4 luku

Daniel selittää Nebukadnessarin unen suuresta puusta, joka hakataan poikki. Nebukadnessarin mielisairaus, katumus ja tunnustus.

7 Then the magicians, the enchanters, the Chaldeans and the soothsayers came in and I told the dream before them, but they did not make the interpretation of it known to me.

8 (4:5) Наконец вошел ко мне Даниил, которому имя было Валтасар, по имени бога моего, и в котором дух святаго Бога; ему рассказал я сон.

6. Beltsassar, sinä tietäjäin päämies, jossa minä tiedän olevan pyhien jumalien hengen ja jolle mikään salaisuus ei ole liian vaikea! Sano, mitä olivat ne näyt, jotka minä unessani näin, ja mikä on sen selitys.

9. Beltsazar, du Oberster unter den Sternsehern, von dem ich weiß, daß du den Geist der heiligen Götter hast und dir nichts verborgen ist, sage, was das Gesicht meines Traumes, das ich gesehen habe, bedeutet.

9. Baltasar, príncipe de los magos, yo he entendido que hay en tí espíritu de los dioses santos, y que ningún misterio se te esconde; díme las visiones de mi sueño que he visto, y su declaración.

9 (4:6) Валтасар, глава мудрецов! я знаю, что в тебе дух святаго Бога, и никакая тайна не затрудняет тебя; объясни мне видения сна моего, который я видел, и значение его.

8. Puu kasvoi ja vahvistui, niin että sen latva ulottui taivaaseen ja se näkyi kaiken maan ääriin.

11. (H4:8) Se oli suuri ja paksu puu. Sen korkeus ulottui taivaasen asti ja näkyi koko maan ääriin.

11 (4:8) Большое было это дерево и крепкое, и высота его достигала до неба, и оно видимо было до краев всей земли.

9. Sen lehvät olivat kauniit ja sen hedelmät suuret, ja siinä oli ravintoa kaikille. Sen alla etsivät varjoa kedon eläimet, ja sen oksilla asuivat taivaan linnut, ja kaikki liha sai siitä ravintonsa.

12 The leaves of it were fine and the fruit of it much and food was in it for all. The beasts of the field had shadow under it and the birds of the heavens dwelt in the branches of it. And all flesh was fed from it.

12 (4:9) Листья его прекрасные, и плодов на нем множество, и пища на нем для всех; под ним находили тень полевые звери, и в ветвях его гнездились птицы небесные, и от него питалась всякая плоть.

13 (4:10) И видел я в видениях головы моей на ложемоем, и вот, нисшел с небес Бодрствующий и Святый.

11. Hän huusi voimallisesti ja sanoi näin: hakatkaa puu poikki ja karsikaa sen oksat, riipikää sen lehvät ja hajottakaa sen hedelmät. Paetkoot eläimet sen alta ja linnut sen oksilta.

14. der rief überlaut und sprach also: Haut den Baum um und behaut ihm die Äste und streift ihm das Laub ab und zerstreut seine Früchte, daß die Tiere, so unter ihm liegen, weglaufen und die Vögel von seinen Zweigen fliehen.

14 (4:11) Воскликнув громко, Он сказал: „срубите это дерево, обрубите ветви его, стрясите листья с него и разбросайте плоды его; пусть удалятся звери из-под него и птицы с ветвей его;

12. Mutta sen kanto juurineen jättäkää maahan, rauta- ja vaskikahleissa kedon ruohikkoon. Taivaan kasteesta hän kastukoon, ja niinkuin eläinten olkoon hänen osansa maan ruoho.

15 (4:12) но главный корень его оставьте в земле, и пусть он в узах железных и медных среди полевой травы орошается небесною росою, и с животными пусть будет часть его в траве земной.

16 Let his heart be changed from man's and let a beast's heart be given to him. And let seven times pass over him.

16 (4:13) Сердце человеческое отнимется от него и дастся ему сердце звериное, и пройдут над ним семь времен.

14. Tämä on säädetty enkelien päätöksellä, ja niin ovat tästä asiasta pyhät sanoneet, että elävät tietäisivät Korkeimman hallitsevan ihmisten valtakuntaa ja antavan sen, kenelle hän tahtoo, ja asettavan sen päämieheksi ihmisistä halvimman.'

17 The sentence is by the decree of the watchers and the demand by the word of the holy ones, to the intent that the living may know that the Most High rules in the kingdom of men and gives it to whomever he will and sets up over it the lowest of men.

17 (4:14) Повелением Бодрствующих это определено, и по приговору Святых назначено, дабы знали живущие, что Всевышний владычествует над царством человеческим, и дает его, кому хочет, и поставляет над ним уничиженного между людьми".

15. Tämän unen näin minä, kuningas Nebukadnessar. Ja sinä, Beltsassar, sano sen selitys, koska ei yksikään minun valtakuntani viisaista voi minulle ilmoittaa sen selitystä. Mutta sinä sen voit, sillä sinussa on pyhien jumalien henki.

18 This dream I, king Nebuchadnezzar, have seen. And you, O Belteshazzar, declare the interpretation, inasmuch as all the wise men of my kingdom are not able to make known to me the interpretation. But you are able, for the spirit of the holy gods is in you.

18. Solchen Traum habe ich, König Nebukadnezar, gesehen; du aber Beltsazar, sage mir was er bedeutet. Denn alle Weisen in meinem Königreiche können mir nicht anzeigen, was er bedeute; du aber kannst es wohl, denn der Geist der heiligen Götter ist bei dir.

18. Este sueño ví yo el rey Nabucodonosor: mas tú, Baltasar, dirás la declaración de él; porque todos los sabios de mi reino nunca pudieron mostrarme su interpretación: mas tú puedes, porque hay en tí espíritu de los dioses santos.

18 (4:15) Такой сон видел я, царь Навуходоносор; а ты, Валтасар, скажи значение его, так как никто из мудрецов в моем царстве не мог объяснить его значения, а ты можешь, потому что дух святаго Бога в тебе.

16. Silloin Daniel, jonka nimenä oli Beltsassar, hämmästyi hetkeksi, ja hänen ajatuksensa peljästyttivät häntä. Kuningas lausui ja sanoi: Beltsassar, älköön uni ja sen selitys sinua peljästyttäkö. 19 Then Daniel, whose name was Belteshazzar, was stricken mute for a while and his thoughts troubled him. The king answered and said, Belteshazzar, do not let the dream, or the interpretation, trouble you. Belteshazzar answered and said, My lord, may the dream be to those who hate you and the interpretation of it to your adversaries.

The king spake, and said, Belteshazzar, let not the dream, or the interpretation thereof, trouble thee. Belteshazzar answered and said, My lord, the dream be to them that hate thee, and the interpretation thereof to thine enemies.

19. Da entsetzte sich Daniel, der sonst Beltsazar heißt, bei einer Stunde lang und seine Gedanken betrübten ihn. Aber der König sprach: Beltsazar, laß dich den Traum und seine Deutung nicht betrüben. Beltsazar fing an und sprach: Ach mein Herr, daß der Traum deinen Feinden und seine Deutung deinen Widersachern gälte!

19. Entónces Daniel, cuyo nombre era Baltasar, estuvo callando casi una hora, y sus pensamientos le espantaban. El rey entónces habló, y dijo: Baltasar, el sueño ni su declaración no te espanten. Respondió Baltasar, y dijo: Señor mío, el sueño sea para tus enemigos, y su declaración para los que mal te quieren.

19 (4:16) Тогда Даниил, которому имя Валтасар, около часа пробыл в изумлении, и мысли его смущали его. Царь начал говорить и сказал: Валтасар! да не смущает тебя этот сон и значение его. Валтасар отвечал и сказал: господин мой! твоим бы ненавистникам этот сон, и врагам твоим значение его!

35 And all the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing and he does according to his will in the army of heaven and among the inhabitants of the earth. And none can stay his hand, or say to him, What are you doing?

35. And all the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing: and he doeth according to his will in the army of heaven, and among the inhabitants of the earth: and none can stay his hand, or say unto him, What doest thou?

35. gegen welchen alle, so auf Erden wohnen, als nichts zu rechnen sind. Er macht's, wie er will, mit den Kräften im Himmel und mit denen, so auf Erden wohnen; und niemand kann seiner Hand wehren noch zu ihm sagen: Was machst du?

35. Y todos los moradores de la tierra por nada son contados; y en el ejército del cielo, y en los moradores de la tierra hace según su voluntad, ni hay quien lo estorbe con su mano, y le diga: ¿Qué haces?

35 (4:32) И все, живущие на земле, ничего не значат; по воле Своей Он действует как в небесном воинстве, так и у живущих на земле; и нет никого, кто мог бы противиться руке Его и сказать Ему: „что Ты сделал?"

33. Siihen aikaan palasi minun järkeni, ja palasi minun valtasuuruuteni ja loistoni, minun valtakuntani kunniaksi. Ja minun hallitusmieheni ja ylimykseni etsivät minut, ja minut pantiin jälleen hallitsemaan valtakuntaani, ja minun valtani lisääntyi ylenpalttisesti.

36. (H4:33) Silloin tulin minä jälleen taidolleni, ja kuninkaalliseen kunniaani ja jalouteeni ja minun muotooni. Ja minun neuvonantajani ja voimalliseni etsivät minua, ja minä pantiin jälleen valtakuntaani, ja sain vielä suuremman kunnian.

33. Silloin tulin minä jällens taidolleni ja minun Cuningaliseen cunniaani ja jalouteeni ja minun muotooni: ja minun neuwonandajani ja woimalliseni edzeit minua ja minä pandin jällens minun waldacundaani ja sain wielä suuremman cunnian.

36 At the same time my understanding returned to me and for the glory of my kingdom, my majesty and brightness returned to me and my counselors and my lords sought to me. And I was established in my kingdom and excellent greatness was added to me.

36. At the same time my reason returned unto me; and for the glory of my kingdom, mine honour and brightness returned unto me; and my counsellors and my lords sought unto me; and I was established in my kingdom, and excellent majesty was added unto me.

36. Zur selben Zeit kam ich wieder zur Vernunft, auch zu meinen königlichen Ehren, zu meiner Herrlichkeit und zu meiner Gestalt. Und meine Räte und Gewaltigen suchten mich, und ich ward wieder in mein Königreich gesetzt; und ich überkam noch größere Herrlichkeit.

36. En el mismo tiempo mi sentido me fué vuelto, y torné a la majestad de mi reino: mi hermosura y mi grandeza volvió sobre mí; y mis gobernadores y mis grandes me buscaron, y fuí restituido en mi reino, y mayor grandeza me fué añadida.

36 (4:33) В то время возвратился ко мне разум мой, и к славе царствамоего возвратились ко мне сановитость и прежний вид мой; тогда взыскали меня советники мои и вельможи мои, и я восстановлен на царство мое, и величие мое еще более возвысилось.

34. Nyt minä, Nebukadnessar, kiitän, ylistän ja kunnioitan taivaan kuningasta; sillä kaikki hänen työnsä ovat totiset ja hänen tiensä oikeat. Ja hän voi nöyryyttää ne, jotka ylpeydessä vaeltavat.

37. (H4:34) Sentähden kiitän minä Nebukadnetsar ja kunnioitan ja ylistän taivaan kuningasta; sillä kaikki hänen työnsä on totuus ja hänen tiensä oikiat; ja joka ylpiä on, sen hän taitaa nöyryyttää.

34. Sentähden kijtän minä NebucadNezar ja cunnioitan ja ylistän taiwan Cuningasta sillä caicki hänen työns on totuus ja hänen tiensä oikiat ja joca ylpiä on sen hän taita nöyryttä.

37 Now I, Nebuchadnezzar, praise and extol and honor the King of heaven, for all his works are truth and his ways justice. And he is able to humble those who walk in pride.

37. Now I Nebuchadnezzar praise and extol and honour the King of heaven, all whose works are truth, and his ways judgment: and those that walk in pride he is able to abase.

37. Darum lobe ich, Nebukadnezar, und ehre und preise den König des Himmels; denn all sein Tun ist Wahrheit, und seine Wege sind recht, und wer stolz ist, den kann er demütigen.

37. Ahora yo Nabucodonosor alabo, engrandezco, y glorifíco al Rey del cielo, porque todas sus obras son verdad, y sus caminos juicio; y a los que andan con soberbia puede humillar.

37 (4:34) Ныне я, Навуходоносор, славлю, превозношу и величаю Царя Небесного, Которого все дела истинны и пути праведны, и Который силен смирить ходящих гордо.
