Jefta. Hänen lupauksensa ja voittonsa. Jeftan tytär.

1. Gileadilainen Jefta oli sotaurho, mutta hän oli porton poika; Jeftan isä oli Gilead.

1 Now Jephthah the Gileadite was a mighty man of valor and he was the son of a prostitute and Gilead fathered Jephthah.

1. Now Jephthah the Gileadite was a mighty man of valour, and he was the son of an harlot: and Gilead begat Jephthah.

1. Jephthah, ein Gileaditer, war ein streibarer Held, aber ein Hurenkind. Gilead aber hatte Jephthah gezeugt.

1. ENTÓNCES Jefté Galaadita era hombre valiente, hijo de una ramera, al cual Jefté había engendrado Galaad.

1 Иеффай Галаадитянин был человек храбрый. Он был сын блудницы; отГалаада родился Иеффай.

2. Mutta Gileadin vaimo synnytti hänelle poikia, ja kun tämän vaimon pojat kasvoivat suuriksi, niin he karkoittivat Jeftan ja sanoivat hänelle: Et sinä saa perintöosaa meidän isämme talossa, sillä sinä olet toisen naisen poika.

2. Mutta kuin Gileadin emäntä synnytti hänelle lapsia, ja vaimon lapset tulivat isoiksi, ajoivat he Jephtan ulos, ja sanoivat hänelle: ei sinun pidä perimän meidän isämme huoneessa, sillä sinä olet vieraan vaimon poika.

2 And Gilead's wife bore sons to him. And when his wife's sons grew up, they drove out Jephthah and said to him, You will not inherit in our father's house, for you are the son of another woman.

2. And Gilead's wife bare him sons; and his wife's sons grew up, and they thrust out Jephthah, and said unto him, Thou shalt not inherit in our father's house; for thou art the son of a strange woman.

2. Da aber das Weib Gileads ihm Kinder gebar und des Weibes Kinder groß wurden, stießen sie Jephthah aus und sprachen zu ihm: Du sollst nicht erben in unsers Vaters Haus; denn du bist eines andern Weibes Sohn.

2. Y la mujer de Galaad también le había parido hijos: los cuales cuando fueron grandes echaron de sí a Jefté, diciendo: No heredarás en la casa de nuestro padre, porque eres bastardo.

2 И жена Галаадова родила ему сыновей. Когда возмужали сыновья жены, изгнали они Иеффая, сказав ему: ты не наследник в доме отца нашего, потому что ты сын другой женщины.

3. Niin Jefta lähti pakoon veljiänsä ja asettui Toobin maahan. Ja Jeftan luo kerääntyi tyhjäntoimittajia, ja ne retkeilivät yhdessä hänen kanssaan.

3 Then Jephthah fled from his brothers and dwelt in the land of Tob. And vain fellows were gathered to Jephthah and they went out with him.

3. Then Jephthah fled from his brethren, and dwelt in the land of Tob: and there were gathered vain men to Jephthah, and went out with him.

3. Da floh er vor seinen Brüdern und wohnte im Lande Tob. Und es sammelten sich zu ihm lose Leute und zogen aus mit ihm.

3. Huyendo pues Jefté a causa de sus hermanos, habitó en tierra de Tob: y juntáronse con él hombres ociosos, los cuales salían con él.

3 И убежал Иеффай от братьев своих и жил в земле Тов; и собрались к Иеффаю праздные люди и выходили с ним.

4. Jonkun ajan kuluttua ammonilaiset aloittivat sodan Israelia vastaan.

4. Ja kappaleen ajan perästä sotivat Ammonin lapset Israelia vastaan.

4 And it happened after a while, that the sons of Ammon made war against Israel.

4. And it came to pass in process of time, that the children of Ammon made war against Israel.

4. Und über etliche Zeit hernach stritten die Kinder Ammon mit Israel.

4. Y aconteció que después de algunos dias los hijos de Ammón hicieron guerra contra Israel.

4 Чрез несколько времени Аммонитяне пошли войною наИзраиля.

5. Kun nyt ammonilaiset alottivat sodan Israelia vastaan, niin Gileadin vanhimmat lähtivät noutamaan Jeftaa Toobin maasta.

5. Kuin Ammonin lapset sotivat Israelia vastaan, menivät Gileadin vanhimmat tuomaan Jephtaa Tobin maalta jällensä,

5. Cosca Ammonin lapset sodeit Israeli wastan menit Gileadin wanhimmat tuoman Jephthat Tobin maalda jällens.

5 And it was so, that, when the sons of Ammon made war against Israel, the elders of Gilead went to fetch Jephthah out of the land of Tob.

5. And it was so, that when the children of Ammon made war against Israel, the elders of Gilead went to fetch Jephthah out of the land of Tob:

5. Da nun die Kinder Ammon also stritten mit Israel, gingen die Ältesten von Gilead hin, daß sie Jephthah holten aus dem Lande Tob,

5. Y como los hijos de Ammón tenían guerra contra Israel, los ancianos de Galaad fueron para volver a Jefté de tierra de Tob.

6. Ja he sanoivat Jeftalle: Tule ja rupea meidän päälliköksemme, sotiaksemme ammonilaisia vastaan.

6. Ja sanoivat hänelle: tule ja ole meidän päämiehemme, sotimaan Ammonin lapsia vastaan.

6. Ja sanoit hänelle: tule ja ole meidän päämiehem sotiman Ammonin lapsia wastan.

6 And they said to Jephthah, Come and be our chief, that we may fight with the sons of Ammon.

6. And they said unto Jephthah, Come, and be our captain, that we may fight with the children of Ammon.

6. und sprachen zu ihm: Komm und sei unser Hauptmann, daß wir streiten wider die Kinder Ammon.

6. Y dijeron a Jefté: Ven y serás nuestro capitán para que peleemos con los hijos de Ammón.

6 и сказали Иеффаю: приди, будь у нас вождем, и сразимся с Аммонитянами.

7. Mutta Jefta vastasi Gileadin vanhimmille: Ettekö te vihanneet minua ja karkoittaneet minua isäni talosta? Minkätähden tulette minun luokseni nyt, kun teillä on hätä?

7. Vaan Jephta sanoi Gileadin vanhimmille: ettekö te minua vihanneet ja ajaneet minua isäni huoneesta ulos? ja nyt te tulette minun tyköni, kuin teillä tuska on?

7. Waan Jephthah sanoi Gileadin wanhimmille: ettäkö te ole ne jotca minua wihaisitte ja ajoitte minun Isäni huonesta ulos? ja nyt äsken te tuletta minun tygöni cosca teillä tusca on?

7 And Jephthah said to the elders of Gilead, Did you* not hate me and drive me out of my father's house? And why have you* come to me now when you* are in distress?

7. And Jephthah said unto the elders of Gilead, Did not ye hate me, and expel me out of my father's house? and why are ye come unto me now when ye are in distress?

7. Aber Jephthah sprach zu den Ältesten von Gilead: Seid ihr es nicht, die mich hassen und aus meines Vaters Haus gestoßen haben? Und nun kommt ihr zu mir, weil ihr in Trübsal seid?

7. Y Jefté respondió a los ancianos de Galaad: ¿No me habéis vosotros aborrecido, y me echasteis de la casa de mi padre? ¿Por qué venís ahora a mí, cuando estáis en aflicción?

7 Иеффай сказал старейшинам Галаадским: не вы ли возненавидели меня и выгнали из дома отца моего? зачем же пришли ко мне ныне, когда вы в беде?

8. Gileadin vanhimmat sanoivat Jeftalle: Juuri sentähden olemme nyt tulleet jälleen sinun luoksesi; ja jos sinä tulet meidän kanssamme ja ryhdyt taistelemaan ammonilaisia vastaan, niin sinä olet oleva meidän, kaikkien Gileadin asukasten, päämies.

8. Gileadin vanhimmat sanoivat Jephtalle: sentähden me nyt tulemme jälleen sinun tykös, ettäs kävisit meidän kanssamme, ja sotisit Ammonin lapsia vastaan, ja olisit meidän päämiehemme ja kaikkein jotka Gileadissa asuvat.

8. Gileadin wanhimmat sanoit Jephthalle: me tulemme jällens sinun tygös ettäs käwisit sotiman meidän cansam Ammonin lapsia wastan ja olisit meidän päämiehem ja caickein cuin Gileadis asuwat.

8 And the elders of Gilead said to Jephthah, For that reason we turned again to you now, that you may go with us and fight with the sons of Ammon. And you will be our head over all the inhabitants of Gilead.

8. And the elders of Gilead said unto Jephthah, Therefore we turn again to thee now, that thou mayest go with us, and fight against the children of Ammon, and be our head over all the inhabitants of Gilead.

8. Die Ältesten von Gilead sprachen zu Jephthah: Darum kommen wir nun wieder zu dir, daß du mit uns ziehst und hilfst uns streiten wider die Kinder Ammon und seist unser Haupt über alle, die in Gilead wohnen.

8. Los ancianos de Galaad respondieron a Jefté: por esta misma causa tornamos ahora a tí, para que vengas con nosotros, y pelées contra los hijos de Ammón, y nos seas cabeza a todos los que moramos en Galaad.

8 Старейшины Галаадские сказали Иеффаю: для того мы теперь пришли к тебе, чтобы ты пошел с нами и сразился с Аммонитянами и был у нас начальником всех жителейГалаадских.

9. Jefta vastasi Gileadin vanhimmille: Jos te viette minut takaisin, taistelemaan ammonilaisia vastaan, ja Herra antaa heidät minun valtaani, niin minä rupean teidän päämieheksenne.

9. Jephta sanoi Gileadin vanhimmille: jos te viette minun sotimaan Ammonin lapsia vastaan, ja Herra antaa heidät minun eteeni, pitääkö minun oleman teidän päämiehenne?

9. Jephthah sanoi Gileadin wanhimmille: jos te wiette minun sotiman Ammonin lapsia wastan ja HERra anda heidän minun eteeni pitäkö minun oleman teidän päämiehen.

9 And Jephthah said to the elders of Gilead, If you* bring me home again to fight with the sons of Ammon and Jehovah delivers them before me, shall I be your* head?

9. And Jephthah said unto the elders of Gilead, If ye bring me home again to fight against the children of Ammon, and the LORD deliver them before me, shall I be your head?

9. Jephthah sprach zu den Ältesten von Gilead: So ihr mich wieder holet, zu streiten wider die Kinder Ammon, und der HERR sie vor mir dahingeben wird, soll ich dann euer Haupt sein?

9. Jefté entónces dijo a los ancianos de Galaad: Si me volvéis para que pelée contra los hijos de Ammón, y Jehová los entregare delante de mí, ¿seré yo vuestra cabeza?

9 И сказал Иеффай старейшинам Галаадским: если вы возвратите меня, чтобы сразиться с Аммонитянами, и Господь предаст мне их, то останусь ли я у вас начальником?

10. Silloin Gileadin vanhimmat sanoivat Jeftalle: Herra kuulee meidän välipuheemme; totisesti, me teemme kaiken, mitä sinä sanoit.

10. Gileadin vanhimmat sanoivat Jephtalle: Herra olkoon kuulia meidän välillämme, jos emme sitä tee, mitä sinä sanonut olet.

10. Gileadin wanhimmat sanoit Jephthalle: HERra olcon cuulia meidän wälilläm jos en me sitä tee cuins sanonut olet.

10 And the elders of Gilead said to Jephthah, Jehovah will be witness between us. Surely according to your word so will we do.

10. And the elders of Gilead said unto Jephthah, The LORD be witness between us, if we do not so according to thy words.

10. Die Ältesten von Gilead sprachen zu Jephthah: Der HERR sei Zuhörer zwischen uns, wo wir nicht tun, wie du gesagt hast.

10. Y los ancianos de Galaad respondieron a Jefté: Jehová oiga entre nosotros, si no lo hicieremos como tú dices.

10 Старейшины Галаадские сказали Иеффаю: Господь да будет свидетелеммежду нами, что мы сделаем по слову твоему!

11. Niin Jefta lähti Gileadin vanhinten kanssa, ja kansa asetti hänet päämiehekseen ja päällikökseen. Ja Jefta lausui Herran edessä Mispassa kaiken, mitä oli puhunut.

11. Ja Jephta meni Gileadin vanhimpain kanssa, ja kansa asetti hänen itsellensä päämieheksi ja johdattajaksi. Ja Jephta puhui Herran edessä kaikki sanansa Mitspassa.

11. Ja Jephthah meni Gileadin wanhimbain cansa ja Canssa asetit hänen heillens päämiehexi ja ylimmäisexi. Ja Jephthah puhui HERralle caicki hänen sanans Mizpas.

11 Then Jephthah went with the elders of Gilead and the people made him head and chief over them. And Jephthah spoke all his words before Jehovah in Mizpah.

11. Then Jephthah went with the elders of Gilead, and the people made him head and captain over them: and Jephthah uttered all his words before the LORD in Mizpeh.

11. Also ging Jephthah mit den Ältesten von Gilead; und das Volk setzte ihn zum Haupt und Obersten über sich. Und Jephthah redete solches alles vor dem HERRN zu Mizpa.

11. Entónces Jefté vino con los ancianos de Galaad, y el pueblo le eligió por su cabeza y príncipe: y Jefté habló todas sus palabras delante de Jehová en Maspa.

11 И пошел Иеффай со старейшинами Галаадскими, и народ поставил егонад собою начальником и вождем, и Иеффай произнес все слова свои пред лицем Господа в Массифе.

12. Sitten Jefta lähetti ammonilaisten kuninkaan luo sanansaattajia sanomaan: Mitä sinulla on minun kanssani tekemistä, kun tulet minua vastaan, sotimaan minun maatani vastaan?

12. Silloin lähetti Jephta sanansaattajat Ammonin lasten kuninkaan tykö, sanoen: mitä sinun on minun kanssani, ettäs tulet sotimaan minua ja minun maakuntaani vastaan?

12. SIlloin lähetti Jephthah sanan Ammonin lasten Cuningalle sanoden: mitä sinun on minun cansani tekemist ettäs tulet sotiman minua ja minun maacundani wastan?

12 And Jephthah sent messengers to the king of the sons of Ammon, saying, What have you to do with me, that you have come to me to fight against my land?

12. And Jephthah sent messengers unto the king of the children of Ammon, saying, What hast thou to do with me, that thou art come against me to fight in my land?

12. Da sandte Jephthah Botschaft zum König der Kinder Ammon und ließ ihm sagen: Was hast du mit mir zu schaffen, daß du kommst zu mir, wider mein Land zu streiten?

12. Y envió Jefté embajadores al rey de los Ammonitas, diciendo: ¿Qué tienes tú conmigo, que has venido a mí para hacer guerra en mi tierra?

12 И послал Иеффай послов к царю Аммонитскому сказать: что тебе до меня, что ты пришел ко мне воевать на земле моей?

13. Niin ammonilaisten kuningas vastasi Jeftan sanansaattajille: Ottihan Israel tullessaan Egyptistä minun maani Arnonista Jabbokiin ja Jordaniin asti; anna se nyt hyvällä takaisin.

13. Ammonin lasten kuningas vastasi Jephtan sanansaattajia: että Israel otti minun maani, silloin kuin hän läksi Egyptistä, Arnonista Jabbokiin ja Jordaniin asti, anna siis ne jällensä hyvällä sovinnolla.

13. Ammonin lasten Cuningas wastais Jephthan sanansaattaille: että Israel otti minun maani silloin cosca hän läxi Egyptist Arnonist Jabockin ja Jordanin asti anna sijs ne minulle jällens hywällä sowinnolla.

13 And the king of the sons of Ammon answered to the messengers of Jephthah, Because Israel took away my land when he came up out of Egypt, from the Arnon even to the Jabbok and to the Jordan. Now therefore restore those (lands) again peaceably.

13. And the king of the children of Ammon answered unto the messengers of Jephthah, Because Israel took away my land, when they came up out of Egypt, from Arnon even unto Jabbok, and unto Jordan: now therefore restore those lands again peaceably.

13. Der König der Kinder Ammon antwortete den Boten Jephthahs: Darum daß Israel mein Land genommen hat, da sie aus Ägypten zogen, vom Arnon an bis an den Jabbok und wieder bis zum Jordan; so gib mir's nun wieder mit Frieden.

13. Y el rey de los Ammonitas respondió a los embajadores de Jefté: Por cuanto Israel tomó mi tierra, cuando subió de Egipto, desde Arnón hasta Jeboc y el Jordán: por tanto tórnalas ahora en paz.

13 Царь Аммонитский сказал послам Иеффая: Израиль, когда шел из Египта, взял землю мою от Арнона до Иавока и Иордана; итак возврати мне ее с миром.

14. Jefta lähetti taas sanansaattajia ammonilaisten kuninkaan luo

14. Jephta lähetti taas sanansaattajat Ammonin lasten kuninkaan tykö,

14. Jephthah lähetti taas sanan Ammonin lasten Cuningalle.

14 And Jephthah sent messengers again to the king of the sons of Ammon.

14. And Jephthah sent messengers again unto the king of the children of Ammon:

14. Jephthah aber sandte noch mehr Boten zum König der Kinder Ammon,

14. Y Jefté tornó a enviar otros embajadores al rey de los Ammonitas,

14 Иеффай в другой раз послал послов к царю Аммонитскому,

15. ja käski sanoa hänelle: Näin sanoo Jefta: Ei Israel ole ottanut Mooabin maata eikä ammonilaisten maata.

15. Jotka sanoivat hänelle: näin sanoo Jephta: ei Israel ottanut maakuntaa Moabilaisilta eikä Ammonin lapsilta:

15. He sanoit hänelle: näin sano Jephthah: ei Israel ottanut maacunda taicka Moabiterildä elickä Ammonin lapsilda:

15 And he said to him, Thus says Jephthah: Israel did not take away the land of Moab, nor the land of the sons of Ammon,

15. And said unto him, Thus saith Jephthah, Israel took not away the land of Moab, nor the land of the children of Ammon:

15. die sprachen zu ihm: So spricht Jephthah: Israel hat kein Land genommen, weder den Moabitern noch den Kindern Ammon.

15. Diciéndole: Jefté ha dicho así: Israel no tomó tierra de Moab, ni tierra de los hijos de Ammon:

15 сказать ему: так говорит Иеффай: Израиль не взял земли Моавитской и земли Аммонитской;

16. Sillä tullessaan Egyptistä Israel kulki erämaan kautta Kaislamerelle saakka ja tuli Kaadekseen.

16. Sillä kuin he läksivät Egyptistä, matkusti Israel korven lävitse Punaiseen mereen asti, ja tuli Kadekseen.

16. Sillä cosca he läxit Egyptist matcusti Israel corwen läpidze punaisen meren asti ja tulit Cadexeen.

16 but when they came up from Egypt and Israel went through the wilderness to the Red Sea and came to Kadesh,

16. But when Israel came up from Egypt, and walked through the wilderness unto the Red sea, and came to Kadesh;

16. Denn da sie aus Ägypten zogen, wandelte Israel durch die Wüste bis ans Schilfmeer und kam gen Kades

16. Mas subiendo Israel de Egipto, anduvo por el desierto hasta el mar Bermejo, y llegó a Cádes.

16 ибо когда шли из Египта, Израиль пошел в пустыню к Чермному морю и пришел в Кадес;

17. Ja Israel lähetti sanansaattajia Edomin kuninkaan luo sanomaan: 'Salli minun kulkea maasi läpi.' Mutta Edomin kuningas ei kuullut heitä. Ja he lähettivät sanan myöskin Mooabin kuninkaalle, mutta ei hänkään suostunut. Niin Israel asettui Kaadekseen.

17. Ja Israel lähetti sanansaattajat Edomilaisten kuninkaan tykö, sanoen: anna minun käydä sinun maas lävitse. Mutta Edomilaisten kuningas ei kuullut heitä. Ja hän lähetti myös Moabilaisten kuninkaan tykö, joka ei myöskään tahtonut. Niin oli Israel Kadeksessa,

17. Ja lähetit sanan Edomerein Cuningalle ja sanoit: anna minun käydä sinun maas läpidzen. Mutta Edomerein Cuningas ei cuullut heitä. Ja hän lähetti sanan Moabiterein Cuningan tygö joca ei myöskän tahtonut. Nijn oli Israel Cadexes.

17 then Israel sent messengers to the king of Edom, saying, I beseech you, let me pass through your land, but the king of Edom did not listen. And in like manner he sent to the king of Moab, but he would not. And Israel abode in Kadesh.

17. Then Israel sent messengers unto the king of Edom, saying, Let me, I pray thee, pass through thy land: but the king of Edom would not hearken thereto. And in like manner they sent unto the king of Moab: but he would not consent: and Israel abode in Kadesh.

17. und sandte Boten zum König der Edomiter und sprach: Laß mich durch dein Land ziehen. Aber der Edomiter König erhörte sie nicht. Auch sandten sie zum König der Moabiter; der wollte auch nicht. Also blieb Israel in Kades

17. Entónces Israel envió embajadores al rey de Edom, diciendo: Yo te ruego que me dejes pasar por tu tierra: mas el rey de Edom no los escuchó. Envió también al rey de Moab: el cual tampoco quiso: y así quedó Israel en Cádes.

17 оттуда послал Израиль послов к царю Едомскому сказать: „позволь мнепройти землею твоею"; но царь Едомский не послушал; и к царю Моавитскому он посылал, но и тот не согласился; посему Израиль оставался в Кадесе.

18. Sitten he kulkivat erämaan kautta ja kiersivät Edomin maan ja Mooabin maan ja tulivat itäpuolelle Mooabin maata ja leiriytyivät Arnonin toiselle puolelle; he eivät tulleet Mooabin alueelle, sillä Arnon on Mooabin raja.

18. Ja vaelsi korvessa, ja kävi Edomilaisten ja Moabilaisten maita ympäri, ja tuli auringon nousemisen puolelta Moabilaisten maahan, ja sioitti itsensä tuolla puolella Arnonia; ja ei tulleet Moabilaisten rajan sisälle, sillä Arnon on Moabilaisten raja.

18. Ja waelsi corwes ja käwi Edomerein ja Moabiterein maita ymbärins ja tulit Auringon nousemisen puolelda Moabiterein maahan ja sioitit idzens tällä puolen Arnonin ja ei tullet Moabiterein maan ärijn: sillä Arnon on Moabiterein raja.

18 Then they went through the wilderness and went around the land of Edom and the land of Moab and came by the east side of the land of Moab. And they encamped on the other side of the Arnon, but they did not come within the border of Moab, for the Arnon was the border of Moab.

18. Then they went along through the wilderness, and compassed the land of Edom, and the land of Moab, and came by the east side of the land of Moab, and pitched on the other side of Arnon, but came not within the border of Moab: for Arnon was the border of Moab.

18. und wandelte in der Wüste. Und sie umzogen das Land der Edomiter und Moabiter und kamen von der Sonne Aufgang an der Moabiter Land und lagerten sich jenseit des Arnon und kamen nicht in die Grenze der Moabiter; denn der Arnon ist der Moabiter Grenze.

18. Y yendo por el desierto, rodeó la tierra de Edom, y la tierra de Moab, y viniendo por donde nace el sol a la tierra de Moab, asentó su campo destotra parte de Arnon: y no entraron por el término de Moab; porque Arnón término es de Moab.

18 И пошел пустынею, и миновал землю Едомскую и землю Моавитскую, и, придя к восточному пределу земли Моавитской, расположился станом за Арноном; но не входил в пределы Моавитские, ибо Арнон есть предел Моава.

19. Silloin Israel lähetti sanansaattajia Siihonin, amorilaisten kuninkaan, Hesbonin kuninkaan, luo, ja Israel käski sanoa hänelle: 'Salli meidän kulkea maasi läpi määräpaikkaamme.'

19. Und Israel sandte Boten zu Sihon, dem König der Amoriter zu Hesbon, und ließ ihm sagen: Laß uns durch dein Land ziehen bis an meinen Ort.

19. Y envió Israel embajadores a Sejón rey de los Amorreos, rey de Jesebón, diciéndole: Ruégote que me dejes pasar por tu tierra hasta mi lugar.

19 И послал Израиль послов к Сигону, царю Аморрейскому, царю Есевонскому, и сказал ему Израиль: позволь нам пройти землею твоею в свое место.

20. Mutta Siihon ei uskonut Israelia, niin että olisi sallinut sen kulkea alueensa läpi, vaan Siihon kokosi kaiken väkensä, ja he leiriytyivät Jahaaseen, ja hän ryhtyi taisteluun Israelia vastaan.

20. Mutta ei Sihon uskonut Israelia käymään rajansa ohitse, vaan kokosi kaiken väkensä, ja sioittivat itsensä Jaksassa, ja soti Israelia vastaan.

20 But Sihon did not trust Israel to pass through his border, but Sihon gathered all his people together and encamped in Jahaz and fought against Israel.

20. But Sihon trusted not Israel to pass through his coast: but Sihon gathered all his people together, and pitched in Jahaz, and fought against Israel.

20. Aber Sihon vertraute Israel nicht, durch sein Gebiet zu ziehen, sondern versammelte all sein Volk und lagerte sich zu Jahza und stritt mit Israel.

20. Mas Sejón no se fió de Israel para darle paso por su término: ántes juntando Sejón todo su pueblo puso campo en Jasa, y peleó contra Israel.

20 Но Сигон не согласился пропустить Израиля чрез пределы свои, и собрал Сигон весь народ свой, и расположился станом в Иааце, и сразился с Израилем.

21. Mutta Herra, Israelin Jumala, antoi Siihonin ja kaiken hänen väkensä Israelin käsiin, niin että nämä voittivat heidät. Ja Israel valloitti koko amorilaisten maan, niiden, jotka asuivat siinä maassa.

21 And Jehovah, the God of Israel, delivered Sihon and all his people into the hand of Israel and they killed* them. So Israel possessed all the land of the Amorites, the inhabitants of that country.

21. And the LORD God of Israel delivered Sihon and all his people into the hand of Israel, and they smote them: so Israel possessed all the land of the Amorites, the inhabitants of that country.

21. Der HERR aber, der Gott Israels, gab den Sihon mit all seinem Volk in die Hände Israels, daß sie sie schlugen. Also nahm Israel ein alles Land der Amoriter, die in demselben Lande wohnten.

21. Mas Jehová el Dios de Israel entregó a Sejón y a todo su pueblo en mano de Israel, y venciólos, y poseyó Israel toda la tierra del Amorreo, que habitaba en aquella tierra.

21 И предал Господь Бог Израилев Сигона и весь народ его в рукиИзраилю, и он побил их; и получил Израиль в наследие всюземлю Аморрея, жившего в земле той;

22. Ja he ottivat omakseen koko amorilaisten alueen Arnonista Jabbokiin asti ja erämaasta Jordaniin saakka.

22. Ja omistivat myös kaikki Amorilaisten rajat, ruveten Arnonista Jabbokiin asti ja korvesta Jordaniin asti.

22 And they possessed all the border of the Amorites, from the Arnon even to the Jabbok and from the wilderness even to the Jordan.

22. And they possessed all the coasts of the Amorites, from Arnon even unto Jabbok, and from the wilderness even unto Jordan.

22. Und sie nahmen alles Gebiet der Amoriter ein vom Arnon an bis an den Jabbok und von der Wüste an bis an den Jordan.

22. Poseyeron también todo el término del Amorreo desde Arnón hasta Jeboc, y desde el desierto hasta el Jordán.

22 и получили они в наследие все пределы Аморрея от Арнона до Иавока и от пустыни до Иордана.

23. Näin siis Herra, Israelin Jumala, karkoitti amorilaiset kansansa Israelin tieltä. Ja nyt sinä ottaisit omaksesi heidän maansa!

23. Näin on Herra Israelin Jumala ajanut Amorilaiset kansansa Israelin edestä pois: ja sinä nyt sen omistaisit.

23 So now Jehovah, the God of Israel, has dispossessed the Amorites from before his people Israel and should you possess them?

23. So now the LORD God of Israel hath dispossessed the Amorites from before his people Israel, and shouldest thou possess it?

23. So hat nun der HERR, der Gott Israels, die Amoriter vertrieben vor seinem Volk Israel; und du willst ihr Land einnehmen?

23. Así que Jehová el Dios de Israel echó los Amorreos delante de su pueblo Israel: ¿y poseerlo has tú?

23 Итак Господь Бог Израилев изгнал Аморрея от лица народа СвоегоИзраиля, а ты хочешь взять его наследие?

24. Eikö ole niin: minkä sinun jumalasi Kemos antaa sinun omaksesi, sen sinä otat omaksesi; ja kenen hyvänsä Herra, meidän Jumalamme, karkoittaa meidän tieltämme, sen maan me otamme omaksemme?

24. Jos sinun jumalas Kamos on jonkun ajanut pois, omista se, ja anna meidän omistaa kaikki ne, jotka Herra meidän Jumalamme meidän edestämme on ajanut pois.

24 Will you not possess what Chemosh your god gives you to possess? So whomever Jehovah our God has dispossessed from before us, them will we possess.

24. Wilt not thou possess that which Chemosh thy god giveth thee to possess? So whomsoever the LORD our God shall drive out from before us, them will we possess.

24. Du solltest deren Land einnehmen, die dein Gott Kamos vertriebe, und uns lassen einnehmen das Land aller, die der HERR, unser Gott, vor uns vertrieben hat.

24. ¿Si Camos tu dios te echase alguno, no lo poseerías tú? Así pues poseeremos nosotros a todo aquel que echó Jehová nuestro Dios de delante de nosotros.

24 Не владеешь ли ты тем, что дал тебе Хамос, бог твой? И мы владеемвсем тем, что дал нам в наследие Господь Бог наш.

25. Vai oletko sinä parempi kuin Baalak, Sipporin poika, Mooabin kuningas? Rakensiko hän riitaa Israelin kanssa, tahi ryhtyikö hän sotaan heitä vastaan?

25. Vai luuletkos sinun paljoa paremmaksi kuin Balak Zipporin poika Moabilaisten kuningas oli? eikö hän riidellyt ja sotinut kappaletta aikaa Israelia vastaan?

25 And now are you anything better than Balak the son of Zippor, king of Moab? Did he ever contend against Israel, or did he ever fight against them?

25. And now art thou any thing better than Balak the son of Zippor, king of Moab? did he ever strive against Israel, or did he ever fight against them,

25. Meinst du, daß du besser recht habest denn Balak, der Sohn Zippors, der Moabiter König? Hat derselbe auch je gerechtet 518heeft oder gestritten wider Israel?

25. ¿Eres tú ahora bueno, bueno más que Balac hijo de Sefor, rey de Moab? ¿tuvo él cuestión con Israel? ¿hizo guerra contra ellos?

25 Разве ты лучше Валака, сына Сепфорова, царя Моавитского? Ссорился ли он с Израилем, или воевал ли с ними?

26. Israel on nyt asunut Hesbonissa ja sen tytärkaupungeissa, Aroerissa ja sen tytärkaupungeissa ja kaikissa Arnonin varrella olevissa kaupungeissa kolmesataa vuotta. Miksi te ette sen ajan kuluessa ole ottaneet niitä pois?

26. Dieweil nun Israel dreihundert Jahre gewohnt hat in Hesbon und in Aroer und ihren Ortschaften und allen Städten, die am Arnon liegen, warum errettetet ihr's nicht in dieser Zeit?

26. Ítem, habitando Israel por trescientos años a Jesebón y sus aldeas, a Aroer y sus aldeas; y todas las ciudades que están a los términos de Arnón, ¿por qué no las habéis defendido en este tiempo?

26 Израиль уже живет триста лет в Есевоне и в зависящих от него городах , в Ароере и зависящих от него городах , и во всех городах, которые близ Арнона; для чего вы в то время неотнимали их ?

27. Minä en ole rikkonut sinua vastaan, mutta sinä teet pahasti minua kohtaan, kun ryhdyt sotimaan minua vastaan. Herra, joka on tuomari, tuomitkoon tänä päivänä israelilaisten ja ammonilaisten välillä.

27. Ja en minä mitään rikkonut sinua vastaan, ja sinä teet niin pahoin minun kanssani, ettäs sodit minua vastaan: Herra joka on tuomari, tuomitkoon tänäpänä Israelin lasten ja Ammonin lasten välillä.

27 I therefore have not sinned against you, but you do me wrong to war against me. Jehovah, the Judge, be judge this day between the sons of Israel and the sons of Ammon.

27. Wherefore I have not sinned against thee, but thou doest me wrong to war against me: the LORD the Judge be judge this day between the children of Israel and the children of Ammon.

27. Ich habe nichts an dir gesündigt, und du tust so übel an mir, daß du wider mich streitest. Der HERR, der da Richter ist, richte heute zwischen Israel und den Kindern Ammon.

27. Así que yo nada he pecado contra tí, mas tú haces mal conmigo haciéndome guerra: Jehová, que es el juez, juzgue hoy entre los hijos de Israel y los hijos de Ammón.

27 А я не виновен пред тобою, и ты делаешь мне зло, выступив против меня войною. Господь Судия да будет ныне судьею между сынами Израиля и между Аммонитянами!

28. Mutta ammonilaisten kuningas ei ottanut kuuloonsa, mitä Jefta lähetti hänelle sanomaan.

28. Mutta Ammonin lasten kuningas ei pitänyt lukua Jephtan sanoista, jotka hän oli hänen tykönsä lähettänyt.

28 However the king of the sons of Ammon did not listen to the words of Jephthah which he sent him.

28. Howbeit the king of the children of Ammon hearkened not unto the words of Jephthah which he sent him.

28 Но царь Аммонитский не послушал слов Иеффая, с которыми он посылал к нему.

29. Silloin Herran henki tuli Jeftaan, ja hän kulki Gileadin ja Manassen läpi ja kulki edelleen Gileadin Mispeen, ja Gileadin Mispestä hän lähti ammonilaisia vastaan.

29. Silloin tuli Herran henki Jephtan päälle, ja hän kävi Gileadin ja Manassen lävitse, ja Mitspan lävitse, joka on Gileadissa, ja Mitspasta Gileadissa kävi hän Ammonin lasten ylitse.

29 Then the Spirit of Jehovah came upon Jephthah and he passed over Gilead and Manasseh and passed over Mizpeh of Gilead and from Mizpeh of Gilead he passed over to the sons of Ammon.

29. Then the Spirit of the LORD came upon Jephthah, and he passed over Gilead, and Manasseh, and passed over Mizpeh of Gilead, and from Mizpeh of Gilead he passed over unto the children of Ammon.

29. Da kam der Geist des HERRN auf Jephthah, und er zog durch Gilead und Manasse und durch Mizpe, das in Gilead liegt, und von Mizpe, das in Gilead liegt auf die Kinder Ammon.

29. Y el Espíritu de Jehová fué sobre Jefté, y pasó en Galaad, y en Manasés: y de allí pasó en Maspa de Galaad: y de Maspa de Galaad pasó a los hijos de Ammón.

29 И был на Иеффае Дух Господень, и прошел он Галаад и Манассию, и прошел Массифу Галаадскую, и из Массифы Галаадской пошел к Аммонитянам.

30. Ja Jefta teki lupauksen Herralle ja sanoi: Jos sinä annat ammonilaiset minun käsiini,

30. Ja Jephta lupasi Herralle lupauksen ja sanoi: jos sinä kokonansa annat Ammonin lapset minun käsiini:

30 And Jephthah vowed a vow to Jehovah and said, If you will indeed deliver the sons of Ammon into my hand,

30. And Jephthah vowed a vow unto the LORD, and said, If thou shalt without fail deliver the children of Ammon into mine hands,

30. Und Jephthah gelobte dem HERRN ein Gelübde und sprach: Gibst du die Kinder Ammon in meine Hand:

30. E hizo voto Jefté a Jehová, diciendo: Si entregares a los Ammonitas en mis manos,

30 И дал Иеффай обет Господу и сказал: если Ты предашь Аммонитян в руки мои,

31. niin tulkoon kuka tulkoonkin minua vastaan taloni ovesta, kun minä voittajana palaan ammonilaisten luota, hän on oleva Herran, ja minä uhraan hänet polttouhriksi.

31. Mitä ikänä minun huoneeni ovesta kohtaa minua, kuin minä rauhassa palajan Ammonin lapsilta, se pitää oleman Herran, ja minä uhraan sen polttouhriksi.

31. Mitäikänäns minun huoneni owest cohta minun cosca minä rauhas palajan Ammonin lapsilda se pitä oleman HERran ja minä uhran sen polttouhrixi.

31 then it will be, that whatever comes forth from the doors of my house to meet me, when I return in peace from the sons of Ammon, it will be Jehovah's and I will offer it up for a burnt offering.

31. Then it shall be, that whatsoever cometh forth of the doors of my house to meet me, when I return in peace from the children of Ammon, shall surely be the LORD'S, and I will offer it up for a burnt offering.

31. was zu meiner Haustür heraus mir entgegengeht, wenn ich mit Frieden wiederkomme von den Kindern Ammon, das soll des HERRN sein, und ich will's zum Brandopfer opfern.

31. Cualquiera que me saliere a recibir de las puertas de mi casa, cuando volviere de los Ammonitas en paz, será de Jehová, y yo lo ofreceré en holocausto.

31 то по возвращении моем с миром от Аммонитян, что выйдет из воротдома моего навстречу мне, будет Господу, и вознесу сие на всесожжение.

32. Sitten Jefta lähti ammonilaisia vastaan, sotimaan heitä vastaan, ja Herra antoi heidät hänen käsiinsä.

32. Niin Jephta meni sotimaan Ammonin lapsia vastaan, ja Herra antoi heidät hänen käsiinsä.

32. Nijn Jephthah meni sotiman Ammonin lapsia wastan ja HERra andoi heidän hänen käsijns.

32 So Jephthah passed over to the sons of Ammon to fight against them and Jehovah delivered them into his hand.

32. So Jephthah passed over unto the children of Ammon to fight against them; and the LORD delivered them into his hands.

32. Also zog Jephthah auf die Kinder Ammon, wider sie zu streiten. Und der HERR gab sie in seine Hände.

32. Y pasó Jefté a los hijos de Ammón para pelear contra ellos, y Jehová los entregó en su mano.

32 И пришел Иеффай к Аммонитянам – сразиться с ними, и предал их Господь в руки его;

33. Ja hän tuotti heille hyvin suuren tappion, valloittaen maan Aroerista Minnitiin ja Aabel-Keramimiin asti, kaksikymmentä kaupunkia. Niin täytyi ammonilaisten nöyrtyä israelilaisten edessä.

33. Ja hän löi heidät, Aroerista Minnitiin asti, kaksikymmenstä kaupunkia, ja Abelin viinamäkeen asti sangen suurella tapolla. Ja niin Ammonin lapset alennettiin Israelin lasten edestä.

33. Ja hän löi heidän caicki Aroerist Minnitthin asti caxikymmendä Caupungita ja wijnamäken asti sangen suurella tapolla. Ja nijn Ammonin lapset lyötin Israelin lapsilda.

33 And he killed* them from Aroer until you come to Minnith, even twenty cities and to Abel-keramim {Meadow of the Vineyards}, with a very great slaughter. So the sons of Ammon were subdued before the sons of Israel.

33. And he smote them from Aroer, even till thou come to Minnith, even twenty cities, and unto the plain of the vineyards, with a very great slaughter. Thus the children of Ammon were subdued before the children of Israel.

33. Und er schlug sie von Aroer an, bis wo man kommt gen Minnith, zwanzig Städte, und bis an den Plan der Weinberge, eine sehr große Schlacht. Und wurden also die Kinder Ammon gedemütigt vor den Kindern Israel.

33. E hiriólos de gran matanza, mucho desde Aroer hasta llegar a Mennit, veinte ciudades: y hasta la vega de las viñas: y así fueron domados los Ammonitas delante de los hijos de Israel.

33 и поразил их поражением весьма великим, от Ароера до Минифа двадцать городов, и до Авель-Керамима, и смирились Аммонитяне пред сынами Израилевыми.

34. Kun Jefta sitten tuli kotiinsa Mispaan, niin katso, hänen tyttärensä tuli ulos häntä vastaan vaskirumpua lyöden ja karkeloiden. Ja hän oli hänen ainoa lapsensa; paitsi tätä ei hänellä ollut poikaa eikä tytärtä.

34. Kuin Jephta tuli huoneesensa Mitspaan, katso, niin hänen tyttärensä kävi häntä vastaan kanteleilla ja hypyillä; ja se oli ainoa lapsi, eikä hänellä ollut yhtäkään muuta poikaa eli tytärtä.

34. COsca Jephthah tuli Mizpaan hänen huoneseens cadzo nijn hänen tyttärens käwi händä wastan candeleilla ja hypyillä ja oli ainoa lapsi eikä hänellä ollut yhtäkän muuta poica eli tytärtä.

34 And Jephthah came to Mizpah to his house, and behold, his daughter came out to meet him with timbrels and with dances. And she was his only child. Besides her he had neither son nor daughter.

34. And Jephthah came to Mizpeh unto his house, and, behold, his daughter came out to meet him with timbrels and with dances: and she was his only child; beside her he had neither son nor daughter.

34. Da nun Jephthah kam gen Mizpa zu seinem Hause, siehe, da geht seine Tochter heraus ihm entgegen mit Pauken und Reigen; und sie war sein einziges Kind, und er hatte sonst keinen Sohn noch Tochter.

34. Y volviendo Jefté a Maspa a su casa: he aquí que su hija le sale a recibir con adufes, y corros, a la cual tenía sola única: no tenía fuera de ella otro hijo ni hija.

34 И пришел Иеффай в Массифу в дом свой, и вот, дочь его выходитнавстречу ему с тимпанами и ликами: она была у него только одна, и не было у него еще ни сына, ни дочери.

35. Nähdessään hänet hän repäisi vaatteensa ja sanoi: Voi, tyttäreni, nyt sinä masennat minut maahan, nyt sinä syökset minut onnettomuuteen! Sillä minä avasin suuni Herralle enkä voi sanaani peruuttaa.

35. Ja kuin hän näki hänen, repäisi hän vaatteensa ja sanoi: ah, minun tyttäreni, sinä painat alas ja sangen surulliseksi saatat minun; sillä minä avasin suuni Herralle, ja en saa sitä ottaa takaperin.

35 And it happened, when he saw her, that he tore his clothes and said, Alas, my daughter! You have brought me very low and you are one of those who trouble me, for I have opened my mouth to Jehovah and I cannot go back.

35. And it came to pass, when he saw her, that he rent his clothes, and said, Alas, my daughter! thou hast brought me very low, and thou art one of them that trouble me: for I have opened my mouth unto the LORD, and I cannot go back.

35. Und da er sie sah, zerriß er seine Kleider und sprach: Ach, meine Tochter, wie beugst du mich und betrübst mich! Denn ich habe meinen Mund aufgetan gegen den HERRN und kann's nicht widerrufen.

35. Y como él la vió, rompió sus vestidos, diciendo: Ay, hija mía, de verdad me has abatido, y tú eres de los que me abaten: porque yo he abierto mi boca a Jehová, y no lo podré revocar.

35 Когда он увидел ее, разодрал одежду свою и сказал: ах, дочь моя! ты сразила меня; и ты в числе нарушителей покоя моего! я отверз о тебе уста мои пред Господом и не могу отречься.

36. Niin hän vastasi hänelle: Isäni, jos sinä avasit suusi Herralle, niin tee minulle, niinkuin suusi on puhunut, koska Herra on antanut sinun kostaa vihollisillesi, ammonilaisille.

36. Mutta hän vastasi: isäni, jos avasit suus Herralle, niin tee minun kanssani niinkuin sinun suustas on lähtenyt, että Herra on kostanut sinun vihollisilles, Ammonin lapsille.

36 And she said to him, My father, you have opened your mouth to Jehovah. Do to me according to what has proceeded out of your mouth, inasmuch as Jehovah has taken vengeance for you on your enemies, even on the sons of Ammon.

36. And she said unto him, My father, if thou hast opened thy mouth unto the LORD, do to me according to that which hath proceeded out of thy mouth; forasmuch as the LORD hath taken vengeance for thee of thine enemies, even of the children of Ammon.

36 Она сказала ему: отец мой! ты отверз уста твои пред Господом – и делай со мною то, что произнесли уста твои, когда Господь совершил чрез тебяотмщение врагам твоим Аммонитянам.

37. Y tornó a decir a su padre: Hágasme esto: déjame por dos meses que vaya y descienda por los montes, y llore mi virginidad, yo y mis compañeras.

37 И сказала отцу своему: сделай мне только вот что: отпусти меня на два месяца; я пойду, взойду на горы и оплачу девствомое с подругами моими.

38 Он сказал: пойди. И отпустил ее на два месяца. Она пошла с подругами своими и оплакивала девство свое в горах.
