Leeviläisten lukumäärä, osastot ja palvelustehtävät.

1. Kun Daavid oli tullut vanhaksi ja saanut elämästä kyllänsä, teki hän poikansa Salomon Israelin kuninkaaksi.

2 And he gathered together all the rulers of Israel, with the priests and the Levites.

3 And the Levites were numbered from thirty years old and upward. And their number by their polls, man by man, was thirty-eight thousand.

4 Of these, twenty-four thousand were to oversee the work of the house of Jehovah. And six thousand were officers and judges,

10 Еще сыновья Шимея: Иахаф, Зиза, Иеуш и Берия. Это сыновья Шимея, четверо.

11. Jahat oli päämies, Siisa toinen; mutta Jeuksella ja Berialla ei ollut monta poikaa, niin että heistä tuli yksi perhekunta, yksi palvelusvuoro.

11 And Jahath was the chief and Zizah {Ziza?} the second. But Jeush and Beriah had not many sons. Therefore they became a fathers' house in one reckoning.

11. Jahath aber war der erste, Sina der andere. Aber Jeus und Beria hatten nicht Kinder; darum wurden sie für ein Vaterhaus gerechnet.

12. Kehatin pojat olivat Amram, Jishar, Hebron ja Ussiel, kaikkiaan neljä.

12. Kahatin lapset: Amram, Jitshar, Hebron ja Ussiel, neljä.

12 The sons of Kohath: Amram, Izhar, Hebron and Uzziel, four.

12. Die Kinder Kahaths waren: Amram, Jizhar, Hebron und Usiel, die vier.

12. Los hijos de Caat fueron Amram, Isaar, Hebrón, y Oziel, ellos cuatro.

13. Amramin pojat olivat Aaron ja Mooses. Mutta Aaron poikinensa erotettiin olemaan ikuisesti pyhitetty, korkeasti-pyhä, ikuisesti suitsuttamaan Herran edessä, palvelemaan häntä ja siunaamaan hänen nimessään.

13. Die Kinder Amrams waren: Aaron und Mose. Aaron aber ward abgesondert, daß er geheiligt würde zum Hochheiligen, er und seine Söhne ewiglich, zu räuchern vor dem HERRN und zu dienen und zu segnen in dem Namen des HERRN ewiglich.

13. Los hijos de Amram fueron Aarón y Moisés: y Aarón fué apartado para ser santificado, santidad de santidades fué él y sus hijos para siempre, para que quemasen perfumes delante de Jehová, y le ministrasen, y bendijesen en su nombre para siempre.

13 Сыновья Амрама: Аарон и Моисей. Аарон отделен был на посвящение ко Святому Святых, он и сыновья его, на веки, чтобы совершать курение пред лицем Господа, чтобы служить Ему и благословлять именем Его на веки.

14. Jumalan miehen Mooseksen pojat luettiin Leevin sukukuntaan kuuluviksi.

15 The sons of Moses: Gershom and Eliezer.

15. The sons of Moses were, Gershom, and Eliezer.

15. Die Kinder aber Mose's waren: Gersom und Elieser.

15. Los hijos de Moisés fueron Gersón y Eliezer.

16. Geersomin poika oli Sebuel, päämies.

16 The sons of Gershom: Shebuel the chief.

17. Elieserin poika oli Rehabja, päämies; Elieserillä ei ollut muita poikia. Mutta Rehabjan poikia oli ylen paljon.

17. Elieserin lapset: ensimäinen oli Rehabia. Ja Elieserillä ei ollut muita lapsia, vaan Rehabeamin lapsia oli paljon enempi.

17. Gersonin lapset: ensimäinen oli Sebuel.

17 And the sons of Eliezer were: Rehabiah the chief. And Eliezer had no other sons, but the sons of Rehabiah were very many.

17. And the sons of Eliezer were, Rehabiah the chief. And Eliezer had none other sons; but the sons of Rehabiah were very many.

17. Die Kinder Eliesers: der erste war Rehabja. Und Elieser hatte keine andern Kinder; aber der Kinder Ehabjas waren überaus viele.

17. E hijo de Eliezer fué Rohobia, el primero: y Eliezer no tuvo otros hijos. Mas los hijos de Rohobia fueron muchos.

17 Сыновья Елиезера были: первый Рехавия. И не было у Елиезера других сыновей; у Рехавии же было очень много сыновей.

18. Jisharin poika oli Selomit, päämies.

18. Jitsharin lapset: Selomit ensimäinen.

18. Eljeserin lapset ensimäinen oli Rehabia. Ja Eljeserillä ei ollut muita lapsia waan Rehabian lapsia oli paljo enämbi.

18 The sons of Izhar: Shelomith the chief.

18. Of the sons of Izhar; Shelomith the chief.

18. Die Kinder Jizhars waren: Salomith, der erste.

18. Hijo de Isaar fué Salomit, el primero.

19. Hebronin pojat olivat Jeria, päämies, Amarja toinen, Jahasiel kolmas ja Jekamam neljäs.

19. Hebronin lapset: Jeria ensimäinen, Amaria toinen, Jahasiel kolmas ja Jakneam neljäs.

19. Jezeharin lapset olit: Salomith ensimäinen.

19 The sons of Hebron: Jeriah the first, Amariah the second, Jahaziel the third and Jekameam the fourth.

21. Merarin pojat olivat Mahli ja Muusi. Mahlin pojat olivat Eleasar ja Kiis.

22. Kun Eleasar kuoli, ei häneltä jäänyt poikia, vaan ainoastaan tyttäriä, jotka heidän serkkunsa, Kiisin pojat, ottivat vaimoiksensa.

22 And Eleazar died and had no sons, but daughters only. And their brothers the sons of Kish took them (as a wife).

22. And Eleazar died, and had no sons, but daughters: and their brethren the sons of Kish took them.

22. Eleasar aber starb und hatte keine Söhne, sondern Töchter; und die Kinder des Kis, ihre Brüder, nahmen sie.

22. Y murió Eleazar sin hijos, mas tuvo hijas. Y los hijos de Cis sus hermanos las tomaron por mujeres.

22 И умер Елеазар, и не было у него сыновей, а только дочери; и взяли их за себя сыновья Киса, братья их.

23. Muusin pojat olivat Mahli, Eeder ja Jeremot, kaikkiaan kolme.

24. Nämä olivat Leevin pojat, heidän perhekuntiensa mukaan, perhekunta-päämiehet, niin monta kuin heitä oli ollut katselmuksessa, nimien lukumäärän mukaan, pääluvun mukaan, ne, jotka toimittivat palvelustehtäviä Herran temppelissä, kaksikymmenvuotiaat ja sitä vanhemmat.

24. Das sind die Kinder Levi nach ihren Vaterhäusern, nämlich die Häupter der Vaterhäuser, die gerechnet wurden nach der Namen Zahl von Haupt zu Haupt, welche taten das Geschäft des Amts im Hause des HERRN, von zwanzig Jahren und darüber.

24. Estos son los hijos de Leví en las familias de sus padres, cabeceras de familias en sus cuentas, contados por sus nombres, por sus cabezas, los cuales hacían obra en el ministerio de la casa de Jehová, de veinte años y arriba.

24 Вот сыновья Левиины, по домам отцов их, главы семейств, по именномусчислению их поголовно, которые отправляли дела служения в доме Господнем, от двадцати лет и выше.

25. Sillä Daavid sanoi: Herra, Israelin Jumala, on suonut kansansa päästä lepoon ja on asuva Jerusalemissa ikuisesti.

25 For David said, Jehovah, the God of Israel, has given rest to his people and he dwells in Jerusalem until everlasting.

25. Denn David sprach: Der HERR, der Gott Israels, hat seinem Volk Ruhe gegeben und wird zu Jerusalem wohnen ewiglich.

25. Porque David dijo: Jehová Dios de Israel ha dado reposo a su pueblo Israel, y habitó en Jerusalem para siempre:

25 Ибо Давид сказал: Господь, Бог Израилев, дал покой народу Своему и водворил его в Иерусалиме на веки,

26. Niinpä ei leeviläistenkään tarvitse kantaa asumusta eikä mitään kaluja, joita tarvitaan siinä tehtävissä töissä.

26. Ja ei Leviläiset tarvinneet kantaa majaa kaikkein hänen kaluinsa kanssa palvelukseen.

26. Ja ei Lewitat tarwinnet canda maja caickein hänen wircains caluin cansa.

26 And also the Levites will no more have need to carry the tabernacle and all the vessels of it for the service of it.

26. And also unto the Levites; they shall no more carry the tabernacle, nor any vessels of it for the service thereof.

26. So wurden auch die Kinder Levi gezählt von zwanzig Jahren und darüber, da sie ja die Wohnung nicht mehr zu tragen hatten mit all ihrem Geräte ihres Amts,

26 и левитам не нужно носить скинию и всякие вещи ее для служения в ней.

28. Y estaban debajo de la mano de los hijos de Aarón para ministrar en la casa de Jehová, en los patios, y en las cámaras, y en la purificación de toda cosa santificada, y en la obra del ministerio de la casa de Dios.

28 чтоб они были при сынах Аароновых, для служения дому Господню, во дворе и в пристройках, для соблюдения чистоты всего святилища и для исполнения всякой службы при доме Божием,

29. näkyleivistä, ruokauhriin tarvittavista lestyistä jauhoista, happamattomista ohukaisista, leivinlevystä ja jauhosekoituksesta sekä astia- ja pituusmitoista;

29 for the showbread and for the fine flour for a meal offering, whether of unleavened wafers, or of what is baked in the pan, or of what is soaked and for all manner of measure and size.

29 для наблюдения за хлебами предложения и пшеничною мукою для хлебногоприношения и пресными лепешками, за печеным, жареным и за всякою мерою и весом,

30 And to stand every morning to thank and praise Jehovah and likewise at evening.

31. ja uhrata kaikki polttouhrit Herralle sapatteina, uudenkuun päivinä ja juhlina, niin paljon kuin niitä oli säädetty aina uhrattavaksi Herran edessä.

31. Ja uhraamassa Herralle kaikkinaiset polttouhrit sabbateina, uudelle kuulla ja juhlapäivinä, luvun ja tavan jälkeen, alati Herran edessä,

31 And to offer all burnt offerings to Jehovah, on the Sabbaths, on the new moons and on the set feasts, in number according to the ordinance concerning them, continually before Jehovah.

31 и при всех всесожжениях, возносимых Господу в субботы, в новомесячия и в праздникипо числу, как предписано о них, – постоянно пред лицем Господа,

32. Niin heidän oli hoidettava ilmestysmajan ja pyhäkön tehtävät sekä ne tehtävät, jotka heidän veljillään Aaronin pojilla oli palvellessaan Herran temppelissä.

32. Y para que tuviesen la guarda del tabernáculo del testimonio, y la guarda del santuario, y la guarda de los hijos de Aarón sus hermanos, en el ministerio de la casa de Jehová.

32 и чтобы охраняли скинию откровения и святилище и сынов Аароновых,братьев своих, при службах дому Господню.
