Esra lukee kansalle lain kirjan. Lehtimajanjuhla.

1. Silloin kokoontui kaikki kansa yhtenä miehenä Vesiportin edustalla olevalle aukealle; ja he pyysivät Esraa, kirjanoppinutta, tuomaan Mooseksen lain kirjan, jonka lain Herra oli antanut Israelille.

1. Da nun herzukam der siebente Monat und die Kinder Israel in ihren Städten waren, versammelte sich das ganze Volk wie ein Mann auf die breite Gasse vor dem Wassertor und sprachen zu Esra, dem Schriftgelehrten, daß er das Buch des Gesetzes Mose's holte, das der HERR Israel geboten hat.

1. Y JUNTÓSE todo el pueblo, como un varón, en la plaza que está delante de la puerta de las aguas, y dijeron a Ésdras el escriba, que trajese el libro de la ley de Moisés, la cual mandó Jehová a Israel.

1 Когда наступил седьмой месяц, и сыны Израилевы жили по городам своим, тогдасобрался весь народ, как один человек, на площадь, которая пред Водяными воротами, и сказали книжнику Ездре, чтобы он принес книгу законаМоисеева, который заповедал Господь Израилю.

2. Y Ésdras el sacerdote trajo la ley delante de la congregación así de varones como de mujeres, y de todo entendido para oir, el primer día del mes séptimo.

2 И принес священник Ездра закон пред собрание мужчин и женщин, и всех, которые могли понимать, в первый день седьмого месяца;

3 And he read in it before the broad place that was before the water gate from early morning until midday, in the presence of the men and the women and of those who could understand. And the ears of all the people were (attentive) to the book of the law.

3. und las daraus auf der breiten Gasse, die vor dem Wassertor ist, vom lichten Morgen an bis auf den Mittag, vor Mann und Weib und wer's vernehmen konnte. Und des ganzen Volkes Ohren waren zu dem Gesetz gekehrt.

3. Y leyó en él delante de la plaza, que está delante de la puerta de las aguas, desde el alba hasta el mediodía, delante de varones, y mujeres, y entendidos; y los oidos de todo el pueblo eran al libro de la ley.

3 и читал из него на площади, которая пред Водяными воротами, от рассвета до полудня, пред мужчинами и женщинами и всеми, которые могли понимать; и уши всего народа были приклонены к книге закона.

4. Ja Esra, kirjanoppinut, seisoi korkealla puulavalla, joka oli tätä varten tehty. Ja hänen vieressään seisoivat: hänen oikealla puolellaan Mattitja, Sema, Anaja, Uuria, Hilkia ja Maaseja; ja hänen vasemmalla puolellaan Pedaja, Miisael, Malkia, Haasum, Hasbaddana, Sakarja ja Mesullam.

4 Книжник Ездра стоял на деревянном возвышении, которое для сего сделали, а подле него, по правую руку его, стояли Маттифия и Шема, и Анаия и Урия, и Хелкия и Маасея, а по левую руку его Федаия и Мисаил, и Малхия и Хашум, и Хашбаддана, и Захария и Мешуллам.

5. Y abrió Ésdras el libro a ojos de todo el pueblo; (porque estaba sobre todo el pueblo;) y como él le abrío, todo el pueblo estuvo atento.

5 И открыл Ездра книгу пред глазами всего народа, потому что он стоял выше всего народа. И когда он открыл ее, весь народ встал.

6. Ja Esra kiitti Herraa, suurta Jumalaa, ja kaikki kansa vastasi, kohottaen kätensä ylös: Amen, amen; ja he kumarsivat ja rukoilivat Herraa, heittäytyneinä kasvoilleen maahan.

6 And Ezra blessed Jehovah, the great God. And all the people answered, Truly, Truly, with the lifting up of their hands. And they bowed their heads and worshiped Jehovah with their faces to the ground.

6. Und Esra lobte den HERRN, den großen Gott. Und alles Volk antwortete: Amen, Amen! mit ihren Händen empor und neigten sich und beteten den HERRN an mit dem Antlitz zur Erde.

6 И благословил Ездра Господа Бога великого. И весь народ отвечал: аминь, аминь, поднимая вверх руки свои, – и поклонялисьи повергались пред Господом лицем до земли.

7. Sitten Jeesua, Baani, Seerebja, Jaamin, Akkub, Sabbetai, Hoodia, Maaseja, Kelita, Asarja, Joosabad, Haanan, Pelaja ja muut leeviläiset opettivat kansalle lakia, kansan seisoessa alallansa.

7. Ja Jesua, Bani, Serebia, Jamin, Akub, Sabtai, Hodija, Maeseja, Kelita, Asaria, Josabad, Hanan, Pelaja ja Leviläiset opettivat kansan lakia ymmärtämään; ja kansa seisoi alallansa.

7 Also Jeshua and Bani and Sherebiah, Jamin, Akkub, Shabbethai, Hodiah {Hodijah}, Maaseiah, Kelita, Azariah, Jozabad, Hanan, Pelaiah and the Levites, caused the people to understand the law. And the people (stood) in their place.

7. Und Jesua, Bani, Serebja, Jamin, Akkub, Sabthai, Hodia, Maaseja, Kelita, Asarja, Josabad, Hanan, Pelaja und die Leviten machten, daß das Volk aufs Gesetz merkte; und das Volk stand auf seiner Stätte.

7. Y Jesuá, y Bani, y Sarabías, Jamín, Accub, Sebtai, Odías, Maasías, Celita, Azarías, Jozabed, Hanán, Palaías, Levitas, hacían entender al pueblo la ley: y el pueblo estaba en su lugar.

7 Иисус, Ванаия, Шеревия, Иамин, Аккув, Шавтай, Годия, Маасея,Клита, Азария, Иозавад, Ханан, Фелаия и левиты поясняли народу закон, между тем как народ стоял на своем месте.

8. Ja he lukivat Jumalan lain kirjaa kappale kappaleelta ja selittivät sen sisällyksen, niin että luettu ymmärrettiin.

8 And they read in the book, in the law of God, distinctly and they gave the sense, so that they understood the reading.

8. Und sie lasen im Gesetzbuch Gottes klar und verständlich, daß man verstand, was gelesen ward.

8. Y leyeron en el libro de la ley de Dios claramente, y pusieron entendimiento, y entendieron la escritura.

8 И читали из книги, из закона Божия, внятно, и присоединяли толкование, и народ понимал прочитанное.

9. Ja Nehemia, maaherra, ja pappi Esra, kirjanoppinut, ja leeviläiset, jotka opettivat kansaa, sanoivat kaikelle kansalle: Tämä päivä on pyhitetty Herralle, teidän Jumalallenne, älkää murehtiko älkääkä itkekö. Sillä kaikki kansa itki, kun he kuulivat lain sanat.

9 And Nehemiah, who was the governor and Ezra the priest the scribe and the Levites who taught the people, said to all the people, This day is holy to Jehovah your* God; do not mourn nor weep. For all the people wept when they heard the words of the law.

9. And Nehemiah, which is the Tirshatha, and Ezra the priest the scribe, and the Levites that taught the people, said unto all the people, This day is holy unto the LORD your God; mourn not, nor weep. For all the people wept, when they heard the words of the law.

Und Nehemia, der da ist der Landpfleger, und Esra, der Priester, der Schriftgelehrte, und die Leviten, die alles Volk aufmerken machten sprachen zum Volk: Dieser Tag ist heilig dem HERRN, eurem Gott; darum seid nicht traurig und weint nicht! Denn alles Volk weinte, da sie die Worte des Gesetzes hörten.

9. Y dijo Nehemías el Tirsata, y Ésdras sacerdote escriba, y los Levitas que hacían atento al pueblo, a todo el pueblo: día santo es a Jehová nuestro Dios, no os entristezcáis ni lloréis: porque todo el pueblo lloraba oyendo las palabras de la ley.

9 Тогда Неемия, он же Тиршафа, и книжник Ездра, священник, и левиты, учившие народ, сказали всему народу: день сей свят Господу Богувашему; не печальтесь и не плачьте, потому что весь народ плакал, слушаяслова закона.

10. Ja hän sanoi vielä heille: Menkää ja syökää rasvaisia ruokia ja juokaa makeita juomia ja lähettäkää maistiaisia niille, joilla ei ole mitään valmistettuna, sillä tämä päivä on pyhitetty meidän Herrallemme. Ja älkää olko murheelliset, sillä ilo Herrassa on teidän väkevyytenne.

10. Ja hän sanoi heille: menkäät ja syökäät lihavaa, ja juokaat makiaa, ja lähettäkäät niille myös osa, joilla ei mitään ole valmistettu; tämä päivä on pyhä meidän Herrallemme, sentähden älkäät murehtiko; sillä Herran ilo on teidän väkevyytenne.

10 Then he said to them, Go your* way, eat fat things and drink sweet things and send portions to him for whom nothing is prepared. For this day is holy to our Lord; neither be you* grieved, for the joy of Jehovah is your* strength.

10. Darum sprach er zu ihnen: Geht hin und eßt das Fette und trinkt das Süße und sendet denen auch Teile, die nichts für sich bereitet haben; denn dieser Tag ist heilig unserm HERRN. Und bekümmert euch nicht; denn die Freude am HERRN ist eure Stärke.

10. Y díjoles: Id, coméd grosuras, y bebéd dulzaras, y enviád partes a los que no tienen aparejado, porque santo día es a nuestro Señor: y no os entristezcáis; porque el gozo de Jehová es vuestra fortaleza.

10 И сказал им: пойдите, ешьте тучное и пейте сладкое, и посылайте части тем, у кого ничего не приготовлено, потому что день сей свят Господу нашему. И не печальтесь, потому что радость пред Господом – подкрепление для вас.

11. Myöskin leeviläiset rauhoittivat kaikkea kansaa ja sanoivat: Olkaa hiljaa, sillä tämä päivä on pyhä; älkää olko murheelliset.

11. Ja Leviläiset vaikittivat kaiken kansan ja sanoivat: olkaat ääneti, sillä tämä päivä on pyhä, älkäät murehtiko!

11. Ja Lewitat waikitit caiken Canssan ja sanoit: olcat äneti sillä tämä päiwä on pyhä älkät murhettico.

11 So the Levites quieted all the people, saying, Be silent, for the day is holy, neither be you* grieved.

11. So the Levites stilled all the people, saying, Hold your peace, for the day is holy; neither be ye grieved.

11. Und die Leviten stillten alles Volk und sprachen: Seid still, denn der Tag ist heilig; bekümmert euch nicht!

11. Y los Levitas hacían callar a todo el pueblo, diciendo: Callád, que es día santo, y no os entristezcáis.

11 И левиты успокаивали весь народ, говоря: перестаньте, ибо день сей свят, не печальтесь.

12. Ja kaikki kansa meni, söi ja joi, lähetti maistiaisia ja vietti suurta ilojuhlaa; sillä he olivat ymmärtäneet, mitä heille oli julistettu.

12. Ja kaikki kansa meni syömään ja juomaan, ja lähettämään osia ulos, ja tekivät suuren ilon; sillä he olivat ymmärtäneet ne sanat, jotka heille olivat ilmoitetut.

12 And all the people went their way to eat and to drink and to send portions and to make great gladness, because they had understood the words that were declared to them.

12. Und alles Volk ging hin, daß es äße, tränke und Teile sendete und eine große Freude machte; denn sie hatten die Worte verstanden, die man hatte kundgetan.

12. Y todo el pueblo se fué a comer y a beber, y a enviar partes, y a alegrarse de grande alegría: porque había entendido las palabras que les habían enseñado.

12 И пошел весь народ есть, и пить, и посылать части, и праздновать с великим веселием, ибо поняли слова, которые сказали им.

13. Seuraavana päivänä kokoontuivat kaiken kansan perhekunta-päämiehet, papit ja leeviläiset Esran, kirjanoppineen, tykö painamaan lain sanoja mieleensä.

13. Toisena päivänä tulivat ylimmäiset isät kaikesta kansasta, papit ja Leviläiset kokoon, Esran kirjanoppineen tykö, oppimaan lain sanoja.

13 And on the second day were gathered together the heads of fathers of all the people, the priests and the Levites, to Ezra the scribe, even to give attention to the words of the law.

13. Und des andern Tages versammelten sich die Obersten der Vaterhäuser unter dem ganzen Volk und die Priester und Leviten zu Esra, dem Schriftgelehrten, daß er sie in den Worten des Gesetzes unterrichtete.

13. Y el día siguiente juntáronse los príncipes de las familias de todo el pueblo, sacerdotes y Levitas, a Ésdras escriba, para entender las palabras de la ley.

13 На другой день собрались главы поколений от всего народа, священники и левиты к книжнику Ездре, чтобы он изъяснял им слова закона.

14. Niin he huomasivat lakiin kirjoitetun, että Herra oli Mooseksen kautta käskenyt israelilaisia asumaan lehtimajoissa juhlan aikana seitsemännessä kuussa,

14. Ja he löysivät laissa kirjoitetun, että Herra oli käskenyt Moseksen kautta Israelin lasten asua lehtimajoissa seitsemännen kuun juhlalla.

14. Ja he löysit Lais kirjoitetun että HERra oli käskenyt Mosexen cautta Israelin asua lehtimajois seidzemennen Cuun juhlalla.

14 And they found written in the law how that Jehovah had commanded by Moses that the sons of Israel should dwell in booths in the feast of the seventh month,

14. Und sie fanden geschrieben im Gesetz, das der HERR durch Mose geboten hatte, daß die Kinder Israel in Laubhütten wohnen sollten am Fest im siebenten Monat

14. Y hallaron escrito en la ley, que Jehová había mandado por mano de Moisés, que habitasen los hijos de Israel en cabañas en la solemnidad del mes séptimo.

14 И нашли написанное в законе, который Господь дал чрез Моисея, чтобы сыны Израилевы в седьмом месяце, в праздник, жили в кущах.

15. ja että kaikissa heidän kaupungeissaan ja Jerusalemissa oli julistettava ja kuulutettava näin: Menkää vuorille ja tuokaa öljypuun lehviä tai metsäöljypuun lehviä sekä myrtin, palmupuun ja muiden tuuheiden puiden lehviä, ja tehkää lehtimajoja, niinkuin on säädetty.

15. und sollten's lassen laut werden und ausrufen in allen ihren Städten und zu Jerusalem und sagen: Geht hinaus auf die Berge und holt Ölzweige, Myrtenzweige, Palmenzweige und Zweige von dichten Bäumen, daß man Laubhütten mache, wie es geschrieben steht.

15 И потому объявили и провозгласили по всем городам своим и в Иерусалиме, говоря: пойдите на гору и несите ветви маслины садовой и ветви маслины дикой, и ветви миртовые и ветви пальмовые, и ветви других широколиственных дерев, чтобы сделать кущи по написанному.

16. Ja kansa meni ja toi niitä ja teki itselleen lehtimajoja kukin katollensa ja pihoihinsa ja Jumalan temppelin esipihoihin sekä Vesiportin aukealle ja Efraimin portin aukealle.

16. Und das Volk ging hinaus und holten und machten sich Laubhütten, ein jeglicher auf seinem Dach und in ihren Höfen und in den Höfen am Hause Gottes und auf der breiten Gasse am Wassertor und auf der breiten Gasse am Tor Ephraim.

16. Y salió el pueblo, y trajeron, e hiciéronse cabañas, cada uno sobre su techumbre, y en sus patios, y en los patios de la casa de Dios, y en la plaza de la puerta de las aguas, y en la plaza de la puerta de Efraim.

16 И пошел народ, и принесли, и сделали себе кущи, каждый на своей кровле и на дворах своих, и на дворах дома Божия, и на площади у Водяных ворот, и на площади у Ефремовых ворот.

17. Ja koko seurakunta, kaikki vankeudesta palanneet, tekivät lehtimajoja ja asuivat lehtimajoissa. Sillä aina Joosuan, Nuunin pojan, ajoista siihen päivään saakka eivät israelilaiset olleet niin tehneet. Ja vallitsi hyvin suuri ilo.

17. Ja kaikki kansa, joka palannut oli vankeudesta, teki lehtimajoja ja asui niissä; sillä ei Israelin lapset niin olleet tehneet hamasta Josuan Nunin pojan ajasta niin siihen päivään asti. Ja siinä oli sangen suuri ilo.

17 And all the assembly of those who came again out of the captivity made booths and dwelt in the booths, for since the days of Jeshua the son of Nun to that day the sons of Israel had not done so. And there was very great gladness.

17. Und die ganze Gemeinde derer, die aus der Gefangenschaft waren wiedergekommen, machten Laubhütten und wohnten darin. Denn die Kinder Israel hatten seit der Zeit Josuas, des Sohnes Nuns, bis auf diesen Tag nicht also getan; und es war eine große Freude.

17. Y toda la congregación que volvió de la cautividad hicieron cabañas, y habitaron en cabañas: porque desde los dias de Josué, hijo de Nun, hasta aquel día no habían hecho así los hijos de Israel: y hubo alegría muy grande.

17 Все общество возвратившихся из плена сделало кущи и жило в кущах. От дней Иисуса, сына Навина, до этого дня не делали так сыны Израилевы. Радость была весьма великая.

18. Ja Jumalan lain kirjaa luettiin joka päivä, ensimmäisestä päivästä viimeiseen saakka. Ja he viettivät juhlaa seitsemän päivää, ja kahdeksantena päivänä pidettiin juhlakokous säädetyllä tavalla.
