Elisa ilmoittaa, että huokea aika on ovella. Pitalitautiset miehet huomaavat aramilaisten äkillisen paon. Epäuskoisen vaunusoturin rangaistus.

1. Mutta Elisa vastasi: Kuulkaa Herran sana; näin sanoo Herra: Huomenna tähän aikaan maksaa Samarian portissa sea-mitta lestyjä jauhoja sekelin ja kaksi sea-mittaa ohria sekelin.

1 And Elisha said, Hear the word of Jehovah. Jehovah says thus, Tomorrow about this time a measure of fine flour will be (sold) for a shekel and two measures of barley for a shekel, in the gate of Samaria.

1. Elisa aber sprach: Höret des HERRN Wort! So spricht der HERR: Morgen um diese Zeit wird ein Scheffel Semmelmehl einen Silberling gelten und zwei Scheffel Gerste einen Silberling unter dem Tor zu Samaria.

1 И сказал Елисей: выслушайте слово Господне: так говорит Господь: завтра в это время мера муки лучшей будет по сиклю и две меры ячменя по сиклю у ворот Самарии.

2. Da antwortete der Ritter, auf dessen Hand sich der König lehnte, dem Mann Gottes und sprach: Und wenn der HERR Fenster am Himmel machte, wie könnte solches geschehen? Er sprach: Siehe da, mit deinen Augen wirst du es sehen, und nicht davon essen!

2. Y un príncipe, sobre cuya mano el rey se recostaba, respondió al varón de Dios, y dijo: ¿Si Jehová hiciese ahora ventanas en el cielo, sería esto así? Y él dijo: He aquí, tú lo verás con tus ojos, mas no comerás de ello.

2 И отвечал сановник, на руку которого царь опирался, человеку Божию, и сказал: если бы Господь и открыл окна на небе, и тогда может ли это быть? И сказал тот: вот увидишь глазами твоими, но есть этого не будешь.

3 Четыре человека прокаженных находились при входе в ворота и говорили они друг другу: что нам сидеть здесь, ожидая смерти?

4. Jos päätämme mennä kaupunkiin, jossa on nälänhätä, niin me kuolemme. Jos jäämme tähän, niin me kuolemme. Tulkaa, siirtykäämme nyt aramilaisten leiriin. Jos he jättävät meidät eloon, niin me jäämme eloon; jos he surmaavat meidät, niin me kuolemme.

4. Wenn wir gleich gedächten, in die Stadt zu kommen, so ist Teuerung in der Stadt, und wir müßten doch daselbst sterben; bleiben wir aber hier, so müssen wir auch sterben. So laßt uns nun hingehen und zu dem Heer der Syrer fallen. Lassen sie uns leben, so leben wir; töten sie uns, so sind wir tot.

5 And they rose up in the twilight, to go to the camp of the Syrians. And when they came to the outermost part of the camp of the Syrians, behold, there was no man there.

5. Und sie machten sich in der Frühe auf, daß sie zum Heer der Syrer kämen. Und da sie vorn an den Ort des Heeres kamen, siehe, da war niemand.

5. Y levantáronse en el principio de la noche, para irse al campo de los Siros; y llegando a las primeras estancias de los Siros, no había allí hombre.

5 И встали в сумерки, чтобы пойти в стан Сирийский. И пришли к краю стана Сирийского, и вот, нет там ни одного человека.

6. Sillä Herra oli antanut aramilaisten sotajoukon kuulla sotavaunujen, hevosten ja suuren sotajoukon töminää; ja niin he olivat sanoneet toisilleen: Katso, Israelin kuningas on palkannut meitä vastaan heettiläisten kuninkaat ja egyptiläisten kuninkaat, että nämä hyökkäisivät meidän kimppuumme.

6. Sillä Herra oli antanut Syrialaisten sotajoukon kuulla vaunuin, hevosten ja suuren sotaväen äänen, niin että he sanoivat toinen toisellensa: katso, Israelin kuningas on palkannut meitä vastaan Hetiläisten kuninkaat ja Egyptiläisten kuninkaat, että he tulisivat meidän päällemme.

6. Denn der HERR hatte die Syrer lassen hören ein Geschrei von Rossen, Wagen und großer Heereskraft, daß sie untereinander sprachen: Siehe, der König Israels hat wider uns gedingt die Könige der Hethiter und die Könige der Ägypter, daß sie über uns kommen sollen.

6. Porque el Señor había hecho que en el campo de los Siros se oyese estruendo de carros, sonido de caballos, y estruendo de grande ejército: y dijeron los unos a los otros: He aquí, el rey de Israel ha pagado contra nosotros a los reyes de los Jetteos, y a los reyes de los Egipcios, para que vengan contra nosotros.

6 Господь сделал то, что стану Сирийскому послышался стук колесниц и ржание коней, шум войска большого. И сказали они друг другу: верно нанял против нас царь Израильский царей Хеттейских и Египетских, чтобы пойти на нас.

7. Niin he olivat lähteneet liikkeelle ja paenneet hämärissä ja jättäneet telttansa, hevosensa, aasinsa ja leirinsä, niinkuin se oli; he olivat paenneet pelastaakseen henkensä.

7. Y así se habían levantado, y habían huido al principio de la noche, dejando sus tiendas, sus caballos, sus asnos, y el campo como se estaba, y habían huido por salvar las vidas.

7 И встали и побежали в сумерки, и оставили шатры свои, и коней своих, и ослов своих, весь стан, как он был, и побежали, спасая себя.

8. Als nun die Aussätzigen an den Ort kamen, gingen sie in der Hütten eine, aßen und tranken und nahmen Silber, Gold und Kleider und gingen hin und verbargen es und kamen wieder und gingen in eine andere Hütte und nahmen daraus und gingen hin und verbargen es.

8. Y como los leprosos llegaron a las primeras estancias, entráronse en una tienda, y comieron y bebieron, y tomaron de allí plata y oro, y vestidos, y fuéron, y escondiéronlo: y vueltos entraron en otra tienda, y de allí también tomaron, y fueron, y escondieron.

8 И пришли те прокаженные к краю стана, и вошли в один шатер, и ели и пили, и взяли оттуда серебро, и золото, и одежды, и пошли и спрятали. Пошли еще в другой шатер, и там взяли, и пошли и спрятали.

9 Then they said one to another, We are not doing right. This day is a day of good news and we keep silent. If we delay till the morning light, punishment will overtake us. Now therefore come, let us go and tell the king's household.

9. Aber einer sprach zum andern: Laßt uns nicht also tun; dieser Tag ist ein Tag guter Botschaft. Wo wir das verschweigen und harren, bis daß es lichter Morgen wird, wird unsre Missetat gefunden werden; so laßt uns nun hingehen, daß wir kommen und es ansagen dem Hause des Königs.

9 И сказали друг другу: не так мы делаем. День сей – день радостной вести, если мы замедлим и будем дожидаться утреннего света, то падет на нас вина. Пойдем же и уведомим дом царский.

11 И позвали привратников, и они передали весть в самый дворец царский.

12. Silloin kuningas nousi yöllä ja sanoi palvelijoilleen: Minä sanon teille, minkä aramilaiset meille tekevät. 12. 12 And the king arose in the night and said to his servants, I will now show you* what the Syrians have done to us. They know that we are hungry. Therefore they have gone out of the camp to hide themselves in the field, saying, When they come out of the city we will take them alive and get into the city.

12. Und der König stand auf in der Nacht und sprach zu seinen Knechten: Laßt euch sagen, wie die Syrer mit uns umgehen. Sie wissen, daß wir Hunger leiden, und sind aus dem Lager gegangen, daß sie sich im Felde verkröchen, und denken: Wenn sie aus der Stadt gehen, wollen wir sie lebendig greifen und in die Stadt kommen.

12. Y levantóse el rey de noche, y dijo a sus siervos: Yo os declararé lo que nos han hecho los Siros: ellos saben que tenemos hambre, y hánse salido de las tiendas, y escondídose en el campo, diciendo: Cuando hubieren salido de la ciudad, los tomaremos vivos, y entraremos en la ciudad.

12 И встал царь ночью, и сказал слугам своим: скажу вам, что делают с нами Сирияне. Они знают, что мы терпим голод, и вышли из стана, чтобы спрятаться в поле, думая так: „когда они выйдут из города, мы захватим их живыми и вторгнемся в город".

13. 13. Da antwortete seiner Knechte einer und sprach: Man nehme fünf Rosse von denen, die noch drinnen sind übriggeblieben. Siehe, es wird ihnen gehen, wie aller Menge Israels, so drinnen übriggeblieben oder schon dahin ist. Die laßt uns senden und sehen.

13. Entónces respondió uno de sus siervos, y dijo: Tomen ahora cinco de los caballos que han quedado en la ciudad, porque ellos también han sido como toda la multitud de Israel, que ha quedado en ella: ellos también han sido como toda la multitud de Israel que ha perecido, y enviémoslos, y veremos.

13 И отвечал один из служащих при нем, и сказал: пусть возьмут пять из остальных коней, которые остались в городе,(из всего ополчения Израильтян только иосталось в нем, из всего ополчения Израильтян, которое погибло), и пошлем, и посмотрим.

14 Therefore they took two chariots with horses. And the king sent after the army of the Syrians, saying, Go and see.

14. They took therefore two chariot horses; and the king sent after the host of the Syrians, saying, Go and see.

15 И ехали за ним до Иордана, и вот вся дорога устлана одеждами и вещами, которые побросали Сирияне при торопливом побеге своем. И возвратились посланные, и донесли царю.

16 And the people went out and plundered the camp of the Syrians. So a measure of fine flour was (sold) for a shekel and two measures of barley for a shekel, according to the word of Jehovah.

16. Entónces el pueblo salió, y saquearon el campo de los Siros; y fué un modio de flor de harina por un siclo, y dos modios de cebada por un siclo, conforme a la palabra de Jehová.

16 И вышел народ, и разграбил стан Сирийский, и была мера муки лучшей по сиклю, и две меры ячменя по сиклю, по слову Господню.

17. Aber der König bestellte den Ritter, auf dessen Hand er sich lehnte, unter das Tor. Und das Volk zertrat ihn im Tor, daß er starb, wie der Mann Gottes geredet hatte, da der König zu ihm hinabkam.

18. Y aconteció de la manera que el varón de Dios había dicho al rey, diciéndole: Dos modios de cebada por un siclo, y el modio de flor de harina por un siclo: será mañana a estas horas a la puerta de Samaria.

18 Когда говорил человек Божий царю так: „две меры ячменя по сиклю,и мера муки лучшей по сиклю будут завтра в это время у ворот Самарии",

19. oli vaunusoturi vastannut Jumalan miehelle ja sanonut: Katso, vaikka Herra tekisi akkunat taivaaseen, kuinka tämä voisi tapahtua? Silloin hän oli sanonut: Sinä olet näkevä sen omin silmin, mutta syödä siitä et saa.

19 And that captain answered the man of God and said, Now, behold, if Jehovah should make windows in heaven, might such a thing be? And he said, Behold, you will see it with your eyes, but will not eat of it.

19. And that lord answered the man of God, and said, Now, behold, if the LORD should make windows in heaven, might such a thing be? And he said, Behold, thou shalt see it with thine eyes, but shalt not eat thereof.

19. und der Ritter dem Mann Gottes antwortete und sprach: Siehe, wenn der HERR Fenster am Himmel machte, wie möchte solches geschehen? Er aber sprach: Siehe, mit deinen Augen wirst du es sehen, und wirst nicht davon essen!

19. A lo cual aquel príncipe había respondido al varón de Dios, diciendo: ¿Si Jehová hiciese ventanas en el cielo, hacerse ha eso? Y él dijo: He aquí, tú lo verás con tus ojos, mas no comerás de ello.

19 тогда отвечал этот сановник человеку Божию и сказал: „если бы Господь и открыл окна на небе, и тогда может ли это быть?" А он сказал: „увидишь твоими глазами, но есть этого не будешь".
