1. Kun Sanballat kuuli meidän rakentavan muuria, vihastui hän ja närkästyi kovin. Ja hän pilkkasi juutalaisia

1 But it happened that, when Sanballat heard that we were building the wall, he was angry and took great indignation and mocked the Jews.

1. 3:33 Da aber Saneballat hörte, daß wir die Mauer bauten, ward er zornig und sehr entrüstet und spottete der Juden

1. Y FUÉ que como oyó Sanaballat que nosotros edificábamos el muro, encendiósele la ira, y se enojó en gran manera, e hizo escarnio de los Judíos:

1 Когда услышал Санаваллат, что мы строим стену, он рассердился имного досадовал и издевался над Иудеями;

2. ja puhui veljilleen ja Samarian sotaväelle ja sanoi: Mitä nuo viheliäiset juutalaiset tekevät? Jätetäänkö heidät omiin valtoihinsa? Tulevatko he uhraamaan? Saavatko he työnsä kohta valmiiksi? Voivatko he tehdä eläviksi poltetut kivet tuhkaläjissä?

2. 3:34 und sprach vor seinen Brüdern und den Mächtigen zu Samaria: Was machen die ohnmächtigen Juden? Wird man sie so lassen? Werden sie opfern? Werden sie es diesen Tag vollenden? Werden sie die Steine lebendig machen, die Schutthaufen und verbrannt sind?

2. Y habló delante de sus hermanos, y del ejército de Samaria, y dijo: ¿Qué hacen estos Judíos flacos? ¿Hánles de permitir? ¿Han de sacrificar? ¿Han de acabar en un día? ¿Han de resucitar de los montones del polvo las piedras que fueron quemadas?

2 и говорил при братьях своих и при Самарийских военных людях, и сказал: что делают эти жалкие Иудеи? неужели им это дозволят? неужели будутони приносить жертвы? неужели они когда-либо кончат? неужели они оживят камни из груд праха, и притом пожженные?

3. Ja ammonilainen Tobia seisoi hänen vieressään ja sanoi: Rakentakoot vain! Kettukin saa heidän kivimuurinsa hajoamaan, jos hyppää sen päälle.

3. 3:35 Aber Tobia, der Ammoniter, neben ihm sprach: Laß sie nur bauen; wenn Füchse hinaufzögen, die zerrissen wohl ihre steinerne Mauer.

3. Y Tobías Ammonita estaba junto a él, el cual dijo: Aun lo que ellos edifican, si subiere una zorra, derribará su muro de piedra.

3 А Товия Аммонитянин, бывший подле него, сказал: пусть их строят; пойдет лисица, и разрушит их каменную стену.

4. Kuule, Jumalamme, kuinka halveksitut me olemme. Käännä heidän häpäisynsä heidän omaan päähänsä. Saata heidät ryöstetyiksi vankeuden maassa.

4. Oye, oh Dios nuestro, que somos en menosprecio: y vuelve la vergüenza de ellos sobre su cabeza, y dálos en presa en la tierra de su cautiverio.

4 Услыши, Боже наш, в каком мы презрении, и обрати ругательство их на их голову, и предай их презрению в земле пленения;

5. Älä peitä heidän rikkomustansa, älköönkä heidän syntiänsä pyyhittäkö pois sinun kasvojesi edestä, koska he ovat vihoittaneet sinut kohtelemalla noin rakentajia.

5 and do not cover their iniquity and do not let their sin be blotted out from before you, for they have provoked (you) to anger before the builders.

5. 3:37 Decke ihre Missetat nicht zu, und ihre Sünde vertilge nicht vor dir; denn sie haben vor den Bauleuten dich erzürnt.

5 и не покрой беззаконий их, и грех их да не изгладится пред лицем Твоим, потому что ониогорчили строящих!

6. Mutta me rakensimme muuria; ja koko muuri tuli valmiiksi puoleen korkeuteensa asti, ja siitä kansa sai rohkeutta työhön.

6. Mutta me rakensimme muurin ja panimme hänen kaiketi yhteen hamaan puoliväliin asti; ja kansa sai sydämen työtä tehdäksensä.

6 So we built the wall and all the wall was joined together to half (the height) of it, for the people had a mind to work.

6. 3:38 Aber wir bauten die Mauer und fügten sie ganz aneinander bis an die halbe Höhe. Und das Volk gewann ein Herz zu arbeiten.

6 Мы однако же строили стену, и сложена была вся стена до половины ее. И у народа доставало усердия работать.

7. Mutta kun Sanballat, Tobia, arabialaiset, ammonilaiset ja asdodilaiset kuulivat, että Jerusalemin muurien korjaus edistyi, niin että niiden aukot alkoivat täyttyä, vihastuivat he kovin.

7. Kuin Sanballat ja Tobia ja Arabialaiset ja Ammonilaiset ja Asdodilaiset kuulivat Jerusalemin muurit korotetuksi, ja ruvetuksi haljenneita parantamaan, vihastuivat he sangen suuresti.

7. But it came to pass, that when Sanballat, and Tobiah, and the Arabians, and the Ammonites, and the Ashdodites, heard that the walls of Jerusalem were made up, and that the breaches began to be stopped, then they were very wroth,

7. Da aber Saneballat und Tobia und die Araber und Ammoniter und Asdoditer hörten, daß die Mauern zu Jerusalem zugemacht wurden und daß sie die Lücken hatten angefangen zu verschließen, wurden sie sehr zornig{~}

7. Y fué, que oyendo Sanaballat, y Tobías, y los Árabes, y los Ammonitas, y los de Azoto, que los muros de Jerusalem eran curados, porque ya los portillos comenzaban a cerrarse, encendióseles la ira mucho,

7 Когда услышал Санаваллат и Товия, и Аравитяне, и Аммонитяне, и Азотяне, что стены Иерусалимские восстановляются, что повреждения начали заделываться, то им было весьма досадно.

8. Ja he kaikki tekivät liiton keskenään käydäksensä taisteluun Jerusalemia vastaan ja tehdäkseen siellä häiriötä.

8 and all of them together conspired to come and fight against Jerusalem and to cause confusion in it.

8. And conspired all of them together to come and to fight against Jerusalem, and to hinder it.

8. und machten allesamt einen Bund zuhaufen, daß sie kämen und stritten wider Jerusalem und richteten darin Verwirrung an.

8. Y conspiraron todos a una para venir a combatir a Jerusalem, y hacerle daño.

8 И сговорились все вместе пойти войною на Иерусалим и разрушить его.

9. Niin me rukoilimme Jumalaamme ja asetimme vartijat heitä vastaan, suojelemaan itseämme heiltä päivin ja öin.

9. Mutta me rukoilimme meidän Jumalaamme ja panimme vartiat öin ja päivin heitä vastaan, heidän tähtensä.

9. Mutta me rucoilim meidän Jumalatam ja panim wartiat öin ja päiwin heitä wastan.

9 But we made our prayer to our God and set a watch against them day and night, because of them.

9. Wir aber beteten zu unserm Gott und stellten Hut gegen sie Tag und Nacht vor ihnen.

9. Entónces orámos a nuestro Dios y pusimos guardia sobre ellos de día y de noche, por causa de ellos.

9 И мы молились Богу нашему, и ставили против них стражу днем и ночью, для спасения от них.

10. Mutta Juuda sanoi: Taakankantajain voima raukeaa, ja soraa on ylen paljon; me emme jaksa rakentaa muuria.

10. Ja Juuda sanoi: kantajain voima on heikoksi tullut ja multaa on niin paljo, ettemme saa rakentaa muuria.

10. Ja Juda sanoi: candaitten woima on heicoxi tullut ja mulda on nijn paljo etten me saa raketa muuria.

10 And Judah said, The strength of the bearers of burdens has become feeble and there is much rubbish, so that we are not able to build the wall.

10. And Judah said, The strength of the bearers of burdens is decayed, and there is much rubbish; so that we are not able to build the wall.

10. Und Juda sprach: Die Kraft der Träger ist zu schwach, und des Schuttes ist zu viel; wir können nicht an der Mauer bauen.

10. Y dijo Judá: Las fuerzas de los que llevan son enflaquecidas, y la tierra es mucha, y no podemos edificar el muro.

10 Но Иудеи сказали: ослабела сила у носильщиков, а мусору много; мы не в состоянии строить стену.

11. Ja meidän vastustajamme sanoivat: Ennenkuin he tietävät tai huomaavat, me tulemme heidän keskellensä ja tapamme heidät ja lopetamme työn.

11. Ja meidän vihollisemme sanoivat: ei heidän pidä tietämän eli näkemän, ennenkuin me olemme juuri heidän keskellänsä, tapamme heidät ja estämme työn.

11. Ja meidän wiholisem sanoit: ei heidän pidä tietämän eli näkemän ennencuin me olem juuri heidän keskelläns tapamme heidän ja lacatam työstä.

11 And our adversaries said, They will not know, neither see, till we come into the midst of them and kill them and cause the work to cease.

11. And our adversaries said, They shall not know, neither see, till we come in the midst among them, and slay them, and cause the work to cease.

11. Unsre Widersacher aber gedachten: Sie sollen's nicht wissen noch sehen, bis wir mitten unter sie kommen und sie erwürgen und das Werk hindern.

11. Y nuestros enemigos dijeron: No sepan, ni vean, hasta que entremos en medio de ellos, y los matemos, y hagamos cesar la obra.

11 А неприятели наши говорили: не узнают и не увидят, как вдруг мы войдем в средину их и перебьем их, и остановим дело.

12. Mutta kun heidän läheisyydessään asuvat juutalaiset tulivat ja sanoivat meille joka taholta kymmenenkin kertaa: Vetäytykää meidän luoksemme,

12. Ja kuin ne Juudalaiset, jotka heidän tykönänsä asuivat, tulivat ja sanoivat meille kymmenen kertaa: joka paikasta te vielä meidän tykömme palajatte;

12. Ja cosca ne Judalaiset jotca heidän tykönäns asuit tulit ja sanoit meille kyllä kymmenen kerta joca paicast meidän ymbärildäm.

12 And it happened that, when the Jews who dwelt by them came, they said to us ten times, From all places from where you* will return to us they will be upon you*.

12. And it came to pass, that when the Jews which dwelt by them came, they said unto us ten times, From all places whence ye shall return unto us they will be upon you.

12. Da aber die Juden, die neben ihnen wohnten, kamen, und sagten's uns wohl zehnmal, aus allen Orten, da sie um uns wohnten,

12. Y fué que como vinieron los Judíos que habitaban entre ellos, nos dieron aviso diez veces de todos los lugares donde volvían a nosotros.

12 Когда приходили Иудеи, жившие подле них, и говорили нам раз десять, со всех мест, что они нападут на нас:

13. silloin minä asetin kansan muurin taakse, alempiin ja suojattomiin paikkoihin, asetin heidät sukukunnittain asemiinsa miekkoineen, keihäineen ja jousineen.

13. Niin minä lähetin kansan alas muurin taa tuiviin paikkoihin, heidän sukukuntainsa jälkeen, miekkoinensa, keihäinensä ja joutsinensa.

13. Nijn minä lähetin Canssan alas muurin taa cuiwijn paickoin heidän sucucundains jälken mieckoinens keihäinens ja joudzinens.

13 Therefore I set in the lowest parts of the space behind the wall, in the open places, I set (there) the people after their families with their swords, their spears and their bows.

13. da stellte ich unten an die Orte hinter der Mauer in die Gräben das Volk nach ihren Geschlechtern mit ihren Schwertern, Spießen und Bogen.

13. Entónces puse por los bajos del lugar detrás del muro, y en las alturas de los peñascos puse el pueblo por familias, con sus espadas, con sus lanzas, y con sus arcos.

13 тогда в низменных местах у города, за стеною, на местах сухих поставил я народ по-племенно с мечами их, с копьями их и луками их.

14. Ja katsastettuani kaiken minä nousin ja sanoin ylimyksille ja esimiehille ja muulle kansalle: Älkää peljätkö heitä; muistakaa suurta ja peljättävää Herraa, ja taistelkaa veljienne, poikienne ja tyttärienne, vaimojenne ja kotienne puolesta.

14. Ja minä katselin ja valmistin itseni, ja sanoin ylimmäisille ja päämiehille, ja muulle kansalle: älkäät peljätkö heitä, muistakaat suurta ja peljättävää Herraa, ja sotikaat teidän veljeinne, poikainne, tytärtenne, emäntäinne ja kotonne edestä.

14. Ja minä cadzelin ja walmistin idzeni ja sanoin Raadiherroille päämiehille ja muulle Canssalle: älkät peljätkö heitä muistacat sitä suurta ja peljättäpä HERra ja soticat teidän weljein poicain tytärten emändäin ja coton edest.

14 And I looked and rose up and said to the ranking men and to the rulers and to the rest of the people, Do not be afraid of them. Remember the Lord, who is great and awesome and fight for your* brothers, your* sons and your* daughters, your* wives and your* houses.

14. And I looked, and rose up, and said unto the nobles, and to the rulers, and to the rest of the people, Be not ye afraid of them: remember the Lord, which is great and terrible, and fight for your brethren, your sons, and your daughters, your wives, and your houses.

14. Und ich besah es und machte mich auf und sprach zu den Ratsherren und Obersten und dem andern Volk: Fürchtet euch nicht vor ihnen; gedenkt an den großen, schrecklichen HERRN und streitet für eure Brüder, Söhne, Töchter, Weiber und Häuser!

14. Y miré, y levantéme, y dije a los principales, y a los magistrados, y al resto del pueblo: No temáis delante de ellos: del Señor grande y terrible os acordád; y peleád por vuestros hermanos, por vuestros hijos, y por vuestras hijas, por vuestras mujeres, y por vuestras casas.

14 И осмотрел я, и стал, и сказал знатнейшим и начальствующим и прочему народу: не бойтесь их; помните Господа великого и страшного и сражайтесь за братьев своих, за сыновей своих и за дочерей своих, за жен своих и за домы свои.

15. Sitten kuin vihollisemme olivat kuulleet, että me olimme saaneet tietää asian ja että Jumala oli tehnyt heidän hankkeensa tyhjäksi, palasimme me kaikki takaisin muurille, itsekukin työhönsä.

15. Mutta kuin meidän vihollisemme sen kuulivat, että me olimme tietää saaneet, niin Jumala teki heidän neuvonsa tyhjäksi: ja me palasimme kaikki muurin tykö, jokainen työhönsä.

15. Mutta cosca meidän wiholisem sen cuulit että me olit tietä saanet nijn Jumala teki heidän neuwons tyhjäxi ja me palaisim caicki muurin tygö jocainen työhöns.

15 And it happened, when our enemies heard that it was known to us and God had brought their counsel to nothing, that we returned all of us to the wall, every man to his work.

15. And it came to pass, when our enemies heard that it was known unto us, and God had brought their counsel to nought, that we returned all of us to the wall, every one unto his work.

15. Da aber unsre Feinde hörten, daß es uns kund war geworden und Gott ihren Rat zunichte gemacht hatte, kehrten wir alle wieder zur Mauer, ein jeglicher zu seiner Arbeit.

15. Y fué que como oyeron nuestros enemigos que lo entendimos, Dios disipó su consejo, y nos volvimos todos al muro cada uno a su obra.

15 Когда услышали неприятели наши, что нам известно намерение их , тогда разорил Бог замысел их, и все мы возвратились к стене, каждый на свою работу.

16. Siitä päivästä alkaen teki toinen puoli minun palvelijoitani työtä, ja toinen puoli oli asestettuna keihäillä, kilvillä, jousilla ja rintahaarniskoilla; ja päämiehet seisoivat kaikkien niiden juutalaisten takana,

16. Ja tapahtui siitä päivästä, että toinen puoli nuoria miehiäni teki työtä, ja toinen puoli piti keihäitä, kilpiä, joutsia ja rautapaitoja. Ja päämiehet seisoivat koko Juudan huoneen takana.

16. Ja tapahtui sijtä päiwäst että toinen puoli nuoria miehiä teit työtä ja toinen puoli pidit keihäitä kilpiä joudzeja ja panzareita. Ja päämiehet seisoit coco Judan huonen tacana.

16 And it happened from that time forth, that half of my servants labored in the work and half of them held the spears, the shields and the bows and the coats of mail. And the rulers were behind all the house of Judah.

16. And it came to pass from that time forth, that the half of my servants wrought in the work, and the other half of them held both the spears, the shields, and the bows, and the habergeons; and the rulers were behind all the house of Judah.

16. Und es geschah von hier an, daß der Jünglinge die Hälfte taten die Arbeit, die andere Hälfte hielten die Spieße, Schilde, Bogen und Panzer. Und die Obersten standen hinter dem ganzen Hause Juda,

16. Mas fué, que desde aquel día la mitad de los mancebos hacían en la obra, y la otra mitad de ellos tenía lanzas, y escudos, y arcos, y corazas; y los príncipes estaban tras toda la casa de Judá.

16 С того дня половина молодых людей у меня занималась работою, а другая половина их держала копья, щиты и луки и латы; и начальствующие находились позади всего дома Иудина.

17. jotka rakensivat muurilla. Nekin, jotka kantoivat taakkoja ja kuljettivat kuormia, tekivät toisella kädellänsä työtä ja toisessa pitivät keihästä.

17. Ne, jotka rakensivat muuria ja kantoivat kuormia, ja jotka sälyttivät, yhdellä kädellä he tekivät työtä ja toisessa pitivät aseen.

17. Ne jotca rakensit muuria ja cannoit cuormia ja jotca sälytit yhdellä kädellä he teit työtä ja toises pidit asen.

17 They all built the wall and those who bore burdens loaded themselves, every man with one of his hands labored in the work and with the other held his weapon,

17. They which builded on the wall, and they that bare burdens, with those that laded, every one with one of his hands wrought in the work, and with the other hand held a weapon.

17. die da bauten an der Mauer. Und die da Last trugen von denen, die ihnen aufluden, mit einer Hand taten sie die Arbeit, und mit der andern hielten sie die Waffe.

17. Los que edificaban en el muro, y los que llevaban cargas, y los que cargaban, con la una mano hacían en la obra, y en la otra tenían la espada.

17 Строившие стену и носившие тяжести, которые налагали на них, одною рукою производили работу, а другою держали копье.

18. Ja rakentajilla oli kullakin miekka sidottuna vyöllensä heidän rakentaessaan; ja torvensoittaja seisoi minun vieressäni.

18. Ja jokaisella joka siellä rakensi, oli miekka sidottu vyölle, ja niin he rakensivat. Ja se joka soitti vaskitorvea, oli minun tykönäni.

18. Ja jocaidzen cuin siellä rakensi oli miecka sidottu wyölle ja nijn rakensit ja se joca soitti waskitorwe oli minun tykönäni.

18 and the builders, every man had his sword girded by his side and so built. And he who blew the trumpet was by me.

18. For the builders, every one had his sword girded by his side, and so builded. And he that sounded the trumpet was by me.

18. Und ein jeglicher, der da baute, hatte sein Schwert an seine Lenden gegürtet und baute also; und der mit der Posaune blies, war neben mir.

18. Porque los que edificaban, cada uno tenía su espada ceñida sobre sus lomos, y así edificaban: y el que tocaba la trompeta estaba junto a mí.

18 Каждый из строивших препоясан был мечом по чреслам своим, и так они строили. Возле меня находился трубач.

19. Minä sanoin ylimyksille, esimiehille ja muulle kansalle: Työ on suuri ja laaja, ja me olemme muurilla hajallamme, kaukana toisistamme.

19. Ja minä sanoin ylimmäisille ja päämiehille ja muulle kansalle: työ on suuri ja avara, ja me olemme hajalla muurin päällä, kaukana toinen toisestamme;

19. JA minä sanoin Raadiherroille päämiehille ja muulle Canssalle: työ on suuri ja awara ja me olem hajalla muurin päällä caucana toinen toisestam.

19 And I said to the ranking men and to the rulers and to the rest of the people, The work is great and large and we are separated upon the wall, one far from another.

19. And I said unto the nobles, and to the rulers, and to the rest of the people, The work is great and large, and we are separated upon the wall, one far from another.

19. Und ich sprach zu den Ratsherren und Obersten und zum andern Volk: Das Werk ist groß und weit, und wir sind zerstreut auf der Mauer, ferne voneinander.

19 И сказал я знатнейшим и начальствующим и прочему народу: работа велика и обширна, и мы рассеяны по стене и отдалены друг от друга;

20. Missä kuulette torven soivan, sinne kokoontukaa meidän luoksemme. Meidän Jumalamme sotii meidän puolestamme.

20. Millä paikalla te kuulette vaskitorven äänen, tulkaat sinne kokoon meidän tykömme: meidän Jumalamme sotii meidän edestämme.

20. Culla paicalla te cuulet waskitorwen änen tulcat sinne cocon meidän tygöm meidäm Jumalam soti meidän edestäm.

20 In whatever place you* hear the sound of the trumpet, gather you* there to us, our God will fight for us.

20. An welchem Ort ihr nun die Posaune tönen hört, dahin versammelt euch zu uns. Unser Gott wird für uns streiten.

20 поэтому, откуда услышите вы звук трубы, в то место собирайтесь к нам: Бог наш будет сражаться за нас.

21. Näin me siis teimme työtä, ja toinen puoli väkeä oli asestettuna keihäillä päivänkoitosta siihen asti, kunnes tähdet tulivat näkyviin.

21 Так производили мы работу; и половина держала копья от восхода зари до появления звезд.

22. Siihen aikaan minä myös sanoin kansalle: Kukin jääköön palvelijoineen yöksi Jerusalemiin, että he olisivat meidän apunamme yöllä vartioimassa ja päivällä työssä.

22. Ja minä myös sanoin siihen aikaan kansalle: jokainen olkaan yötä palveliainsa kanssa keskellä Jerusalemia, niin että me yöllä ottaisimme vaarin vartiosta ja päivällä työstä.

22 Likewise at the same time I said to the people, Let each with his servant lodge within Jerusalem that in the night they may be a guard to us and may labor in the day.

22. Auch sprach ich zu der Zeit zum Volk: Ein jeglicher bleibe mit seinen Leuten über Nacht zu Jerusalem, daß sie uns des Nachts der Hut und des Tages der Arbeit warten.

22. También entónces dije al pueblo: Cada uno con su criado se quede dentro de Jerusalem, y nos hagan de noche centinela, y de día a la obra.

22 Сверх сего, в то же время я сказал народу, чтобы в Иерусалиме ночевали все с рабами своими, – и будут они у нас ночью на страже, а днем на работе.

23. Emmekä me, en minä, eivät minun veljeni ja palvelijani eivätkä ne vartijat, jotka minua seurasivat, riisuneet vaatteitamme. Kullakin keihäs ja vettä.

23 И ни я, ни братья мои, ни слуги мои, ни стражи, сопровождавшие меня, не снимали с себяодеяния своего, у каждого были под рукою меч и вода.
