Saban kuningatar Salomon luona. Salomon rikkaus ja viisaus. Hänen kuolemansa.

1. Kun Saban kuningatar kuuli Salomon maineen, tuli hän Jerusalemiin koettelemaan Salomoa arvoituksilla. 6. Minä en uskonut, mitä sanottiin, ennenkuin itse tulin ja sain omin silmin nähdä; ja katso, ei puoltakaan sinun suuresta viisaudestasi oltu minulle kerrottu. Sinä olet paljon suurempi, kuin minä olin kuullut huhuttavan.

6. Vaan en minä uskonut heidän sanojansa ennenkuin minä itse tulin, ja minun silmäni nähneet ovat: ja katso, ei ole minulle puoliakaan sanottu sinun suuresta taidostas: sinulla on enempi, kuin se sanoma on, jonka minä kuulin.

6 However I did not believe their words until I came and my eyes had seen it. And behold, the half of the greatness of your wisdom was not told me. You exceed the fame that I heard.

6. Howbeit I believed not their words, until I came, and mine eyes had seen it: and, behold, the one half of the greatness of thy wisdom was not told me: for thou exceedest the fame that I heard.

6. Ich wollte aber ihren Worten nicht glauben, bis ich gekommmen bin und habe es mit meinen Augen gesehen. Und siehe, es ist mir nicht die Hälfte gesagt deiner großen Weisheit. Es ist mehr an dir denn das Gerücht, das ich gehört habe.

6. Mas yo no creía las palabras de ellos, hasta que he venido, y mis ojos han visto; y he aquí que ni aun la mitad de la multitud de tu sabiduría me había sido dicha: porque tú añades sobre la fama que yo había oido.

6 но я не верила словам о них, доколе не пришла и не увидела глазамисвоими. И вот, мне и вполовину не сказано о множестве мудрости твоей: ты превосходишь молву, какую я слышала.

7. Onnellisia ovat sinun miehesi, onnellisia nämä palvelijasi, jotka aina saavat olla sinun edessäsi ja kuulla sinun viisauttasi.

7. Autuaat ovat sinun miehes, autuaat ovat myös nämät sinun palvelias, jotka joka hetki sinun edessäs seisovat ja kuultelevat taitoas.

7 Your men are fortunate and these, your servants, are fortunate who stand continually before you and hear your wisdom.

7. Selig sind deine Männer und selig diese deine Knechte, die allewege vor dir stehen und deine Weisheit hören.

7. Bienaventurados tus varones, y bienaventurados estos tus siervos, que están siempre delante de tí, y oyen tu sabiduría.

7 Блаженны люди твои, и блаженны сии слуги твои, всегда предстоящие пред тобою и слышащие мудрость твою!

8. Kiitetty olkoon Herra, sinun Jumalasi, joka sinuun on niin mielistynyt, että on asettanut sinut valtaistuimellensa olemaan kuninkaana Herran, sinun Jumalasi, kunniaksi. Sentähden, että sinun Jumalasi rakastaa Israelia ja tahtoo pitää sen pystyssä ainiaan, on hän antanut sinut heille kuninkaaksi, tekemään sitä, mikä oikeus ja vanhurskaus on.

8 Praise Jehovah your God, who delighted in you, to set you on his throne to be king for Jehovah your God. Because your God loved Israel, to establish them everlasting, therefore he made you king over them, to do justice and righteousness.

8. Blessed be the LORD thy God, which delighted in thee to set thee on his throne, to be king for the LORD thy God: because thy God loved Israel, to establish them for ever, therefore made he thee king over them, to do judgment and justice.

8. Der HERR, dein Gott, sei gelobt, der dich liebhat, daß er dich auf seinen Stuhl zum König gesetzt hat dem HERRN, deinem Gott. Das macht, dein Gott hat Israel lieb, daß er es ewiglich aufrichte; darum hat er dich über sie zum König gesetzt, daß du Recht und Redlichkeit handhabest.

8. Jehová tu Dios sea bendito, que se ha agradado en tí, para ponerte sobre su trono por rey de Jehová tu Dios: por cuanto tu Dios ha amado a Israel, para afirmarle perpetuamente, y te puso por rey sobre ellos para que hagas juicio y justicia.

8 Да будет благословен Господь Бог твой, Который благоволил посадить тебя на престол Свой в царя у Господа Бога твоего. По любви Бога твоего к Израилю, чтоб утвердить его на веки, Он поставил тебя царем над ним – творить суд и правду.

9. Ja hän antoi kuninkaalle sata kaksikymmentä talenttia kultaa, sangen paljon hajuaineita ja kalliita kiviä. Ei milloinkaan ole ollut moisia hajuaineita kuin ne, jotka Saban kuningatar antoi kuningas Salomolle.

9. Ja hän antoi kuninkaalle sata ja kaksikymmentä leiviskää kultaa ja ylen paljon yrttejä ja kalliita kiviä. Ja ei senkaltaisia yrttejä ollut, kuin ne olivat, jotka rikkaan Arabian kuningatar antoi kuningas Salomolle.

9 And she gave the king a hundred and twenty talants of gold and spices in great abundance and precious stones. Neither was there any such spice as the queen of Sheba gave to king Solomon.

9. Y dió al rey ciento y veinte talentos de oro, y gran copia de especiería, y piedras preciosas: nunca hubo tal especiería como la que dió la reina de Sabá al rey Salomón.

9 И подарила она царю сто двадцать талантов золота и великое множество благовоний и драгоценных камней; и не бывало таких благовоний, какие подарила царица Савская царю Соломону.

10. Huuramin palvelijat ja Salomon palvelijat, jotka toivat kultaa Oofirista, toivat myöskin santelipuuta ja kalliita kiviä.

10 And also the servants of Huram and the servants of Solomon, who brought gold from Ophir, brought algum trees and precious stones.

11. Ja kuningas teetti santelipuusta portaat Herran temppeliin ja kuninkaan palatsiin ja kanteleita ja harppuja laulajille. Moisia ei oltu ennen nähty Juudan maassa.

11. Ja Salomo antoi tehdä astuimet Hebenin puista Herran huoneesen ja kuninkaan huoneesen, ja kanteleita ja psaltareita veisaajille. Ei yhtään senkaltaista ennen ollut nähty Juudan maalla.

11 And the king made of the algum trees terraces for the house of Jehovah and for the king's house and harps and psalteries for the singers. And there were none such seen before in the land of Judah.

11. Und Salomo ließ aus dem Sandelholz Treppen im Hause des HERRN und im Hause des Königs machen und Harfen und Psalter für die Sänger. Es waren vormals nie gesehen solche Hölzer im Lande Juda.

11. E hizo el rey de la madera de almugim gradas en la casa de Jehová, y en las casas reales, y arpas y salterios para los cantores: nunca en tierra de Judá fué vista madera semejante.

11 И сделал царь из этого красного дерева лестницы к дому Господнюи к дому царскому, и цитры и псалтири для певцов. И не видано было подобного сему прежде в земле Иудейской.

12. Kuningas Salomo taas antoi Saban kuningattarelle kaikki, mitä tämä halusi ja pyysi, antoi vielä enemmän, kuin mitä tämä oli tuonut kuninkaalle. Sitten hän lähti paluumatkalle ja meni palvelijoineen omaan maahansa.

12. Ja kuningas Salomo antoi rikkaan Arabian kuningattarelle kaikkia, mitä hän pyysi ja anoi, paitsi sitä, mitä hän kuninkaalle tuonut oli. Ja hän palasi ja matkusti omalle maallensa palvelioinensa.

12 And king Solomon gave to the queen of Sheba all her desire, whatever she asked, besides what she had brought to the king. So she turned and went to her own land, she and her servants.

12. Und der König Salomo gab der Königin von Reicharabien alles, was sie begehrte und bat, außer was sie zum König gebracht hatte. Und sie wandte sich und zog in ihr Land mit ihren Knechten.

12. Y el rey Salomón dió a la reina de Sabá todo lo que ella quiso y le pidió, más de lo que ella había traido al rey: y ella se volvió y se fué a su tierra con sus siervos.

12 Царь же Соломон дал царице Савской все, чего она желала и чего она просила, кроме таких вещей, какие она привезла царю. И она отправилась обратно в землю свою, она и слуги ее.

13. Kullan paino, mikä yhtenä vuotena tuli Salomolle, oli kuusisataa kuusikymmentä kuusi talenttia kultaa,

13. Ja kulta, joka vuosittain tuotiin Salomolle, oli kuusisataa ja kuusiseitsemättäkymmentä leiviskää.

13 Now the weight of gold that came to Solomon in one year was six hundred and sixty-six talants of gold,

13 Весу в золоте, которое приходило к Соломону в один год, было шестьсот шестьдесят шесть талантов золота.

14. paitsi mitä kauppamiehet ja kaupustelijat toivat. Sen lisäksi kaikki Arabian kuninkaat ja maan käskynhaltijat toivat Salomolle kultaa ja hopeata.

14 besides what the traders and merchants brought. And all the kings of Arabia and the governors of the country brought gold and silver to Solomon.

14. außer was die Krämer und Kaufleute brachten. Und alle Könige der Araber und die Landpfleger brachten Gold und Silber zu Salomo.

14. Sin lo que traían los mercaderes y negociantes. Y también todos los reyes de Arabia, y los príncipes de la tierra, traían oro y plata a Salomón.

14 Сверх того, послы и купцы приносили, и все цари Аравийские и начальники областные приносили золото и серебро Соломону.

15. Ja kuningas Salomo teetti kaksisataa suurta kilpeä pakotetusta kullasta ja käytti jokaiseen kilpeen kuusisataa sekeliä pakotettua kultaa;

15. Niin antoi kuningas Salomo tehdä kaksisataa kilpeä parhaasta kullasta, niin että kuusisataa kappaletta kultaa tuli jokaiseen keihääseen.

15. Nijstä teki Cuningas Salomo caxi sata keihästä parhast cullast/ nijn että cuusi sata cappaletta culda tuli jocaidzeen keihäseen. ]

15 And king Solomon made two hundred bucklers of beaten gold; six hundred (shekels) of beaten gold went to one buckler.

15. And king Solomon made two hundred targets of beaten gold: six hundred shekels of beaten gold went to one target.

15. Daher machte der König Salomo zweihundert Schilde vom besten Golde, daß sechshundert Lot auf einen Schild kam,

15. Hizo también el rey Salomón doscientos paveses de oro de martillo, que tenía cada paves seiscientas piezas de oro de martillo.

15 И сделал царь Соломон двести больших щитов изкованого золота, – по шестисот сиклей кованого золота пошло на каждый щит, –

16 And (he made) three hundred shields of beaten gold; three hundred (shekels) of gold went to one shield. And the king put them in the house of the forest of Lebanon.

16. und dreihundert Tartschen vom besten Golde, daß dreihundert Lot Gold zu einer Tartsche kam.

16. Ítem, trescientos escudos de oro extendido, que tenía cada escudo trescientas piezas de oro. Y púsolos el rey en la casa del bosque del Líbano.

16 и триста щитов меньших из кованого золота, – потриста сиклей золота пошло на каждый щит; и поставил их царь в доме из Ливанского дерева.

17. Vielä kuningas teetti suuren norsunluisen valtaistuimen ja päällysti sen puhtaalla kullalla.

17 И сделал царь большой престол из слоновой кости иобложил его чистым золотом,
