas es la posesión de ellos entre los hijos de Israel.

33 а кто из левитов не выкупит, то проданный дом в городе владения их в юбилей отойдет, потому что домы в городах левитских составляют их владение среди сынов Израилевых;

34. Ja heidän kaupunkeihinsa kuuluvaa laidunmaata älköön myytäkö, sillä se on heidän ikuista perintöomaisuuttansa.

35. Jos veljesi sinun luonasi köyhtyy eikä jaksa pysyä pystyssä, tue häntä samoinkuin muukalaista tai loista; hän eläköön luonasi.

35. Jos veljes köyhtyy ja tulee voimattomaksi tykönäs, niin sinun pitää pitämän hänen ylös, niinkuin muukalaisen, taikka huonekuntaisen, että hän eläis sinun kanssas.

35 And if your brother becomes poor and his hand shakes toward you {i.e. lost his strength}, then you will help him; he will live with you as a stranger and a traveler.

35. And if thy brother be waxen poor, and fallen in decay with thee; then thou shalt relieve him: yea, though he be a stranger, or a sojourner; that he may live with thee.

35. Wenn dein Bruder verarmt und neben dir abnimmt, so sollst du ihn aufnehmen als einen Fremdling oder Gast, daß er lebe neben dir,

35 Если брат твой обеднеет и придет в упадок у тебя, то поддержи его, пришлец ли он, или поселенец, чтоб он жил с тобою;

36. Älä ota korkoa tai voittoa häneltä, vaan pelkää Jumalaasi ja anna veljesi elää luonasi.

36. Ja ei sinun pidä ottaman korkoa eli voittoa häneltä; vaan pelkää sinun Jumalaas, että sinun veljes sais elää sinun kanssas.

36 You take no interest from him or increase, but fear your God, that your brother may live with you.

36. Take thou no usury of him, or increase: but fear thy God; that thy brother may live with thee.

36. und sollst nicht Zinsen von ihm nehmen noch Wucher, sondern sollst dich vor deinem Gott fürchten, auf daß dein Bruder neben dir leben könne.

37 You will not give him your money upon interest, nor give him your food for profit.

37. Thou shalt not give him thy money upon usury, nor lend him thy victuals for increase.

37. Denn du sollst ihm dein Geld nicht auf Zinsen leihen noch deine Speise auf Wucher austun.

37. No le darás tu dinero a usura, ni tu vitualla a aumento:

37 серебра твоего не отдавай ему в рост и хлеба твоего не отдавай ему для получения прибыли.

38. Minä olen Herra, teidän Jumalanne, joka vein teidät pois Egyptin maasta antaakseni teille Kanaanin maan ja ollakseni teidän Jumalanne.

39 And if your brother becomes poor with you and sells himself to you, you will not impose upon him servile labor.

39. And if thy brother that dwelleth by thee be waxen poor, and be sold unto thee; thou shalt not compel him to serve as a bondservant:

39. Wenn dein Bruder verarmt neben dir und verkauft sich dir, so sollst du ihn nicht lassen dienen als einen Leibeigenen;

39. Ítem, cuando tu hermano empobreciere estando contigo, y se vendiere a tí, no le harás servir como siervo.

39 Когда обеднеет у тебя брат твой и продан будет тебе,то не налагай на него работы рабской:

40. vaan hän olkoon päiväpalkkalaisena ja loisena sinun luonasi; riemuvuoteen asti hän palvelkoon sinua.

40. Mutta hänen pitää oleman sinun tykönäs niinkuin päivämiehen, eli huonekuntaisen, palvellen sinua riemuvuoteen asti.

40 He will be with you as a hired servant and as a traveler. He will serve with you to the year of jubilee.

41 Then he will go out from you, he and his sons with him and will return to his own family. And he will return to the possession of his fathers.

41. Dann soll er von dir frei ausgehen und seine Kinder mit ihm und soll wiederkommen zu seinem Geschlecht und zu seiner Väter Habe.

43 You will not rule over him with rigor, but will fear your God.

43. Und sollst nicht mit Strenge über sie herrschen, sondern dich fürchten vor deinem Gott.

43. No te enseñorearás de él con dureza, mas habrás temor de tu Dios.

44. Mutta orjasi ja orjattaresi, jotka hankit itsellesi, ostakaa kansoista, jotka asuvat teidän ympärillänne.

44. Jos tahdot pitää orjaa ja piikaa, niin sinun pitää ostaman ne pakanoilta, jotka teidän ympärillänne ovat.

44 And as for your bondmen and your bondmaids, whom you will have, from the nations that are all around you*, you* will buy bondmen and bondmaids from them.

44. Both thy bondmen, and thy bondmaids, which thou shalt have, shall be of the heathen that are round about you; of them shall ye buy bondmen and bondmaids.

44. Willst du aber leibeigene Knechte und Mägde haben, so sollst du sie kaufen von den Heiden, die um euch her sind,

44. Ítem, tu siervo o tu sierva, que tuvieres serán de las gentes, que están en vuestro al derredor: de ellos compraréis siervos y siervas.

44 А чтобы раб твой и рабыня твоя были у тебя, то покупайте себе раба и рабыню у народов, которые вокруг вас;

45. Tahi ostakaa ne teidän luonanne asuvien loisten lapsista ja heidän sukulaisistaan, jotka ovat teidän luonanne ja jotka ovat heille syntyneet teidän maassanne; ja ne olkoot teidän perintöomaisuuttanne.

45. Ja huonekuntalaisilta, jotka muukalaiset ovat teidän seassanne, pitää teidän ne ostaman, ja heidän suvuiltansa, jotka he teidän tykönänne teidän maassanne synnyttäneet ovat: ja ne pitää teidän omanne oleman.

45 Moreover of the sons of the strangers who journey among you*, you* will buy from them and from their families that are with you*, which they have fathered in your* land and they will be your* possession.

45. Moreover of the children of the strangers that do sojourn among you, of them shall ye buy, and of their families that are with you, which they begat in your land: and they shall be your possession.

45. und auch von den Kindern der Gäste, die Fremdlinge unter euch sind, und von ihren Nachkommen, die sie bei euch in eurem Land zeugen; dieselben mögt ihr zu eigen haben{~}

45. Y también de los hijos de los forasteros, que viven entre vosotros compraréis: y de los que del linaje de ellos son nacidos en vuestra tierra, que están con vosotros: los cuales tendréis por posesión.

45 также и из детей поселенцев, поселившихся у вас, можете покупать, и из племени их,которое у вас, которое у них родилось в земле вашей, и они могут быть вашей собственностью;

46. Ja jättäkää ne jälkeenne perinnöksi lapsillenne, pysyväksi perintöomaisuudeksi; niitä saatte pitää ainaisesti orjinanne. Mutta veljistänne, israelilaisista, älä ketään kovuudella hallitse.

46. Ja pitäkäät heitä omananne, ja teidän lapsillenne teidän jälkeenne ijankaikkiseksi perimiseksi, ja niiden pitää oleman teidän orjanne; mutta veljenne Israelin lapset ei pidä toinen toistansa ankarasti hallitseman.

46 And you* will make them an inheritance for your* sons after you*, to hold for a possession. You* will take your* everlasting bondmen from them, but over your* brothers the sons of Israel you* will not rule, one over another, with rigor.

46. And ye shall take them as an inheritance for your children after you, to inherit them for a possession; they shall be your bondmen for ever: but over your brethren the children of Israel, ye shall not rule one over another with rigour.

46. und sollt sie besitzen und eure Kinder nach euch zum Eigentum für und für; die sollt ihr leibeigene Knechte sein lassen. Aber von euren Brüdern, den Kindern Israel, soll keiner über den andern herrschen mit Strenge.

46. Y poseerlos heis por juro de heredad para vuestros hijos después de vosotros para tener posesión, para siempre os serviréis de ellos: empero en vuestros hermanos los hijos de Israel, cada uno en su hermano, no os enseñorearéis en él con dureza.

46 можете передавать их в наследство и сынам вашим по себе, как имение; вечно владейте ими, как рабами. А над братьями вашими, сынами Израилевыми, друг над другом, не господствуйте с жестокостью.

47. Jos sinun luonasi asuva muukalainen tai loinen tulee varoihin, veljesi köyhtyessä hänen luonaan, niin että hän myy itsensä sinun luonasi asuvalle muukalaiselle tai loiselle tai jollekin muukalaisen suvun jäsenelle,

47. Jos muukalainen eli huonekuntainen hyötyy sinun tykönäs, ja sinun veljes köyhtyy hänen tykönänsä, niin että hän myy itsensä muukalaiselle, joka huonekuntainen sinun tykönäs on, eli jollekulle muukalaisen suvusta,

47 And if a stranger or traveler with you becomes rich and your brother becomes poor beside him and sells himself to the stranger or traveler with you, or to the stock of the stranger's family,

47. And if a sojourner or stranger wax rich by thee, and thy brother that dwelleth by him wax poor, and sell himself unto the stranger or sojourner by thee, or to the stock of the stranger's family:

47. Wenn irgend ein Fremdling oder Gast bei dir zunimmt und dein Bruder neben ihm verarmt und sich dem Fremdling oder Gast bei dir oder jemand von seinem Stamm verkauft,

47. Ítem, cuando la mano del peregrino y extranjero, que está contigo, alcanzare, y tu hermano que está con él, empobreciere, y se vendiere al peregrino o extranjero, que está contigo, o a la raza del linaje del extranjero,

47 Если пришлец или поселенец твой будет иметь достаток, а брат твой пред ним обеднеет и продастся пришельцу, поселившемуся у тебя, или кому-нибудь из племени пришельца,

48. niin olkoon hän, sen jälkeen kuin hän myi itsensä, lunastettavissa; joku hänen veljistään lunastakoon hänet.

48. Niin pitää hänellä oikeus oleman lunastettaa jälleen sittekuin hän myyty on, että joku hänen veljistänsä pitäis hänen lunastaman jällensä;

48. Nijn pitä hänellä oikeus oleman lunasta jällens sijttecuin hän myyty on että jocu hänen weljistäns pidäis hänen lunastaman jällens.

48 he may be redeemed after he is sold. One of his brothers may redeem him.

48. After that he is sold he may be redeemed again; one of his brethren may redeem him:

48. so soll er nach seinem Verkaufen Recht haben, wieder frei zu werden, und es mag ihn jemand unter seinen Brüdern lösen,

48. Después que se hubiere vendido, tendrá redención: uno de sus hermanos le rescatará;

48 то после продажи можно выкупить его; кто-нибудь из братьев его должен выкупить его,

49. Tahi lunastakoon hänet hänen setänsä tai setänsä poika tai joku veriheimolainen hänen suvustansa; tahi jos hän tulee varoihin, lunastakoon hän itse itsensä.

49. Eli hänen setänsä eli setänsä poika lunastakaan hänen, taikka joku hänen lähimmäisestä suvustansa, eli jos hän itse taitaa niin paljo matkaan saada, niin pitää hänen lunastaman itsensä.

49 Or his uncle, or his uncle's son, may redeem him. Or any who is near of kin to him of his family may redeem him. Or if he becomes rich, he may redeem himself.

49. Either his uncle, or his uncle's son, may redeem him, or any that is nigh of kin unto him of his family may redeem him; or if he be able, he may redeem himself.

49. oder sein Vetter oder Vetters Sohn oder sonst ein Blutsfreund seines Geschlechts; oder so seine Hand so viel erwirbt, so soll er selbst sich lösen.

49. O su tio, o el hijo de su tio le rescatará, o el cercano de su carne, de su linaje, le rescatará: o si su mano alcanzare, él se redimirá.

49 или дядя его, или сын дяди его должен выкупить его, или кто-нибудь из родства его,из племени его, должен выкупить его; или если будет иметь достаток, сам выкупится.

50. Ja hänen on laskettava yhdessä ostajansa kanssa, kuinka pitkä aika on riemuvuoteen siitä vuodesta, jolloin hän myi itsensä hänelle; ja hänen myyntihintansa jaettakoon vuosien luvulla; hänen palvelusaikansa laskettakoon saman arvoiseksi kuin päiväpalkkalaisen.

50. Ja hänen pitää lukua laskeman ostajansa kanssa, siitä vuodesta kuin hän myi itsensä ilovuoteen asti, ja raha pitää luettaman vuoden luvun jälkeen, sittekuin hän myytiin, ja kaiken sen ajan palkka pitää siihen luettaman:

50. Ja hänen pitä lucua laskeman ostajans cansa sijtä wuodesta cuin hän myi idzens ilowuoten asti ja raha pitä luettaman wuoden lugun jälken sijttecuin hän myytin ja caiken sen ajan palcka pitä sijhen luettaman.

50 And he will reckon with him who bought him from the year that he sold himself to him to the year of jubilee. And the price of his sale will be according to the number of years. He will be with him according to the time of a hired servant.

50. And he shall reckon with him that bought him from the year that he was sold to him unto the year of jubile: and the price of his sale shall be according unto the number of years, according to the time of an hired servant shall it be with him.

50. Und soll mit seinem Käufer rechnen von dem Jahr an, da er sich verkauft hatte, bis aufs Halljahr; und das Geld, darum er sich verkauft hat, soll nach der Zahl der Jahre gerechnet werden, als wäre er die ganze Zeit Tagelöhner bei ihm gewesen.

50. Y contará con el que le compró desde el año que se vendió a él hasta el año del jubileo: y apreciarse ha el dinero de su venta conforme al número de los años, y hacerse ha con él conforme al tiempo de un criado.

50 И он должен рассчитаться с купившим его, начиная от того года, когда он продал себя, до года юбилейного, и серебро, за которое он продал себя, должно отдать ему по числу лет; как временный наемник он должен быть у него;

51. Jos vielä on monta vuotta jäljellä, maksakoon hän takaisin lunastushintanaan niitä vastaavan osan siitä summasta, jolla hänet ostettiin.

51. Ja jos vielä monta vuotta on ilovuoteen, niin hänen pitää sitä enemmän antaman lunastuksestansa, senjälkeen kuin hän ostettu on.

51. Ja jos wielä monda wuotta on ilowuoteen nijn hänen pitä sitä enämmän andaman hänen lunastuxestans senjälken cuin hän ostettu on.

51 If there is yet many years, according to them he will give back the price of his redemption out of the money that he was bought for.

51. If there be yet many years behind, according unto them he shall give again the price of his redemption out of the money that he was bought for.

51. Sind noch viele Jahre bis an das Halljahr, so soll er nach denselben desto mehr zu seiner Lösung wiedergeben von dem Gelde darum er gekauft ist.

51. Si aun fueren muchos años, conforme a ellos volverá su rescate del dinero por el cual se vendió.

51 и если еще много остается лет, то по мере их он должен отдать в выкуп за себя серебро, за которое он куплен;

52. Mutta jos vain vähän vuosia on jäljellä riemuvuoteen, laskekoon ostaja nekin hänelle, ja hän maksakoon lunastushintansa sen mukaan, kuin hänellä on vuosia jäljellä.

52. Mutta jos harvat vuodet ovat ilovuoteen, niin laskekaan lukua hänen kanssansa ja hänen pitää vuotten jälkeen antaman lunastuksensa.

52. Mutta jos harwat wuodet owat ilowuoteen nijn hänen pitä sen jälken andaman hänen lunastuxens.

52 And if there remain but few years to the year of jubilee, then he will reckon with him. He will give back the price of his redemption according to his years.

52. And if there remain but few years unto the year of jubile, then he shall count with him, and according unto his years shall he give him again the price of his redemption.

52. Sind aber wenig Jahre übrig bis ans Halljahr, so soll er auch darnach wiedergeben zu seiner Lösung.

52. Y si quedare poco tiempo hasta el año del jubileo, entónces contará con él, y volverá su rescate conforme a sus años.

52 если же мало остается лет до юбилейного года, то он должен сосчитать и по мере лет отдать за себя выкуп.

53. Vuosikaupalla otetun päiväpalkkalaisen tavalla hän palvelkoon häntä, mutta älköön tämä kovuudella hallitko häntä sinun silmiesi edessä.

53. Ja pitää hänen palkkansa myös siihen luettaman vuosi vuodelta, ja ei hänen pidä ankaruudella häntä hallitseman sinun edessäs.

53. Ja pitä hänen palckans myös sijhen luettaman wuosi wuodelda ja ei sinun pidä salliman angarudella händä hallita sinun edesäs.

53 He will be with him as a servant hired year by year. He will not rule with rigor over him in your sight.

53. And as a yearly hired servant shall he be with him: and the other shall not rule with rigour over him in thy sight.

53. Als Tagelöhner soll er von Jahr zu Jahr bei ihm sein, und sollst nicht lassen mit Strenge über ihn herrschen vor deinen Augen.

53. Como cogido de año por año hará con él, no se enseñoreará en él duramente delante de tus ojos:

53 Он должен быть у него, как наемник, во все годы; он не должен господствовать над ним с жестокостью вглазах твоих.

54. Mutta jos häntä ei näin lunasteta, tulkoon hän riemuvuotena vapaaksi, hän itse ja hänen lapsensa hänen kanssaan.

54. Jos ei hän näin lunasta itsiänsä, niin hänen pitää ilovuonna vapaana käymän ulos lapsinensa.

54. Jos ei hän näin lunasta idzens nijn hänen pitä ilowuonna wapana käymän ulos lapsinens:

54 And if he is not redeemed by these means, then he will go out in the year of jubilee, he and his sons with him.

54. And if he be not redeemed in these years, then he shall go out in the year of jubile, both he, and his children with him.

54. Wird er aber auf diese Weise sich nicht lösen, so soll er im Halljahr frei ausgehen und seine Kinder mit ihm.

54. Mas si no se redimiere en ellos, saldrá en el año del jubileo él, y sus hijos con él.

54 Если же он не выкупится таким образом, то в юбилейный год отойдет сам и дети его сним,

55. Sillä israelilaiset ovat minun palvelijoitani; he ovat minun palvelijani, jotka minä vein pois Egyptin maasta. Minä olen Herra, teidän Jumalanne.

55. Sillä Israelin lapset ovat minun palveliani; he ovat minun palveliani, jotka minä olen Egyptin maalta johdattanut ulos: Minä olen Herra teidän Jumalanne.

55. Sillä Israelin lapset owat minun palweliani jotca minä olen Egyptin maalda johdattanut: Minä olen HERra teidän Jumalan.

55 For the sons of Israel are servants to me. They are my servants whom I brought forth out of the land of Egypt. I am Jehovah your* God.

55. For unto me the children of Israel are servants; they are my servants whom I brought forth out of the land of Egypt: I am the LORD your God.

55. Denn die Kinder Israel sind meine Knechte, die ich aus Ägyptenland geführt habe. Ich bin der HERR, euer Gott.

55. Porque mis siervos son los hijos de Israel, mis siervos son, que yo saqué de la tierra de Egipto: Yo Jehová, vuestro Dios.

55 потому что сыны Израилевы Мои рабы; они Мои рабы, которых Я вывел из земли Египетской. Я Господь, Бог ваш.
