1. Sitten Joosua kokosi kaikki Israelin sukukunnat Sikemiin ja kutsui Israelin vanhimmat, sen päämiehet, tuomarit ja päällysmiehet, ja he asettuivat Jumalan eteen.

1 And Joshua gathered all the tribes of Israel to Shechem and called for the elders of Israel and for their heads and for their judges and for their officers; and they presented themselves before God.

1. Josua versammelte alle Stämme Israels gen Sichem und berief die Ältesten von Israel, die Häupter, Richter und Amtleute. Und da sie vor Gott getreten waren,

1. Y JUNTANDO Josué todas las tribus de Israel en Siquem, llamó a los ancianos de Israel, y a sus príncipes, a sus jueces, y sus alcaldes, y presentáronse delante de Dios:

1 И собрал Иисус все колена Израилевы в Сихем и призвал старейшин Израиля и начальников его, и судей его и надзирателей его, и предстали пред Господа Бога.

2. Ja Joosua sanoi koko kansalle: Näin sanoo Herra, Israelin Jumala: Tuolla puolella Eufrat-virran asuivat muinoin teidän isänne, myös Terah, Aabrahamin ja Naahorin isä, ja he palvelivat muita jumalia.

2. Sanoi Josua kaikelle kansalle: näin sanoo Herra Israelin Jumala: teidän isänne asuivat entiseen aikaan sillä puolella virtaa, Tara, Abrahamin ja Nahorin isä, ja palvelivat muita jumalia.

2 And Joshua said to all the people, Jehovah says thus, the God of Israel: Your* fathers dwelt of old time beyond the River, even Terah, the father of Abraham and the father of Nahor and they served other gods.

2. And Joshua said unto all the people, Thus saith the LORD God of Israel, Your fathers dwelt on the other side of the flood in old time, even Terah, the father of Abraham, and the father of Nachor: and they served other gods.

2. sprach er zum ganzen Volk: So sagt der HERR, der Gott Israels: Eure Väter wohnten vorzeiten jenseit des Stroms, Tharah, Abrahams und Nahors Vater, und dienten andern Göttern.

2. Y dijo Josué a todo el pueblo: Así dice Jehová, Dios de Israel: Vuestros padres habitaron antiguamente de esotra parte del río, es a saber, Tare padre de Abraham y de Nacor; y servían a dioses extraños.

2 И сказал Иисус всему народу: так говорит Господь Бог Израилев: „за рекою жили отцы ваши издревле, Фарра, отец Авраама и отец Нахора, и служили иным богам.

3. Mutta minä otin teidän isänne Aabrahamin tuolta puolelta virran ja kuljetin häntä kautta koko Kanaanin maan ja tein hänen jälkeläisensä lukuisiksi ja annoin hänelle Iisakin.

3 And I took your* father Abraham from beyond the River and led him throughout all the land of Canaan and multiplied his seed and gave him Isaac.

3. Da nahm ich euren Vater Abraham jenseit des Stroms und ließ ihn wandern im ganzen Land Kanaan und mehrte ihm seinen Samen und gab ihm Isaak.

3. Y yo tomé a vuestro padre Abraham de la otra parte del río, y trájele por toda la tierra de Canaán, y aumenté su generación, y díle a Isaac.

3 Но Я взял отца вашего Авраама из-за реки и водил его по всей земле Ханаанской, и размножил семя его и дал ему Исаака.

4. Ja Iisakille minä annoin Jaakobin ja Eesaun. Ja Eesaulle minä annoin Seirin vuoriston omaksi, mutta Jaakob ja hänen poikansa menivät Egyptiin.

4. Ja Isaakille annoin minä Jakobin ja Esaun; ja annoin Esaulle Seirin vuoren asuaksensa. Mutta Jakob ja hänen lapsensa menivät alas Egyptin maalle.

4 And I gave to Isaac, Jacob and Esau. And I gave to Esau Mount Seir to possess it. And Jacob and his sons went down into Egypt.

4. And I gave unto Isaac Jacob and Esau: and I gave unto Esau mount Seir, to possess it; but Jacob and his children went down into Egypt.

4. Und Isaak gab ich Jakob und Esau und gab Esau das Gebirge Seir zu besitzen. Jakob aber und seine Kinder zogen hinab nach Ägypten.

4. Y a Isaac dí a Jacob, y a Esaú: y a Esaú dí el monte de Seir, que lo poseyese; mas Jacob y sus hijos descendieron en Egipto.

4 Исааку дал Иакова и Исава. Исаву дал Я горуСеир в наследие; Иаков же и сыны его перешли в Египет

5. Sitten minä lähetin Mooseksen ja Aaronin ja rankaisin Egyptiä sillä, mitä minä siellä tein, ja sen jälkeen minä vein teidät sieltä pois.

5 And I sent Moses and Aaron and I plagued Egypt, according to what I did in the midst of it and afterward I brought you* out.

5. Da sandte ich Mose und Aaron und plagte Ägypten, wie ich unter ihnen getan habe.

5. Y yo envié a Moisés, y a Aarón, y herí a Egipto, como lo hice en medio de él, y después os saqué.

5 И послал Я Моисея и Аарона и поразил Египет язвами, которые делал Я среди его, и потом вывел вас.

6. Ja kun minä vein teidän isänne pois Egyptistä ja te olitte saapuneet meren rannalle, ajoivat egyptiläiset teidän isiänne takaa sotavaunuilla ja ratsumiehillä Kaislamereen saakka.

6. Niin vein minä myös teidän isänne Egyptistä ulos, ja te tulitte meren tykö; ja Egyptiläiset ajoivat teidän isiänne takaa vaunuin ja ratsasmiesten kanssa Punaiseen mereen saakka.

6 And I brought your* fathers out of Egypt. And you* came to the sea and the Egyptians pursued after your* fathers with chariots and with horsemen to the Red Sea.

6. And I brought your fathers out of Egypt: and ye came unto the sea; and the Egyptians pursued after your fathers with chariots and horsemen unto the Red sea.

6. Darnach führte ich euch und eure Väter aus Ägypten. Und da ihr an das Meer kamt und die Ägypter euren Vätern nachjagten mit Wagen und Reitern ans Schilfmeer,

6. Y saqué a vuestros padres de Egipto: y como llegaron a la mar, los Egipcios siguieron a vuestros padres hasta el mar Bermejo con carros y caballería:

6 Я вывел отцов ваших из Египта, и вы пришли к Чермному морю. Тогда Египтяне гнались за отцами вашими с колесницами и всадниками до Чермного моря;

7. Niin he huusivat Herraa, ja hän pani pimeyden teidän ja egyptiläisten välille ja antoi meren tulla heidän ylitsensä, ja se peitti heidät; omin silmin te näitte, mitä minä tein egyptiläisille. Kun te sitten olitte asuneet kauan aikaa erämaassa,

7. Niin huusivat he Herran tykö, ja hän pani pimeyden teidän ja Egyptiläisten vaiheelle, ja saatti meren heidän päällensä, ja peitti heidät. Ja teidän silmänne näkivät, mitä minä tein Egyptissä; ja te asuitte korvessa kauvan aikaa.

7. Nijn huusit he HERran tygö ja hän pani pimeyden teidän ja Egyptiläisten waihelle ja saatti meren heidän päällens ja peitti heidän: Ja teidän silmän näit mitä minä tein Egyptis ja te asuit corwes cauwan aica.

7 And when they cried out to Jehovah, he put darkness between you* and the Egyptians and brought the sea upon them and covered them. And your* eyes saw what I did in Egypt and you* dwelt in the wilderness many days.

7. And when they cried unto the LORD, he put darkness between you and the Egyptians, and brought the sea upon them, and covered them; and your eyes have seen what I have done in Egypt: and ye dwelt in the wilderness a long season.

7. da schrieen sie zum HERRN; der setzte eine Finsternis zwischen euch und die Ägypter und führte das Meer über sie, und es bedeckte sie. Und eure Augen haben gesehen, was ich an den Ägyptern getan habe. Und ihr habt gewohnt in der Wüste eine lange Zeit.

7. Y como ellos clamasen a Jehová, él puso una oscuridad entre vosotros y los Egipcios: e hizo venir sobre ellos la mar, la cual los cubrió. Y vuestros ojos vieron los que hice en Egipto: y estuvisteis muchos dias en el desierto.

7 но они возопили к Господу, и Он положил тьму между вами и Египтянами и навел на них море, которое их и покрыло. Глаза ваши видели, что Я сделал в Египте. Потом много времени пробыли вы в пустыне.

8. toin minä teidät amorilaisten maahan, jotka asuivat tuolla puolella Jordanin, ja he taistelivat teitä vastaan; mutta minä annoin heidät teidän käsiinne, ja te otitte omaksenne heidän maansa, ja minä tuhosin heidät teidän tieltänne.

8. Ja minä toin teidät Amorilaisten maahan, jotka asuivat tuolla puolella Jordania; ja kuin he sotivat teitä vastaan, annoin minä heidät teidän käsiinne, että te omistaisitte heidän maansa; ja minä hävitin heitä teidän edestänne.

8. Ja minä toin teidän Amorrerein maahan joca asui tuolla puolen Jordanin. Ja cosca he sodeit teitä wastan annoin minä heidän teidän käsijn että te omistitte heidän maans ja häwititte heitä teidän edestän.

8 And I brought you* into the land of the Amorites, who dwelt beyond the Jordan. And they fought with you*. And I gave them into your* hand and you* possessed their land and I destroyed them from before you*.

8. And I brought you into the land of the Amorites, which dwelt on the other side Jordan; and they fought with you: and I gave them into your hand, that ye might possess their land; and I destroyed them from before you.

8. Und ich habe euch gebracht in das Land der Amoriter, die jenseit des Jordans wohnten; und da sie wider euch stritten, gab ich sie in eure Hände, daß ihr ihr Land besaßet, und vertilgte sie vor euch her.

8. Y os metí en la tierra de los Amorreos que habitaban de la otra parte del Jordán: los cuales pelearon contra vosotros, mas yo los entregué en vuestra mano: y poseisteis su tierra, y yo los destruí de delante de vosotros.

8 И привел Я вас к земле Аморреев, живших за Иорданом; они сразились с вами, но Я предал их в руки ваши, и вы получили в наследие землю их, и Я истребил их пред вами.

9. Silloin nousi Baalak, Sipporin poika, Mooabin kuningas ja taisteli Israelia vastaan; ja hän lähetti kutsumaan Bileamin, Beorin pojan, että hän kiroaisi teidät.

9. Niin nousi Balak Zipporin poika, Moabin kuningas, ja soti Israelia vastaan; ja hän lähetti ja antoi kutsua Bileamin Beorin pojan kiroomaan teitä.

9. Silloin walmisti Balac Ziporin poica idzens Moabiterein Cuningas ja sodei Israeli wastan ja hän lähetti ja andoi cudzua Bileamin Beorin pojan kiroman teitä.

9 Then Balak the son of Zippor, king of Moab, arose and fought against Israel. And he sent and called Balaam the son of Beor to curse you*,

9. Then Balak the son of Zippor, king of Moab, arose and warred against Israel, and sent and called Balaam the son of Beor to curse you:

9. Da machte sich auf Balak, der Sohn Zippors, der Moabiter König, und stritt wider Israel und sandte hin und ließ rufen Bileam, den Sohn Beors, daß er euch verfluchte.

9. Levantóse después Balac hijo de Sefor rey de los Moabitas, y peleó contra Israel: y envió a llamar a Balaam hijo de Beor, para que os maldijese.

9 Восстал Валак, сын Сепфоров, царь Моавитский, и пошел войною на Израиля, и послал и призвал Валаама, сына Веорова, чтоб он проклял вас;

10. Mutta minä en tahtonut kuulla Bileamia, vaan hänen täytyi siunata teidät, ja minä pelastin teidät hänen käsistään.

10. Mutta en minä tahtonut kuulla Bileamia; ja hän siunaten siunasi teitä, ja minä vapahdin teitä hänen käsistänsä.

10 but I would not listen to Balaam. Therefore he blessed you* greatly. So I delivered you* out of his hand.

10. Aber ich wollte ihn nicht hören. Und er segnete euch und ich errettete euch aus seinen Händen.

10. Mas yo no quise escuchar a Balaam, ántes os bendijo de bendición, y yo os libré de sus manos.

10 но Я не хотел послушать Валаама, – и он благословил вас, и Я избавил вас из рук его.

11. Ja kun te olitte menneet Jordanin yli ja tulleet Jerikoon, niin Jerikon miehet ja amorilaiset, perissiläiset, kanaanilaiset, heettiläiset, girgasilaiset, hivviläiset ja jebusilaiset taistelivat teitä vastaan, mutta minä annoin heidät teidän käsiinne.

11. Ja kuin te tulitte Jordanin ylitse ja jouduitte Jerihoon, sotivat Jerihon asuvaiset teitä vastaan, Amorilaiset ja Pheresiläiset ja Kanaanealaiset ja Hetiläiset ja Girgasilaiset ja Heviläiset ja Jebusilaiset; mutta minä annoin heidät teidän käsiinne,

11. Ja cosca te tulitte Jordanin ylidze ja jouduitte Jerihoon sodeit Jerihon asuwaiset teitä wastan ja Amorrerit Pheserit Cananerit Hetherit Girgoserit Hewerit ja Jebuserit. Mutta minä annoin heidän teidän käsijn.

11 And you* went over the Jordan and came to Jericho. And the men of Jericho fought against you*, the Amorite and the Perizzite and the Canaanite and the Hittite and the Girgashite, the Hivite and the Jebusite. And I delivered them into your* hand.

11. And ye went over Jordan, and came unto Jericho: and the men of Jericho fought against you, the Amorites, and the Perizzites, and the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and the Girgashites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites; and I delivered them into your hand.

11. Und da ihr über den Jordan gingt und gen Jericho kamt, stritten wider euch die Bürger von Jericho, die Amoriter, Pheresiter, Kanaaniter, Hethiter, Girgasiter, Heviter und Jebusiter; aber ich gab sie in eure Hände.

11. Y pasado el Jordán vinisteis a Jericó, y los señores de Jericó pelearon contra vosotros: los Amorreos, Ferezeos, Cananeos, Jetteos, Gergeseos, Heveos, y Jebuseos, y yo los entregué en vuestras manos.

11 Вы перешли Иордан и пришли к Иерихону. И сталивоевать с вами жители Иерихона, Аморреи, и Ферезеи, и Хананеи, и Хеттеи, и Гергесеи, и Евеи, и Иевусеи, но Я предал их в руки ваши.

12. Ja minä lähetin herhiläisiä teidän edellänne, ja ne karkoittivat heidät teidän tieltänne, ne kaksi amorilaisten kuningasta; sinä miekallasi ja jousellasi et sitä tehnyt.

12. Ja lähetin vapsaiset teidän edellänne, ja ne ajoivat heidät ulos teidän edestänne, kaksi Amorilaisten kuningasta, ei sinun miekkas kautta eikä sinun joutses kautta.

12 And I sent the hornet before you*, which drove them out from before you*, even the two kings of the Amorites, not with your sword, nor with your bow.

12. Und sandte Hornissen vor euch her; die trieben sie aus vor euch her, die zwei Könige der Amoriter, nicht durch dein Schwert noch durch deinen Bogen.

12. Y envié tábanos delante de vosotros que los echaron de delante de vosotros, es a saber, a los dos reyes de los Amorreos: no con tu espada, ni con tu arco.

12 Я послал пред вами шершней, которые прогнали их от вас, двух царей Аморрейских; не мечом твоим и не луком твоим сделано это .

13. Ja minä annoin teille maan, josta sinä et ollut vaivaa nähnyt, ja kaupunkeja, joita te ette olleet rakentaneet, mutta joihin saitte asettua; viinitarhoista ja öljypuista, joita te ette olleet istuttaneet, te saitte syödä.

13. Ja annoin teille maan, jossa ette mitään työtä tehneet, ja kaupungit, joita ette rakentaneet, asuaksenne niissä ja syödäksennne viinapuista ja öljypuista, joita ette istuttaneet.

13. Ja annoin teille maan josa et te mitän työtä tehnet ja Caupungeita joita et te rakendanet asuaxenne nijsä ja syödäxenne wijnapuista ja öljypuista joita et te istuttanet.

13 And I gave you* a land in which you had not labored and cities which you* did not build and you* dwell in it. You* eat of vineyards and olive-groves which you* did not plant.

13. And I have given you a land for which ye did not labour, and cities which ye built not, and ye dwell in them; of the vineyards and oliveyards which ye planted not do ye eat.

13. Und ich habe euch ein Land gegeben, daran ihr nicht gearbeitet habt, und Städte, die ihr nicht gebaut habt, daß ihr darin wohnt und eßt von Weinbergen und Ölbäumen, die ihr nicht gepflanzt habt.

13. Y os dí la tierra en la cual nada trabajasteis; y las ciudades, que no edificasteis, en las cuales moráis: y las viñas y olivares, que no plantasteis, de las cuales coméis.

13 И дал Я вам землю, над которою ты не трудился, и города, которых вы не строили, и вы живете в них; из виноградных и масличных садов, которых вы не насаждали, вы едите плоды ".

14. Niin peljätkää nyt Herraa, palvelkaa häntä nuhteettomasti ja uskollisesti ja poistakaa ne jumalat, joita teidän isänne palvelivat tuolla puolella virran ja Egyptissä, ja palvelkaa Herraa.

14. Peljätkäät siis nyt Herraa ja palvelkaat häntä täydellisesti ja uskollisesti, ja hyljätkäät ne jumalat, joita teidän isänne palvelivat tuolla puolella virtaa ja Egyptissä, ja palvelkaat Herraa.

14. PEljätkät sijs HERra ja palwelcat händä uscollisest ja täydellisest ja hyljätkät ne jumalat joita teidän Isän palwelit tuolla puolen wirta ja Egyptis ja palwelcat HERra.

14 Now therefore fear Jehovah and serve him in sincerity and in truth. And put away the gods which your* fathers served beyond the River and in Egypt and serve you* Jehovah.

14. Now therefore fear the LORD, and serve him in sincerity and in truth: and put away the gods which your fathers served on the other side of the flood, and in Egypt; and serve ye the LORD.

14. So fürchtet nun den HERRN und dient ihm treulich und rechtschaffen und laßt fahren die Götter, denen eure Väter gedient haben jenseit des Stroms und in Ägypten, und dient dem HERRN.

14. Ahora pues teméd a Jehová y servídle con perfección y con verdad: y quitád los dioses a los cuales sirvieron vuestros padres de esotra parte del río, y en Egipto; y servíd a Jehová.

14 Итак бойтесь Господа и служите Ему в чистоте и искренности; отвергните богов, которым служили отцы ваши за рекою и в Египте, а служите Господу.

15. Mutta jos pidätte pahana palvella Herraa, niin valitkaa tänä päivänä, ketä tahdotte palvella, niitäkö jumalia, joita teidän isänne palvelivat tuolla puolella virran, vai amorilaisten jumalia, niiden, joiden maassa te asutte. Mutta minä ja minun perheeni palvelemme Herraa.

15. Jollei teidän kelpaa Herraa palvella, niin valitkaat teillenne tänäpäivänä ketä te palvelette, niitä jumalia, joita teidän isänne palvelivat sillä puolella virtaa, eli Amorilaisten jumalia, joiden maassa te asutte. Mutta minä ja minun huoneeni palvelemme Herraa.

15. Jollei teidän kelpa HERra palwella nijn walitcat teillen tänäpäiwän ketä te palwelette nijtäkö jumalita joita teidän Isän palwelit sillä puolen wirtoja eli Amorrerein jumalita joiden maasa te asutte. Mutta minä ja minun huonen palwelem HERra.

15 And if it seems evil to you* to serve Jehovah, choose you* this day whom you* will serve: whether the gods which your* fathers served that were beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you* dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve Jehovah.

15. And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.

15. Gefällt es euch aber nicht, daß ihr dem HERRN dient, so erwählt euch heute, wem ihr dienen wollt: den Göttern, denen eure Väter gedient haben jenseit des Stroms, oder den Göttern der Amoriter, in deren Land ihr wohnt. Ich aber und mein Haus wollen dem HERRN dienen.

15. Y si mal os parece servir a Jehová, escogéos hoy a quien sirváis: o a los dioses, a quien sirvieron vuestros padres: cuando estuvieron de esotra parte del río, o a los dioses de los Amorreos, en cuya tierra habitáis: que yo y mi casa serviremos a Jehová.

15 Если же не угодно вам служить Господу, то изберите себе ныне, кому служить, богам ли, которым служили отцы ваши, бывшие за рекою, или богам Аморреев, в земле которых живете; а я и дом мой будем служить Господу.

16. Silloin kansa vastasi ja sanoi: Pois se, että me hylkäisimme Herran ja palvelisimme muita jumalia!

16. Niin vastasi kansa ja sanoi: pois se meistä, että me hylkäisimme Herran ja palvelisimme muita jumalia.

16. Nijn wastais Canssa ja sanoi: pois se meistä että me hyljäisim HERran ja palwelisim muita jumalita:

16 And the people answered and said, Far be it from us that we should forsake Jehovah, to serve other gods.

16. And the people answered and said, God forbid that we should forsake the LORD, to serve other gods;

16. Da antwortete das Volk und sprach: Das sei ferne von uns, daß wir den HERRN verlassen und andern Göttern dienen!

16. Entónces el pueblo respondió, y dijo: Nunca tal nos acontezca, que dejemos a Jehová por servir a otros dioses:

16 И отвечал народ и сказал: нет, не будет того, чтобы мы оставилиГоспода и стали служить другим богам!

17. Denn der HERR, unser Gott, hat uns und unsre Väter aus Ägyptenland geführt, aus dem Diensthause, und hat vor unsern Augen solche große Zeichen getan und uns behütet auf dem ganzen Weg, den wir gezogen sind, und unter allen Völkern, durch welche wir gezogen sind,

17. Porque Jehová nuestro Dios, es el que nos sacó a nosotros, y a nuestros padres de la tierra de Egipto, de la casa de servidumbre: el cual delante de nuestros ojos ha hecho estas grandes señales, y nos ha guardado por todo camino por donde hemos andado, y en todos los pueblos entre los cuales hemos pasado.

17 Ибо Господь – Бог наш, Он вывел нас и отцов наших из земли Египетской, из дома рабства, и делал пред глазами нашими великие знамения и хранил нас на всемпути, по которому мы шли, и среди всех народов, чрез которые мы проходили.

18. Ja Herra karkoitti meidän tieltämme kaikki ne kansat, myös amorilaiset, jotka asuivat tässä maassa. Sentähden me palvelemme Herraa, sillä hän on meidän Jumalamme.

18 And Jehovah drove out from before us all the peoples, even the Amorites who dwelt in the land. Therefore we also will serve Jehovah, for he is our God.

18. And the LORD drave out from before us all the people, even the Amorites which dwelt in the land: therefore will we also serve the LORD; for he is our God.

18. und hat ausgestoßen vor uns her alle Völker der Amoriter, die im Land wohnten. Darum wollen wir auch dem HERRN dienen; denn er ist unser Gott.

18. Y Jehová echó de delante de nosotros a todos los pueblos: y al Amorreo que habitaba en la tierra. Por tanto nosotros también serviremos a Jehová, porque él es nuestro Dios.

18 Господь прогнал от нас все народы и Аморреев, живших в сей земле.Посему и мы будем служить Господу, ибо Он – Бог наш.

19. Niin Joosua sanoi kansalle: Te ette voi palvella Herraa, sillä hän on pyhä Jumala; hän on kiivas Jumala, hän ei anna anteeksi teidän rikoksianne ja syntejänne.

19. Josua sprach zu dem Volk: Ihr könnt dem HERRN nicht dienen; denn er ist ein heiliger Gott, ein eifriger Gott, der eurer Übertretungen und Sünden nicht schonen wird.

19. Entónces Josué dijo al pueblo: No podréis servir a Jehová: porque él es Dios santo, y Dios celoso: no sufrirá vuestras rebeliones, y vuestros pecados.

19 Иисус сказал народу: не возможете служить Господу, ибо Он Бог святый, Бог ревнитель, не потерпит беззакония вашего и грехов ваших.

20. Jos te hylkäätte Herran ja palvelette vieraita jumalia, niin hän kääntyy pois ja antaa teille käydä pahoin ja tekee lopun teistä, sen sijaan että hän on ennen antanut teille käydä hyvin.

20 If you* forsake Jehovah and serve foreign gods, then he will turn and do you* evil and consume you*, after he has done you* good.

20. If ye forsake the LORD, and serve strange gods, then he will turn and do you hurt, and consume you, after that he hath done you good.

20. Wenn ihr aber den HERRN verlaßt und fremden Göttern dient, so wird er sich wenden und euch plagen und euch umbringen, nachdem er euch Gutes getan hat.

20. Si dejareis a Jehová, y sirviereis a dioses ajenos, volverse ha y maltrataros ha, y consumiros ha después que os ha hecho bien.

20 Если вы оставите Господа и будете служить чужим богам, то Он наведет на вас зло и истребит вас, после того как благотворил вам.

21. Mutta kansa sanoi Joosualle: Ei niin, vaan me palvelemme Herraa.

21 And the people said to Joshua, No, but we will serve Jehovah.

21. Das Volk aber sprach zu Josua: Nicht also, sondern wir wollen dem HERRN dienen.

21. El pueblo entónces dijo a Josué: No, ántes a Jehová serviremos.

22. Silloin Joosua sanoi kansalle: Te olette itse todistajina itseänne vastaan, että olette valinneet itsellenne Herran palvellaksenne häntä. He vastasivat: Olemme.

22. Ja Josua sanoi kansalle: te olette teillenne todistajat, että te valitsitte teillenne Herran, palvellaksenne häntä. Ja he sanoivat: me olemme todistajat.

22. SIlloin sanoi Josua Canssalle: te oletta teille todistajat että te walidzit teillen HERran palwellaxen händä. Ja he sanoit: me olem todistajat.

22 And Joshua said to the people, You* are witnesses against yourselves that you* have chosen for you*, Jehovah, to serve him. And they said, We are witnesses.

22. And Joshua said unto the people, Ye are witnesses against yourselves that ye have chosen you the LORD, to serve him. And they said, We are witnesses.

22. Da sprach Josua zum Volk: Ihr seid Zeugen über euch, daß ihr den HERRN euch erwählt habt, daß ihr ihm dient. Und sie sprachen: Ja.

22. Y Josué respondió al pueblo: Vosotros seréis testigos contra vosotros mismos, que vosotros os habéis elegido a Jehová para que le sirváis. Y ellos respondieron: Testigos seremos.

22 Иисус сказал народу: вы свидетели о себе, что вы избрали себе Господа – служить Ему? Они отвечали: свидетели.

23. Hän sanoi: Niin poistakaa nyt vieraat jumalat, joita on teidän keskuudessanne, ja taivuttakaa sydämenne Herran, Israelin Jumalan, puoleen.

23. Niin pankaat nyt teidän tyköänne muukalaiset jumalat pois, jotka teidän seassanne ovat, ja kumartakaat teidän sydämenne Herran Israelin Jumalan tykö.

23 Now therefore, (he said), put away the foreign gods which are among you* and incline your* heart to Jehovah, the God of Israel.

23. So tut nun von euch die fremden Götter, die unter euch sind, und neigt euer Herz zu dem HERRN, dem Gott Israels.

23 Итак отвергните чужих богов, которые у вас, и обратите сердце своек Господу Богу Израилеву.

24. Kansa vastasi Joosualle: Herraa, meidän Jumalaamme, me palvelemme, ja hänen ääntänsä me kuulemme.

24. Ja kansa sanoi Josualle: me tahdomme palvella Herraa meidän Jumalaamme, ja olemme hänen äänellensä kuuliaiset.

24 And the people said to Joshua, we will serve Jehovah our God and we will listen to his voice.

24. And the people said unto Joshua, The LORD our God will we serve, and his voice will we obey.

25 И заключил Иисус с народом завет в тот день и дал ему постановления и закон в Сихеме.

26 And Joshua wrote these words in the book of the law of God. And he took a great stone and set it up there under the oak that was by the sanctuary of Jehovah.

26. Und Josua schrieb dies alles ins Gesetzbuch Gottes und nahm einen großen Stein und richtete ihn auf daselbst unter einer Eiche, die bei dem Heiligtum des HERRN war,

26. Y escribió Josué estas palabras en el libro de la ley de Dios: y tomando una grande piedra levantóla en el mismo lugar debajo de un alcornoque que estaba en el santuario de Jehová.

26 И вписал Иисус слова сии в книгу закона Божия, и взял большой камень и положил его там под дубом, который подле святилища Господня.

27. Ja Joosua sanoi kaikelle kansalle: Katso, tämä kivi on oleva todistajana meitä vastaan, sillä se on kuullut kaikki Herran sanat, jotka hän on meille puhunut, ja se on oleva todistajana teitä vastaan, ettette kieltäisi Jumalaanne.

27 And Joshua said to all the people, Behold, this stone will be a witness against us, for it has heard all the words of Jehovah which he spoke to us. It will be therefore a witness against you*, lest you* deny your* God.

27. And Joshua said unto all the people, Behold, this stone shall be a witness unto us; for it hath heard all the words of the LORD which he spake unto us: it shall be therefore a witness unto you, lest ye deny your God.

27. und sprach zum ganzen Volk: Siehe, dieser Stein soll Zeuge sein über uns, denn er hat gehört alle Rede des HERRN, die er uns geredet hat; und soll ein Zeuge über euch sein, daß ihr euren Gott nicht verleugnet.

27. Y dijo Josué a todo el pueblo: He aquí, esta piedra será entre nosotros por testigo, la cual ha oido todas las palabras de Jehová que él ha hablado con nosotros: y será testigo contra vosotros, porque no mintáis contra vuestro Dios.

27 И сказал Иисус всему народу: вот, камень сей будет нам свидетелем, ибо он слышал все слова Господа, которые Он говорил с нами; он да будет свидетелем против вас, чтобы вы не солгали пред Богом вашим.

28. Sitten Joosua päästi kansan menemään, kunkin perintöosalleen.

28 So Joshua sent the people away, every man to his inheritance.

29 And it happened after these things, that Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of Jehovah, died, being a hundred and ten years old.

29. Und es begab sich nach dieser Geschichte, daß Josua, der Sohn Nuns, der Knecht des HERRN, starb, da er hundertundzehn Jahre alt war.

29. Y después de estas cosas Josué hijo de Nun siervo de Jehová, murió, siendo de ciento y diez años.

29 После сего умер Иисус, сын Навин, раб Господень, будучи ста десяти лет.

30 And they buried him in the border of his inheritance in Timnath-Serah, which is in the hill-country of Ephraim, on the north of the mountain of Gaash.

30. Und man begrub ihn in der Grenze seines Erbteils zu Thimnath-Serah, das auf dem Gebirge Ephraim liegt mitternachtwärts vom Berge Gaas.

30. Y enterráronle en el término de su posesión en Tamnat-sera, que es en el monte de Efraim al norte del monte de Gaas.

30 И похоронили его в пределе его удела в Фамнаф-Сараи, что на горе Ефремовой, на север от горы Гааша.

31. Ja Israel palveli Herraa Joosuan koko elinajan ja niiden vanhinten koko elinajan, jotka elivät vielä kauan Joosuan jälkeen ja tunsivat kaikki ne teot, jotka Herra oli Israelille tehnyt.

31 And Israel served Jehovah all the days of Joshua and all the days of the elders who outlived Joshua and had known all the work of Jehovah that he had worked for Israel.

31. And Israel served the LORD all the days of Joshua, and all the days of the elders that overlived Joshua, and which had known all the works of the LORD, that he had done for Israel.

31. Und Israel diente dem Herrn, solange Josua lebte und die Ältesten, welche noch lange Zeit lebten nach Josua, die alle die Werke des HERRN wußten, die er an Israel getan hatte.

31. E Israel sirvió a Jehová todo el tiempo del Josué y todo el tiempo de los ancianos que vivieron después de Josué, y que sabían todas las obras de Jehová, que había hecho con Israel.

31 И служил Израиль Господу во все дни Иисуса и во все дни старейшин, которых жизнь продлилась после Иисуса и которые видели все дела Господа, какие Он сделал Израилю.

32. Ja Joosefin luut, jotka israelilaiset olivat tuoneet Egyptistä, he hautasivat Sikemiin, siihen maapalstaan, jonka Jaakob oli ostanut Hamorin, Sikemin isän, pojilta sadalla kesitalla ja jonka joosefilaiset olivat saaneet perintöosaksensa.

32 And they buried the bones of Joseph, which the sons of Israel brought up out of Egypt, in Shechem, in the portion of the land which Jacob bought from the Amorites who dwelt in Shechem for a hundred ewe-lambs. And he gave it to Joseph for a portion.

32. And the bones of Joseph, which the children of Israel brought up out of Egypt, buried they in Shechem, in a parcel of ground which Jacob bought of the sons of Hamor the father of Shechem for an hundred pieces of silver: and it became the inheritance of the children of Joseph.

32. Die Gebeine Josephs, welche die Kinder Israel hatten aus Ägypten gebracht, begruben sie zu Sichem in dem Stück Feld, das Jakob kaufte von den Kindern Hemors, des Vaters Sichems, um hundert Groschen und das der Kinder Josephs Erbteil ward.

32. Y también enterraron en Siquem los huesos de José que los hijos de Israel habían traido de Egipto, en la parte del campo que Jacob compró de los hijos de Jemor padre de Siquem, por cien monedas de plata, y fueron en posesión a los hijos de José.

32 И кости Иосифа, которые вынесли сыны Израилевы из Египта, схоронили в Сихеме, в участке поля, которое купил Иаков у сынов Еммора, отца Сихемова, за сто монет и которое досталось в удел сынам Иосифовым.

33. Ja Eleasar, Aaronin poika, kuoli, ja he hautasivat hänet Gibeaan, hänen poikansa Piinehaan kaupunkiin, joka oli annettu hänelle Efraimin vuoristosta.

33 После сего умер и Елеазар, сын Аарона, и похоронили его на холме Финееса, сына его, который дан ему на горе Ефремовой.
