Muistokivet Jordanissa ja Gilgalissa.

1. Ja kun koko kansa oli ehtinyt kulkea Jordanin yli, sanoi Herra Joosualle näin:

2 Take for you* twelve men out of the people, a man out of every tribe,

2. Nehmt euch zwölf Männer, aus jeglichem Stamm einen,

2 возьмите себе из народа двенадцать человек, по одному человеку изколена,

3. ja käskekää heitä sanoen: 'Ottakaa itsellenne tästä, keskeltä Jordania, siltä kohdalta, missä papit seisovat alallaan, kaksitoista kiveä ja viekää ne mukananne ja asettakaa ne siihen paikkaan, mihin jäätte ensi yöksi'.

3. Ja käskekäät heitä, sanoen: ottakaat teille keskeltä tätä Jordania, siitä paikasta, jossa pappein jalat seisovat alallansa, kaksitoistakymmentä kiveä, ja viekäät ne kanssanne ylitse ja jättäkäät ne siihen majaan, jossa te tätä yötä pidätte.

3 and command you* them, saying, Take for you* here out of the midst of the Jordan, out of the place where the priests' feet stood firm, twelve stones and carry them over with you* and lay them down in the lodging-place where you* will lodge this night.

3. And command ye them, saying, Take you hence out of the midst of Jordan, out of the place where the priests' feet stood firm, twelve stones, and ye shall carry them over with you, and leave them in the lodging place, where ye shall lodge this night.

3. und gebietet ihnen und sprecht: Hebt auf aus dem Jordan zwölf Steine von dem Ort, da die Füße der Priester stillgestanden sind, und bringt sie mit euch hinüber, daß ihr sie in der Herberge laßt, da ihr diese Nacht herbergen werdet.

3. Y mandádles, diciendo: Tomáos de aquí del medio del Jordán, del lugar donde están los piés de los sacerdotes firmes, doce piedras: las cuales pasaréis con vosotros, y asentarlas heis en el alojamiento donde habéis de tener la noche.

3 и дайте им повеление и скажите: возьмите себе отсюда, из средины Иордана, где стояли ноги священников неподвижно, двенадцать камней, и перенесите их с собою, и положите их на ночлеге, где будете ночевать в эту ночь.

4. Niin Joosua kutsui ne kaksitoista miestä, jotka hän oli määrännyt otettaviksi israelilaisista, yhden miehen kustakin sukukunnasta,

4 Then Joshua called the twelve men, whom he had prepared of the sons of Israel, a man out of every tribe.

4 Иисус призвал двенадцать человек, которых назначил из Сынов израилевых, по одному человеку из колена,

5. ja Joosua sanoi heille: Menkää Herran, Jumalanne, arkin eteen keskelle Jordania, ja nostakoon kukin kiven olalleen israelilaisten sukukuntien luvun mukaan,

5. Ja Josua sanoi heille: menkäät Herran teidän Jumalanne arkin edellä keskelle Jordania, ja jokainen nostakaan yhden kiven olallensa, Israelin lasten sukukuntain luvun jälkeen,

5 And Joshua said to them, Pass over before the ark of Jehovah your* God into the midst of the Jordan and take up every man of you* a stone upon his shoulder, according to the number of the tribes of the sons of Israel,

5. And Joshua said unto them, Pass over before the ark of the LORD your God into the midst of Jordan, and take ye up every man of you a stone upon his shoulder, according unto the number of the tribes of the children of Israel:

5. und sprach zu ihnen: Geht hinüber vor die Lade des HERRN, eures Gottes, mitten in den Jordan und hebe ein jeglicher einen Stein auf seine Achsel, nach der Zahl der Stämme der Kinder Israel,

5. Y díjoles Josué: Pasád delante del arca de Jehová vuestro Dios por medio del Jordán, y cada uno de vosotros tome una piedra sobre su hombro, conforme al número de las tribus de los hijos de Israel;

5 и сказал им Иисус: пойдите пред ковчегом Господа Бога вашего в средину Иордана и возьмите оттуда и положите на плечо свое каждый по одному камню, по числу колен сынов Израилевых,

6. että ne olisivat merkkinä teidän keskellänne. Kun lapsenne vastaisuudessa kysyvät ja sanovat: 'Mitä nämä kivet merkitsevät?'

6. Että ne olisivat merkiksi teidän seassanne, kuin teidän lapsenne tästedes kysyvät ja sanovat: mihinkä nämät kivet teille?

6 that this may be a sign among you*, that, when your* children ask in time to come, saying, What do you* mean by these stones?

6. daß sie ein Zeichen seien unter euch. Wenn eure Kinder hernach ihre Väter fragen werden und sprechen: Was tun diese Steine da?

6. Para que esto sea señal entre vosotros. Y cuando vuestros hijos preguntaren a sus padres el día de mañana, diciendo: ¿Qué os significan estas piedras?

6 чтобы они были у вас знамением; когда спросят вас в последующее время сыны ваши и скажут: „к чему у вас эти камни?",

7. niin vastatkaa heille: 'Sitä, että Jordanin vesi katkesi juoksussaan Herran liitonarkin edessä, kun se kulki Jordanin poikki; Jordanin vesi katkesi juoksussaan, ja siitä ovat nämä kivet muistona israelilaisille ikuisiksi ajoiksi.'

7. Että silloin sanoisitte heille: Jordanin vesi jakausi Herran liitonarkin edestä; sen mennessä Jordanin ylitse jakausi Jordanin vesi; ja nämät kivet pitää oleman Israelin lapsille ijankaikkiseksi muistoksi.

7 Then you* will say to them, Because the waters of the Jordan were cut off before the ark of the covenant of Jehovah. When it passed over the Jordan, the waters of the Jordan were cut off. And these stones will be for a memorial to the sons of Israel everlasting.

7. Then ye shall answer them, That the waters of Jordan were cut off before the ark of the covenant of the LORD; when it passed over Jordan, the waters of Jordan were cut off: and these stones shall be for a memorial unto the children of Israel for ever.

7. so sollt ihr ihnen sagen: Weil das Wasser des Jordans abgerissen ist vor der Lade des Bundes des HERRN, da sie durch den Jordan ging, sollen diese Steine den Kindern Israels ein ewiges Gedächtnis sein.

7. Responderles heis: Que las aguas del Jordán fueron partidas delante del arca del concierto de Jehová cuando ella pasó el Jordán, las aguas del Jordán se partieron: y serán estas piedras por memoria para siempre a los hijos de Israel.

7 вы скажете им: „ в память того , что вода Иордана разделилась пред ковчегом завета Господа; когда он переходил чрез Иордан, тогда водаИордана разделилась"; таким образом камни сии будут для сынов Израилевых памятником на век.

8. Ja israelilaiset tekivät, niinkuin Joosua oli käskenyt, ja ottivat israelilaisten sukukuntien luvun mukaan kaksitoista kiveä keskeltä Jordania, niinkuin Herra oli puhunut Joosualle, ja veivät ne mukanaan yöpaikkaan ja asettivat ne sinne.

8. Niin Israelin lapset tekivät niinkuin Josua heitä käski, ja kantoivat kaksitoistakymmentä kiveä keskeltä Jordania, niinkuin Herra oli Josualle sanonut, Israelin lasten sukukuntain luvun jälkeen, ja he veivät ne yli myötänsä yösiaan asti ja panivat ne siihen.

8. Nijn teit Israelin lapset cuin Josua heitä käski ja cannoit caxitoistakymmendä kiwe keskeldä Jordani nijncuin HERra oli Josualle sanonut: Israelin lasten sucucunnan lugun jälken ja cannoit ne heidän cansans yösian asti ja panit ne sijhen.

8 And the sons of Israel did so as Joshua commanded and took up twelve stones out of the midst of the Jordan, as Jehovah spoke to Joshua, according to the number of the tribes of the sons of Israel and they carried them over with them to the place where they lodged and laid them down there.

8. And the children of Israel did so as Joshua commanded, and took up twelve stones out of the midst of Jordan, as the LORD spake unto Joshua, according to the number of the tribes of the children of Israel, and carried them over with them unto the place where they lodged, and laid them down there.

8. Da taten die Kinder Israel, wie ihnen Josua geboten hatte, und trugen zwölf Steine mitten aus dem Jordan, wie der HERR zu Josua gesagt hatte, nach der Zahl der Stämme der Kinder Israel, und brachten sie mit sich hinüber in die Herberge und ließen sie daselbst.

8. Y los hijos de Israel lo hicieron así como Josué les mandó; que levantaron doce piedras del medio del Jordán, como Jehová lo había dicho a Josué, conforme al número de las tribus de los hijos de Israel; y pasáronlas consigo al alojamiento, y asentáronlas allí.

8 И сделали сыны Израилевы так, как приказал Иисус: взяли двенадцать камней из Иордана, как говорил Господь Иисусу, по числу колен сынов Израилевых, и перенесли их с собою на ночлег, и положили их там.

9. Ja Joosua pystytti kaksitoista kiveä keskelle Jordania sille kohdalle, jossa liitonarkkia kantavat papit seisoivat; ja ne ovat siellä vielä tänäkin päivänä.

9 And Joshua set up twelve stones in the midst of the Jordan, in the place where the feet of the priests who bore the ark of the covenant stood and they are there to this day.

9. And Joshua set up twelve stones in the midst of Jordan, in the place where the feet of the priests which bare the ark of the covenant stood: and they are there unto this day.

9. Und Josua richtete zwölf Steine auf mitten im Jordan, da die Füße der Priester gestanden waren, die die Lade des Bundes trugen; die sind noch daselbst bis auf diesen Tag.

9. Josué también levantó doce piedras en medio del Jordán; en el lugar donde estuvieron los piés de los sacerdotes, que llevaban el arca del concierto; y han estado allí hasta hoy.

9 И другие двенадцать камней поставил Иисус среди Иордана наместе, где стояли ноги священников, несших ковчег завета. Они там и до сего дня.

10. Ja papit, jotka kantoivat arkkia, seisoivat keskellä Jordania, kunnes oli suoritettu kaikki, mitä Herra oli käskenyt Joosuan puhua kansalle, kaikki tyynni, mistä Mooses oli Joosualle käskyn antanut, ja kansa kulki nopeasti virran yli.

10. Ja papit, jotka arkkia kantoivat, seisoivat keskellä Jordania, siihenasti kuin kaikki toimitettiin, mitä Herra käski Josuan kansalle sanoa, kaiken sen jälkeen minkä Moses Josualle käskenyt oli; ja kansa kiiruhti itsensä ja kävi ylitse.

10 For the priests who bore the ark stood in the midst of the Jordan until everything was finished that Jehovah commanded Joshua to speak to the people, according to all that Moses commanded Joshua. And the people hastened and passed over.

10. For the priests which bare the ark stood in the midst of Jordan, until every thing was finished that the LORD commanded Joshua to speak unto the people, according to all that Moses commanded Joshua: and the people hasted and passed over.

10. Denn die Priester, die die Lade trugen, standen mitten im Jordan, bis daß alles ausgerichtet ward, was der HERR dem Josua geboten hatte. Und das Volk eilte und ging hinüber.

10. Y los sacerdotes, que llevaban el arca, se pararon en medio del Jordán, hasta tanto que se acabó todo lo que Jehová había mandado a Josué que hablase al pueblo conforme a todas las cosas que Moisés había mandado a Josué: mas el pueblo se dió priesa y pasó.

10 Священники, несшие ковчег, стояли среди Иордана, доколе не окончено было все, что Господь повелел Иисусу сказать народу, так, как завещал Моисей Иисусу; а народ между тем поспешно переходил.

11. Ja kun koko kansa oli ehtinyt kulkea virran yli, menivät Herran arkki ja papit yli, kansan eteen.

11. Kuin kaikki kansa oli käynyt ylitse, meni myös Herran arkki ylitse, ja papit kansan eteen.

11. Cosca caicki Canssa oli käynyt läpidze meni myös HERran Arcki läpidze ja Papit Canssan edellä.

11 And it happened, when all the people were clean passed over, that the ark of Jehovah passed over and the priests, in the presence of the people.

11. And it came to pass, when all the people were clean passed over, that the ark of the LORD passed over, and the priests, in the presence of the people.

11. Da nun das Volk ganz hinübergegangen war, da ging die Lade des HERRN auch hinüber und die Priester vor dem Volk her.

11. Y cuando todo el pueblo acabó de pasar, pasó también el arca de Jehová, y los sacerdotes en presencia del pueblo.

11 Когда весь народ перешел Иордан, тогда перешел и ковчег завета Господня, и священники пред народом;

12. Ja ruubenilaiset, gaadilaiset ja toinen puoli Manassen sukukuntaa kulkivat taisteluun valmiina israelilaisten etunenässä, niinkuin Mooses oli heille puhunut.

12. Ja Rubenilaiset ja Gadilaiset ja puoli Manassen sukukuntaa kävivät aseinensa Israelin lasten edellä, niinkuin Moses heille sanonut oli.

12 And the sons of Reuben and the sons of Gad and the half-tribe of Manasseh, passed over armed before the sons of Israel, as Moses spoke to them.

12. And the children of Reuben, and the children of Gad, and half the tribe of Manasseh, passed over armed before the children of Israel, as Moses spake unto them:

12. Und die Rubeniter und Gaditer und der halbe Stamm Manasse gingen gerüstet vor den Kindern Israel her, wie Mose zu ihnen geredet hatte.

12. También pasaron los hijos de Rubén, y los hijos de Gad, y la media tribu de Manasés armados delante de los hijos de Israel, como les había dicho Moisés:

12 и сыны Рувима и сыны Гада и половина колена Манассиина перешли вооруженные впереди сынов Израилевых, как говорил им Моисей.

13. Noin nelikymmentuhantinen sotaan varustettu joukko heitä kulki Herran edellä taisteluun Jerikon arolle.

13. Liki neljäkymmentä tuhatta sotaan hankittua kävivät Herran edellä sotaan Jerihon kedolle.

13 About forty thousand ready armed for war passed over before Jehovah to battle, to the plains of Jericho.

13. Bei vierzigtausend Gerüstete zum Heer gingen vor dem HERRN zum Streit auf das Gefilde Jerichos.

13. Como cuarenta mil hombres armados a punto pasaron hacia la campaña de Jericó delante de Jehová, a la guerra.

13 Около сорока тысяч вооруженных на брань перешло пред Господом на равнины Иерихонские, чтобы сразиться.

14. Sinä päivänä Herra teki Joosuan suureksi koko Israelin silmissä, ja he pelkäsivät häntä kaikkena hänen elinaikanansa, niinkuin olivat Moosesta peljänneet.

14 On that day Jehovah magnified Joshua in the sight of all Israel and they feared him, as they feared Moses, all the days of his life.

14. An dem Tage machte der HERR den Josua groß vor dem ganzen Israel; und sie fürchteten ihn, wie sie Mose fürchteten, sein Leben lang.

14. En aquel día Jehová engrandeció a Josué en ojos de todo Israel: y temiéronle, como habían temido a Moisés todos los dias de su vida.

14 В тот день прославил Господь Иисуса пред очами всего Израиля и стали бояться его, как боялись Моисея, во все дни жизни его.

16. Gebiete den Priestern, die die Lade des Zeugnisses tragen, daß sie aus dem Jordan heraufsteigen.

16 прикажи священникам, несущим ковчег откровения, выйти из Иордана.

17. Niin Joosua käski pappeja sanoen: Astukaa ylös Jordanista.

17 Joshua therefore commanded the priests, saying, Come you* up out of the Jordan.

18. Kun nyt Herran liitonarkkia kantavat papit astuivat ylös Jordanista, niin tuskin olivat pappien jalat nousseet kuivalle maalle, kun Jordanin vesi palasi paikoilleen ja juoksi niinkuin ennenkin yli kaikkien äyräidensä.

18. Ja kuin papit, jotka Herran liitonarkkia kantoivat, astuivat Jordanista ylös, ja pappein jalat kävivät ylös kuivalle maalle, niin tulivat Jordanin vedet siallensa ja juoksivat niinkuin ennenkin parrastensa yli.

18 And it happened, when the priests who bore the ark of the covenant of Jehovah came up out of the midst of the Jordan and the soles of the priests' feet were lifted up to the dry ground, that the waters of the Jordan returned to their place and went over all its banks, as formerly.

18. And it came to pass, when the priests that bare the ark of the covenant of the LORD were come up out of the midst of Jordan, and the soles of the priests' feet were lifted up unto the dry land, that the waters of Jordan returned unto their place, and flowed over all his banks, as they did before.

18. Und da die Priester, die die Lade des HERRN trugen, aus dem Jordan heraufstiegen und mit ihren Fußsohlen aufs Trockene traten, kam das Wasser des Jordans wieder an seine Stätte und floß wie zuvor an allen seinen Ufern.

18. Y aconteció que como los sacerdotes, que llevaban el arca del concierto de Jehová, subieron del medio del Jordán, y que las plantas de los piés de los sacerdotes estuvieron en seco, las aguas del Jordán se volvieron a su lugar, corriendo como ántes sobre todos sus bordes.

18 И когда священники, несшие ковчег завета Господня, вышли из Иордана, то, лишь только стопы ног их ступили на сушу, вода Иордана устремилась по своему месту и пошла, как вчера и третьего дня, выше всех берегов своих.

19. Kansa astui ylös Jordanista ensimmäisen kuun kymmenentenä päivänä. Ja he leiriytyivät Gilgaliin, Jerikon itäiselle rajalle.

19. Ja se oli kymmenes päivä ensimäisessä kuussa, kuin kansa astui Jordanista ylös, ja siottivat itsensä Gilgalissa idän puolella Jerihoa.

19 And the people came up out of the Jordan on the tenth day of the first month and encamped in Gilgal on the east border of Jericho.

19. Es war aber der zehnte Tag des ersten Monats, da das Volk aus dem Jordan heraufstieg; und lagerten sich in Gilgal, gegen Morgen vor der Stadt Jericho.

19. Y subió el pueblo del Jordán a los diez dias del mes primero; y asentaron el campo en Galgal al lado oriental de Jericó.

19 И вышел народ из Иордана в десятый день первого месяца и поставил стан в Галгале, на восточной стороне Иерихона.

20. Ja ne kaksitoista kiveä, jotka he olivat ottaneet Jordanista, Joosua pystytti Gilgaliin.

20 And those twelve stones, which they took out of the Jordan, Joshua set up in Gilgal.

20. And those twelve stones, which they took out of Jordan, did Joshua pitch in Gilgal.

20. Y Josué levantó en Galgal las doce piedras, que habían traido del Jordán:

20 И двенадцать камней, которые взяли они из Иордана, Иисус поставил в Галгале

21. Ja hän sanoi israelilaisille näin: Kun lapsenne vastaisuudessa kysyvät isiltään ja sanovat: 'Mitä nämä kivet merkitsevät?'

21. Ja hän puhui Israelin lapsille, sanoen: kuin teidän lapsenne tästedes kysyvät isiltänsä, ja sanovat: mihinkä nämät kivet?

21. Ja hän sanoi Israelin lapsille: cosca teidän lapsen tästedes kysywät heidän Isillens ja sanowat: mihingä nämät kiwet?

21 And he spoke to the sons of Israel, saying, When your* sons will ask their fathers in time to come, saying, What do these stones mean?

21. And he spake unto the children of Israel, saying, When your children shall ask their fathers in time to come, saying, What mean these stones?

21. und sprach zu den Kinder Israel: Wenn eure Kinder hernach ihre Väter fragen werden und sagen: Was sollen diese Steine?

21. Y habló a los hijos de Israel, diciendo: Cuando el día de mañana preguntaren vuestros hijos a sus padres, y dijeren: ¿Qué os significan estas piedras?

21 и сказал сынам Израилевым: когда спросят в последующее время сыны ваши отцов своих: „что значат эти камни?",

22. niin ilmoittakaa se lapsillenne ja sanokaa: 'Israel kulki tämän Jordanin poikki kuivaa myöten,

22. Niin antakaat lastenne tietää, sanoen: Israel kävi kuivalla tämän Jordanin yli.

22. Nijn ilmoittacat heille ja sanocat: Israel käwi cuiwin jalgoin Jordanin läpidze.

22 Then you* will let your* sons know, saying, Israel came over this Jordan on dry land.

22. Then ye shall let your children know, saying, Israel came over this Jordan on dry land.

22. So sollt ihr's ihnen kundtun und sagen: Israel ging trocken durch den Jordan,

22. Declararéis a vuestros hijos, diciendo: Israel pasó en seco por este Jordán.

22 скажите сынам вашим: „Израиль перешел чрез Иордан сей по суше",

23. koska Herra, teidän Jumalanne, kuivasi Jordanin veden teidän tieltänne, kunnes olitte kulkeneet virran poikki, samoinkuin Herra, teidän Jumalanne, teki Kaislamerelle, jonka hän kuivasi meidän tieltämme, kunnes olimme kulkeneet sen poikki,

23. Kuin Herra teidän Jumalanne kuivasi Jordanin vedet teidän edestänne, niinkauvan kuin te kävitte sen ylitse, niinkuin Herra teidän Jumalanne teki Punaisessa meressä, jonka hän kuivasi meidän edestämme, siihenasti että me kävimme sen ylitse;

23. Cosca HERra teidän Jumalan cuiwais Jordanin weden teidän edesän nijncauwan cuin te käwittä sen läpidze nijncuin HERra teidän Jumalan teki punaises meres jonga hän cuiwais meidän edesäm nijn että me käwimme sen läpidze.

23 For Jehovah your* God dried up the waters of the Jordan from before you*, until you* were passed over, as Jehovah your* God did to the Red Sea, which he dried up from before us, until we were passed over,

23. For the LORD your God dried up the waters of Jordan from before you, until ye were passed over, as the LORD your God did to the Red sea, which he dried up from before us, until we were gone over:

23. da der HERR, euer Gott, das Wasser des Jordans austrocknete vor euch, bis ihr hinüberginget, gleichwie der HERR, euer Gott, tat in dem Schilfmeer, das er vor uns austrocknete, bis wir hindurchgingen,

23. Porque Jehová vuestro Dios secó las aguas del Jordán delante de vosotros hasta que pasaseis, de la manera que Jehová vuestro Dios lo había hecho en el mar Bermejo, al cual secó delante de nosotros, hasta que pasamos.

23 ибо Господь Бог ваш иссушил воды Иордана для вас, доколе вы не перешли его, так же, как Господь Бог ваш сделал с Чермным морем, которое иссушил пред нами, доколемы не перешли его,

24. jotta kaikki maan kansat tulisivat tietämään, että Herran käsi on väkevä, ja jotta te pelkäisitte Herraa, teidän Jumalaanne, ainiaan'.

24. Että kaikki kansat maan päällä tuntisivat Herran käden, kuinka väkevä se on, että te pelkäisitte aina Herraa teidän Jumalaanne.

24. Että caicki Canssa maan päällä tunde HERran käden cuinga wäkewä hän on että te pelkäisit aina HERra teidän Jumalatan.

24 that all the peoples of the earth may know the hand of Jehovah, that it is mighty, that you* may fear Jehovah your* God forever.

24. That all the people of the earth might know the hand of the LORD, that it is mighty: that ye might fear the LORD your God for ever.

24. auf daß alle Völker auf Erden die Hand des HERRN erkennen, wie mächtig sie ist, daß ihr den HERRN, euren Gott, fürchtet allezeit.

24. Para que todos los pueblos de la tierra conozcan la mano de Jehová, que es fuerte: para que temáis a Jehová vuestro Dios todos los dias.

24 дабы все народы земли познали, что рука Господня сильна, и дабы вы боялись Господа Бога вашего во все дни.
